Treat Resort Silvassa

The breakfast had a good spread. Preparation was good. Service was outstanding.

I think at least egg items should be there in the breakfast. I think it only caters to Gujrati population.

Schöne Umgebung

Zimmer abgewohnt

The Fun activities for the kids

Bed and Bedsheets also the stinking bathroom too smelly

We have booking room with pool but the pool was dirty and after calling so many times for cleaning pool no body came very poor service

Nice property location good large and huge property

Only look

No cleanliness, high rates, beds were not comfortable

Nothing

Loved every moment here! The resort is beautiful, great service and amazing food!

Property, food, service, adventure park , swimmingpool ,staff behaviour everything was excellent . Quiet n Clam property . Indoor games , kids play area is also excellent. If you want relaxing n adrenaline trip then this must vist place .

Good food. More staff required due to Diwali festival time. Restaurant location is perfect

Excellent resort with all 5 star amenities and friendly staff.

Reception staff including manger very friendly, helpful and all resort staff very helpful too. House keeping very fast in servicing your request. Good clean restaurant with lovely spread of food to suit all. Mandir (temple) to do you're prayers. Soothing music throwout the resort. Very seenic place. Large rooms 2x double beds in chosen room. Very affordable and value for money. I would certainly stay here again.

Guest parked car too close outside our room window was disturbing. Security guards visible from window uncomfortable while needing to changing cloths in the room. Taxi services poor near the loction.

The property and cleanliness kept. especially the soothing music which makes you feel relax all the time. The staff is really well trained to give better experience. I recommend to take sometime and explore the treat adventure park, with loads of fun and good packages for activities For Kids, they have really good arrangements for play area outside and mini Ball pool and well maintained. the Infinity pool is so relaxing and well maintained

Everything was superb Too expensive But the adventure park was awesome

Food

Water not good in swimming pool

Big Rooms , good varieties in Breakfast

I was staying for 2 days and was to leave very early morning on third day .. had requested breakfast on day of check in , instead on day of check out , which on telephone they had confirmed .. however on reaching were questioned on same .. which was not expected as we were not asking anything extra .. in fact the manager went on to extent on shouting on the operator who had agreed only on confirming with the resturant manager

Everything should be free. Activities

Location, facilities, rooms, foods all are wonderful.

Staff are demanding money for everything like check in, parking your car, etc. It is not acceptable for this kind of resort that its employees are demanding money.

Ambience was superb Cleanliness and overall property is excellent for stay We had a Fabulous stay Only thing is food price is overpriced but taste is good Morning breakfast spread could have been better

Breakfast spread could have been better Food cost is on higher side but taste was good

Nice nature of staff

There is no good timepass activity and even small games are in bad condition…..Food price is more than hotel taj but quality is very bad.

The house keeping was over worked…In room dining services were very poor…we had to wait for 2 hours just to get milk served in the room….the bedsheets used in the room very poor and ragged…on arguing multiple times they finally changes bedsheets…there were cockroaches in the room

Very nice location and so beautiful room

Swimming pool , breakfast , lunch , dinner so amazing

Golf car service which was very convenient to move around inside resort from room to anywhere and from.

Everything

The property is well-planned and beautiful. The facilities are good.

Delay in assistance for check out. Poor housekeeping & room service

Wi-Fi issued, not valued for money

Spacious, clean and good food

The food is as expensive as Taj. They need to make arrangements as per the food type

Nice neat and clean

No English channels were activated

Amenities,rooms,open space,kids play area ,pool,cleanliness

Water park was shut. Food was too spicy. Rates are high for food as there is nothing around the property to buy

Super resort with amazing facilities and amenities! Efficient and amiable staff

The ambience was good , their pool is good and the children's play area is nicely done Very beautiful dining area with good buffet

Poor air conditioning, had to shift rooms , still the air conditioning was not proper Room service was poor , ordered snacks in room were very expensive and tasted bad

Beautiful Ambience, superb Amenities,

Costing over prize

Food is very good bt cost over

All good

Place and food and cleanness in water and room

Chargeable game Jone and most of the this was charged and no complimentary brunch

That’s just average place

Everything from rooms , breakfast (no Nonveg options)

excellent

Ambience , rich experience, location

Good place to enjoy and plenty activities for kids.

Outdated linen.

it was not value for money

A list of things * incorrect info provided by the staff * staff lacks knowledge about almost everything * Reception staff does not want to help * Restaurant staff was not at all professional * F N B guys gave wrong information

There are a lot of facilities at the hotel. The pool was nice and the games room looked great fun. The food was decent too - both breakfast and dinner

The WIFI at the hotel was awful. It never reached the rooms so did not help as we stayed here for business and was unable to join online calls.

Toddlers play area needs a staff supervision

In room dining service is bit costly like one mineral water is cost ou 236Rs

Property is very Good. Enjoyed the stay there.

Room service is very poor. They really need to improve it.

Location and ambiance was super with superior breakfast. Staff was polite and helpful. Room was very neat and clean.

Lighting in room was very low. Mobile network was the biggest issue in room however out side of the it was perfect.

Good, But in the buffet the desserts were kept in front, it should kept after the main breakfast items.

Please include the game zone for children, which is under work as per staff, also increase your kitchen timing hours at night.

The pool is great, big and clean, if you go in the morning is all yours. Rooms and amenities are OK, cleanliness also. Food is generally targeting Indian guests, but this is normal as 99% of the guests are locals. However, if you are looking for international food you could find several options. Staff is polite and eager to help.. Just two examples: They offer to provide an early breakfast (as I was leaving early). After an early swim in the pool the guy caring the pool came to me with a towel. And both were self initiative of the employees, I wasn't asking for any of those. OK, in some cases could be a language barrier but this is manageable.

There was a problem with the noise coming from a nearby club(?), but this was not property fault. Access road is not in a good condition, but this again is not property fault. Actually, not everything is perfect as needed for a maximum rating, but the rating is to encourage the resort and people working there

Excellent

Awesome
