The property was easy enough to find. It was very clean and neat. The staff was exceptional. The manager by day Mr Mazen was very friendly and helpful and the one by night Mr Araby was very helpful as well. Over all it was a very good experience and I can’t wait to repeat it next December..

The property is in a great location, within easy walking distance of the beach, while still being very quiet and peaceful. Several good restaurants can also be found along the way to the Lighthouse dive site.

The property is new all is working the shower the air conditioning , internet . That is made with quality materials, strong doors , marble kitchen, strong walls

The water tub was dirty.. with dirty water.. the common seating area were dirty and the fabrics were ripped off , the kitchen didn’t have much( no bottles opener,only 1 cup) The towers were to small..

I had an outstanding stay at Elite Residence Hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The hotel was spotless, and the room was very clean and well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, which made for a wonderful night’s sleep. What made my stay truly special was how warmly they welcomed both me and my dog. They made us feel completely at home, and I never felt that having a pet was a problem. I especially appreciated that my dog was welcomed without any hassle or extra charges. Their kindness and genuine hospitality gave me such a positive feeling throughout my stay. I highly recommend Elite Residence Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, welcoming, and pet-friendly place to stay. I will definitely return on my next visit.

Wonderful stay at Elite Residents Dahab! The host was friendly and extremely helpful. The room was very clean. Great central location: minutes’ walk to Lighthouse beach with amazing snorkeling, lots of tasty restaurants and small markets selling fruit, veggies and bread nearby. Everything we needed was easily accessible. The host helped arrange airport transfer for us, which was really convenient.

The gas stove needs a lighter to light it — there’s no self-ignition function, so it’s not very convenient for cooking.

La atención del personal, fueron siempre amables. Mazen y Arabic son muy atentos y siempre se aseguraron q estuviéramos bien. Las camas muuuy cómodas. Un roof top lindo con buena vista.

Le faltaban algunas cosas de cocina. Como son departamentos no hay limpieza diaria , no pedimos tampoco quizas si había disponible pero no lo sabemos.

The room was super clean, and had everything we needed. The location is very close to the beach and the hospitality was amazing.

The room was quite big, with enough space for our things. The balcony was a nice bonus with drying rack. The area was very quiet and secure, with street lighting at night and paved streets. It was close to Lighthouse and Assala Market (just a 5-minute walk), yet still very peaceful. The staff were discreet but always ready to help. They were very friendly, which was the real highlight of this property.

Our booking mentioned a room with a private bathroom. Unfortunately, once we arrived, we discovered a shared bathroom with three other rooms. But the most difficult part for us was the almost non-existent soundproofing. As a result, we could hear everything happening in the building (people coming in, doors slamming, etc.). And because of the building's layout, all the sounds echoed. You have to think more like an hostel rather than a typical hotel.

Great place to stay in Dahab! The hotel is clean, organized, and in a perfect location near the main street. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Das Personal ist soooo unglaublich lieb, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Vom Ankommen bis zur Abreise wurde mir jeder Wunsch erfüllt und ich fühlte mich so unglaublich wohl und sicher. Gerade als alleinreisende Frau ist das Goldwert! Die Dachterrasse hat einen richtig schönen Ausblick und ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Zimmer ist einfach aber sauber, ruhig, bequemes Bett und geräumiges Badezimmer. Die Lage ist ganz gut, man braucht zur Lighthouse area ca 10min zu Fuß, zum, Asala Strandabschnitt ca 8min zu Fuß. Ein Supermarkt ist ca 2min zu Fuß entfernt. Es ist größeres Haus in einer ruhigen und sehrsicheren Seitengasse, mit mehreren Zimmern und Klimaanlage. Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche und Gemeinschaftsbad - außer man bucht ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad (ich habe ein upgrade mit eigenem Badezimmer bekommen DANKE 😃). Ich komme gerne wieder!

Leider gab es keine funktionierenden Fahrräder zum Verleih - wie auf der Buchungsseite angeschrieben. Ist aber nicht so schlimm, zu Fuß ist alles gut erreichbar und beim Lighthouse gibt es auch einen Fahrradverleih.

За ту цену, которую я заплатила, это был хороший вариант. Номер был достаточно комфортным, кондиционер работал отлично. Матрас был удобным, поэтому спать было комфортно.

Bода после душа плохо стекала. Также в номере был неприятный запах — как оказалось, перед моим заселением забыли вынести мусор, поэтому уборка была проведена не очень тщательно.

Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay in the apartment. The house is spacious and provides all the essential amenities needed for a 5-day holiday in Dahab.

We would like to share a few suggestions that could help improve the experience for future guests: - The kitchen could benefit from better cleaning and some upgrades. Even if many guests may not cook extensively, it should still be well-maintained and equipped with all the necessary utensils. - It would be more convenient to offer an online payment option in advance of arrival. Additionally, clearer and more consistent communication regarding fees would help avoid repeated reminders and ensure a smoother, more professional experience. - The bicycle(s) provided should be checked and repaired as needed to ensure it is safe and usable for guests.

Personnel très accueillant et toujours disponible. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de la mer et des restaurants. Chambre propre et confortable. Ambiance calme et agréable pour se détendre.

המקום היה מאוד נוח, והצוות היה ידידותי להפליא ועוזר בכל הצרכים. המנהל, פאהמי, היה גם מאוד אדיב ועוזר לכולם. אני ממליץ בחום לבקר במקום היפהפה הזה שבו מרגישים ממש בבית, במיוחד לאור העובדה שהוא קרוב לים. הייתי מרוצה מאוד ואחזור בוודאות.

I have booked a one bedroom apartment, it was nice comfy and cozy. The location is around 10-15 mins walk to the beach so it was a quiet location. The staff Mazen and Fahmy are super friendly and helpful.

Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en helpt graag met alles! De omgeving is rustig. Het dakterras is een fijne plek om even te loungen.

Het meubilair is erg basic en vooral de bank was oncomfortabel. De keuken is bijzonder minimaal ingericht. We hebben zelf bakjes voor yoghurt, afwasmiddel en een theedoek gekocht. De matrassen en kussens waren slecht en verouderd. De 2 bedden waren beide twijfelaars, ipv fatsoenlijke tweepersoonsbedden. Deze hebben we maar tegen elkaar gezet om toch samen te kunnen slapen. De handdoeken zijn versleten en allemaal verschillend, soms hadden we zelfs alleen een handdoekje van 40*30 cm om mee af te drogen na het douchen. Het is toch wat verder lopen naar alle restaurants etc. dan vooraf gedacht (ong. 15 min.)

Tolles grosses Apartment, hell und mit Küche. Schön und praktisch in sehr ruhiger Lage und der Strand ist schnell zu erreichen. Die Mitarbeiter sind supernett. Das Rooftop ist sehr schön und das Frühstück lecker. Dankeschön

Fahmy, the hotel manager, was very kind and helpful to everyone. Everything was excellent and wonderful, the place was quiet, and I felt like it was my second home. I will definitely return.

Der Manager war sehr freundlich, spricht gut Englisch, die Unterkunft ist ruhig, sauber und gepflegt. Die Dachterrasse ist schön, z.B. für das Frühstück. Man kann sich verschiedenes für das Frühstück auswählen. Wlan funktioniert prima. Das Schlafzimmer hat gute Vorhänge zum verdunkeln. Es gibt heißes Wasser und eine Klimaanlage. Die Einzelbetten sind groß.

Das ist keine Elite und keine Residenz. Zum Sofa gibt es keinen Tisch, keinen Teppich, keine Ablage z.B. für ein Buch oder das Handy, die Wände sind nackt und schmucklos. Die Eingangstüre klappert ständig bei Wind, die Schlafzimmertüre kann man nicht zumachen. Das Bad hat keinerlei Ablage, aus dem Duschkopf rieselt es nur, Dusche und WC teilen sich einen qm, bei WC Benutzung werden daher die Füße oder Schuhe immer nass. Die Küche ist kaum beleuchtet. Es fehlt leider viel: Tassen, Streichhölzer, Spüllappen, Spülmittel, Salz, etwas mehr Geschirr falls Besuch kommt. Zum Frühstück gibt es leider nur Nescafé. Das nicht tauschbare Tischtuch im Beduinenplatz auf der Dachterrasse ist teils zerrissen und voller Essensflecken - sehr unappetitlich.

They ripped me off by letting me pay 30% extra for my stay by changing the currency. They didn’t let me pay the amount showed on booking.com and when I asked to move out and cancel the booking they ask me to cancel the booking myself so they will not get any fine or charge.

Very good communication, they contacted me by WhatsApp in advance asking for the time of check in to prepare the room General appearance and vibes are good. I think it was a very good place to stay several years ago

I booked an apartment with 2 double beds and one sofa. Actually, we needed only 1 double bed as a couple. Instead, we received Aprt#10 with 3 single beds - all of them different height so we even could not combine it together. There is a small kitchen in studio with electrical stove included. Fun fact - there is no electrical socket for this device on the kitchen. They could rather install kettle and give some teabags instead. White walls are dirty from the hands or legs, no one tried to clean the wall after the leaking air conditioner... There is no any hanger or hook on the wall where you can leave your clothes or even a towel. The breakfast is classical oriental, but one of the poorest that we had here in the area. Jacuzzi pool on the roof was dirty in the morning 10am and didn’t work. Maybe I needed to run 2 levels down the stairs and ask to turn it on but I just decided to check out faster from this place. On every corner they stuck an Award label from the 2023. But 3 years have passed and all good service that they have is probably stayed in this year.

Overall, the stay was very good. Staff was friendly and did their best to accommodate our requests.

I personally prefer cotton bedding. However, it was polyester, and the bedsheets were not fitted or enough large to tuck under the mattress. Therefore, I was waking up on the mattress without a protector or topper.

I stayed at this hotel for two weeks; the staff was polite and attentive to every request, and they did everything they could to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. They can also pick you up from Sharm El Sheikh Airport for an additional fee. I had a late check-in, and the manager waited for me until 3 a.m., for which I was very grateful. The location is excellent—just 10 minutes from the center, very quiet and peaceful, with easy access to all nearby attractions. I walked almost everywhere because the town is small and the apartment’s location is convenient. Also, regarding my request to adjust the breakfast and change the serving time, the staff accommodated everything for my comfort.

When I arrived, the room wasn’t fully set up—some of the bedding was missing—but they sorted everything out very quickly when I asked. Still, I think it would be better if the rooms were ready before guests arrive. The rooftop area looks a bit different from the photos; the colored fabric on the tables has faded over time and needs to be replaced.

В апартаментах было чисто и на территории тоже, есть все необходимое, через 3 три дня поменяли постель и убрали в номере, думаю могли бы и чаще ), но не было нужды! Кому хочется домашнего комфорта, рекомендую !

we made our own breakfast

We had 3 apartments. They were very basically equipped. No problem if you're mainly eating out. Most things were corrected, but we had to bring to their attention. Awareness of room facilities was not a strong point. eg. Lack of coat hangers, electric hob cable not reach the socket, used bath towel exchanged for a new hand towel, cooking pots old and worn, AC problem unresolved, shelves missing in fridge, minimum plates, utensils, plates, bowls and cups only 2 per apartment so when friends came they had to bring their own. There was a blue light bulb in the kitchen which we got changed, no bottle or tin opener could be found by staff anywhere. All these minor things not much in themselves, but it gave the rooms a 6/10 feel. . However staff were very friendly and helpful where possible and did there best with the supplies they had. Our washing was done for us at no charge. Our room cleaned if requested and we got good advise on places to see.
