The place exceeded my expectations. It was so beautiful, so clean and also quiet. It felt like a home away from home. I didn’t even want to leave. The host was amazing, so kind and the safety is top notch. We didn’t even want to leave

Theres nothing I didn’t like. We were attended to, checked up on, catered for. There was some constructions in the morning when we woke up and we raised it with the host that it was noisy and he attended to it immediately. The constructions were stopped immediately and we continued with our stay peacefully.

I really like how clean the room is. I like that there was a heater available because it was so cold. I like how quiet it is. I like that you can even request your room to be cleaned during your stay. I like how welcoming Thabo and Musa are, which I met at the reception. I like that they do a proper full on cleaning once someone has checked out. I like that there is WiFi and hot water in the shower.

I did not have the keys for the main gate. So sometimes no one was there to open the gate for me or they won't notice that I am at the gate waiting to get in or out. I had to call first to ask them to open the gate. This is a security issue on my side as it is not quiet comfortable to wait there not knowing how long will it take for someone to open for you, especially at night or when it's cold. I wish Netflix was paid for. But I know that too much of an ask. Its cool!

It could have been clearer than it was, the towels were not super white and there were stands of hair in the bathroom

I liked the staff… they were very kind. Also, the room was spacious with plenty of space to move around. The water was always warm, and the WiFi and TV worked perfectly. Another aspect I appreciated was the location, as it is situated in a very safe and relaxed neighbourhood.

I didn’t like how my room lacked a wardrobe. I was unsure where to place my bag and clothes because there was no proper cabinet; only a hanging rack was available. Additionally, the door handle was broken from inside, making it difficult to open the door without hurting your hand. One chair had a skewed leg, which almost caused an injury when sitting on it.

Their TV sets are not working, reported that owner did not pay for them, so there was no entertainment.

We knocked and hooted at the gate and there was no response until we called. The gentleman cleaning the rooms was the same person doing check ins.

the beds are not comfortable. perhaps the host should consider buying new beds and bedding. The grey towels are also not hygienically pleasing compared to the white ones. I also forgot a brand new unopened box of perfume at the property. I reached out the next day and again three days after and I still do not have feedback a week later. The number I reached out to pretended to not be at the property.

The food was incredible.. The ribs were just a highlight, they were very tender & flavorful🔥 Breakfast was also enjoyable as well 10/10 The suite itself was impeccable & understated Definitely value for money. A home away from home..

We had issues with the food. Upon our arrival we got a phamplet where we could order food, we found it ideal seeing we were far from food shops. We called the number numerous times, no answer even thought maybe they'll call back and they did not. So if you're going to partner up with someone let it be someone whose reliable cause now she lost potential clients.. Apart from that all was good thank you

The tap was leaking. The shower head needs to be chaba. They need to get new towels.

The guy stuff could be more friendly and welcoming. Please fix the door handle in room no 6. Change the bed in the room downstairs and bedding for new and better quality and fix the window in the first room upstairs. I stayed for a week here and I had to alternate rooms because of the such issues.

It’s noisy from every direction. You can literally hear footsteps and people having a party from upstairs breaking things all till 3am of no controlled noise

Bed and shower

The Couch was not comfortable need to be changed , no rugs no the floor, no pulgs beside the bed, no enough pillows and cups are too small.

The building was ok the area was ok as well easy to find.

The facilities definitely need improvement chairs on the corridors just lying there,the room is got needed some maintenance for example the bathroom door didn't have a lock, the towel rack was broken an electric socket wide open. 😳 the owner definitely needs to do proper maintenance inside his unit's. The rubbish area at the back with no bins .

Easy location and they allowed us to check in early. Overall happy with our stay.

We were in room 9, they just need to invest in a new bed, new linen and towels. Don’t know how the rest of the rooms are but that one needs new items.
