Beautiful, comfortable apartment right next the beach. Donne',the host...responsive and very hands on. You call ,she's there in seconds and very friendly as well. I think she s the best host. Keep up the good work... (workaholic)

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war sehr schön, gleich gegenüber vom Strand. Sehr ruhig. Meeresrauschen inklusive. Lange nicht mehr so gut geschlafen.

Es empfiehlt sich nicht auf der Terasse zu grillen, da sich Mitbewohner gestört fühlen, wenn es am Anfang etwas raucht. Man kann aber den öffentlichen Grill in der Anlage nutzen.

Apartment was stylish and had everything we needed. Location was wonderful

Washing took forever to dry due to the humidity, so a few extra spots to hang towels and clothes would be nice (a clothes horse was provided, just small for us) A few extra garbage bags, or toilet rolls would have been nice, but luckily being so close the shops it wasnt difficult to refill the necessities.

The place was great, location and facilities all great. Could walk to the beach and surf. Nice having a patio with braai.

A toilet downstairs would have made things a lot easier. I didn't like the early checkout time of 9am. I think this is ridiculous. The host agreed to extend this to 9h30am because my mother is 80 years old and frail and thus needs time in the morning to get ready to check out. But still, I think a checkout time before 10am is unreasonable. There was also some confusion about this because the app stated a 10am checkout time, but the host communicated an earlier checkout time, but to her credit she did communicate this clearly via WhatsApp. But the booking page on the app should be updated to reflect this.

We loved everything about the property, the location was perfect, the stay was comfortable, private and serene. My toddler loved to see the ocean and the monkeys. My husband was so inspired by the environment. It was really lovely and had everything ready for us, from beach towels to the setup on the deck. We loved all of our experiences. We will defiantly be retuning for a visit soon.

Views and the distance to the beach. Having access to aircons in all rooms and being comfortable.

Perfect for a getaway with the beach practically by your door step. I would definitely recommend it.

A really lovely spot, Located in the suburbs away from all the noise, close to a beautiful forest walk for birding and right on the beach.

The apartment is gorgeous, the view is exceptional. The host is the most understanding beautiful hearted woman. The mirror in the main bedroom is my bestie ❤️!

We traveled from overseas and experienced delays. When we arrived, the wifi did work properly, and we couldn't contact family or able to book an Uber. Also had a presentation and couldn't do it due to wifi issue. Sent a message to the host and only received a reply the following day when checking out. There was no soap/shower gel in the bathrooms as a basic thing. There was no basic tea for the morning, only a small coffee pod that didn't work with no milk. For the amount paid, I think these are pretty much small things that make a world of a difference to a traveler, especially when you have been stranded with your flights.

It was neat & clean except the room toilet which was not cleaned after someone had used it.

Walking into a dirty, unhygienic toilet which had to be cleaned us. Not a pleasant sight.

We loved the well equipped apartment, and being surrounded by a stunning garden, beach was amazing and right on the doorstep.

Wirklich fast alles neu und in angenehmen Stil gehalten, bequem und man konnte sich wirklich wohlfühlen. Die Lage könnte besser nicht sein.

Der Herd war als einziges recht alt und funktionierte nur eingeschränkt.

This property couldnt be located in a better position. You are able to walk out the front door, cross the road and you are on the beach. The south side of Umdloti is by far better, it is quieter and has the advantage of the Dolores coffee shop right at the beach.

There is nothing that I can fault about this property

I liked everything! I don’t even know where to start if I were to state it word to word but everything was amazing, I wished I booked for a week or more 😭. It was so comfortable to be in that space.

the apartment is very clean it was the one thing I really appreciated the most, the views are just stunning. the modern look is everything I love the decor.I'm a lover of coffee and having the nespresso machine there was a treat.

nothing really everything was exactly like the pictures. just my personal preference I like a softer mattress but that's the only thing the rest was beautiful.

Location was excellent. Just a small quiet road to cross over and you are on the beach. It is a quiet part of Umdloti. We were there in winter and had the beach largely to ourselves! Weather was perfect and water was comfortable. The apartment matches what is shown in the pictures. The second room is a little small but works out fine for a beach holiday. It was great to see the use of local brands -Cobra taps and Glodina towels - the local products support jobs and are of better quality than international brands. Well done!

Broken iron.. Couldn't iron clothes.. So couldn't go out.. Was told that the iron wil be replaced.. But no response afterwards..until check out...Had we known.We would of purchased one.

Lack of basics for a week long trip I.E Soap, toilet paper/cleaner, fish-soap.

Let me start by saying, "Wow!" The apartment was clean, and the staff was extremely friendly. The provisions in the house made us feel at home. My children could play outside freely. The apartment is well situated with a very short walk to the beach ⛱️ . The private pool was great, the children had a lot of fun. The security in the complex is sufficient to allow us to relax. And the best part is that we got what was advertised!!!! We will definitely be coming back.

There should be a cleaning service available daily as it is by the sea and pool so house gets dirty once u return from the beach or pool ,with and extra fee of 300 Rands per day service is available which is alot I got the free cleaning after 2 days ,bathroom door was half frosted and half clear glass that made difficult to switch on the bathroom light at the middle of the night as the whole room becomes luminous that use to be very disturbing, one should travel with their own shampoo soap and toilet rolls as it's not provided daily,the washing machine was out of order the room need some sun block

Staying at this oceanfront apartment was an absolute dream! The breathtaking views of the waves crashing against the shore were mesmerizing. The space was impeccably clean, and every detail was thoughtfully curated for a comfortable and luxurious stay. Waking up to the sound and scent of the ocean was pure bliss. The host's hospitality was outstanding, ensuring our every need was met. We'll cherish the memories made here forever. This is a gem, and I can't wait to return.

Sea view, establishment is next to the mall. Safe area, good for jogging. Peaceful place for family. Place exactly the same as in the pictures. Host readily available to assist. Own parking. Pool is clean and place 8s well maintained.

What a beautiful location. We watched the waves crash onto the sand from our apartment. The decor in the unit is great - someone with a flair for interior design must have had a hand in this. A place that I could return to often

I've stayed in so many places around Dbn but never as comfortable as I was in this one, I don't know where to start with this apartment, very morden inside,there's everything you need in that stylish kitchen, there's even cutlery for kids, 2 bedrooms with very comfortable beds and crispy white linen, air-conditions in all the rooms, main bedroom with own in suite own balcony with a day bed, I enjoyed my camomile tea every evening on that daybed, big swimming pool at your doorstep, private gate direct to the beach, newly built mall just 10 mis away, if you don't want to go out you can whatsapp your grocery to the local Spar and they'll deliver to your unit,I booked for 12 days and my kids begged me to extend with 2 more days, 14 days was still not enough for all of us Honestly I can talk the whole day about the place!!!
