I loved the location and the views. The staff were very accommodating and the hotel was spotless...

The wheelchair parking was very bad....only two spaces and on a slope...not a suitable spot for a disabled person.

Guy at counter of pool with pony tail extremely rude and abrupt. That's my second time encountering him over my stays at Connemara coast. First time, I assumed he was having a bad day but twice...not a coincidence.

Breakfast was great and views gorgeous over Galway Bay

Excellent location for visiting Galway, bus runs from just outside hotel so no car parking worries. Also for driving the wild Atlantic way a stop in Clifton is a must.

Hotel was lovely and comfortable.

The room was very comfortable and the amenities were great as well. Used the Spa and enjoyed that. The breakfast buffet was very good as well.

J'ai apprécié la situation de l'hôtel face à la mer et sur la route pour visiter le Connemara avec notre voiture. Nous sommes allés un après-midi dans Galway en bus et il y avait un arrêt juste en face de l'hôtel. Le personnel est très attentif aussi bien à l'accueil qu'au restaurant. Nous y avons mangé les trois soirs du poisson très frais et bien cuit, avec des légumes bien préparés. Tout était parfait.

A beautiful property on the shore. The food was great, the shoreline walk was super and the gym was excellent.

I have stayed a number of times at the Connemara Coast over many years. The rooms are great. This time it was in room number 225. showered slightly under powered but still pleasant. Everything else was fine except the breakfast.

Breakfast was chaos. I think it was that there was a large crowd from a tour bus. The staff was having a battle clearing enough tables. Their did not seem to be any one figure taking charge. Your hotel is large and on the tourist route. For over 240 Euros a night you expect a little attention at breakfast. I stay regularly at the Maldron at Dublin Airport and the Galway Bay in Salthill. It is quieter in your hotel. You should send someone to see how the Galway Bay does Breakfast. You are given time slots as a guest and it seems to run much more smoothly and the staff all speak English. I approve of you hiring Ukrainians by the way. I think they are having a hard time, but the rest should know a few words like table or coffee

Convenience , decent room and facilities

Food in the bar was not great , prawn and crab pasta was very bland , would give it a miss .

Sehr nettes Hotel mit Bar, Restaurant, Garten und Pool (Badehauben), jedoch groß genug für Autobusse. Freundliches Personal, sehr hilfsbereit mit Zimmerupgrade! 20 Minuten von Galway entfernt.

Frühstück könnte mit etwas mehr Obst sein.

Carpet needs replacing down towards rooms on ground floor. Rooms starting with 1. Everytime we walked from reception towards our room we said the carpet needed to be replaced. Very grubby. Everything else was great

The hotel was very nice with lots of places to relax and explore the grounds. The breakfast was great and had many delicious options avaialbe.

The room was rather stuffy and the fan and cracking the windows only did so much. The bed only had a duvet and no top sheet which would have helped us sleep more comfortably.

Reasonably priced for the quality of the hotel and the views.

Bellissimo hotel in una posizione stupenda e perfetta per visitare il connemara. Ottima la possibilità di avere 2 camere comunicanti, colazione e ristorante buoni.

La pulizia non è un punto di forza della struttura, in alcune parti la moquette è vecchia e sporca. Basterebbe sostituirla con un pavimento normale in piastrelle. Anche al bar alcune poltrone erano inutilizzabili da quanto erano sporche. Le camere invece erano pulite

Got food in the bar which was tasty. A little bit on the expensive side for what it was though, portions a bit small. It was a particularly busy evening in there, staff were obviously under pressure. Lots of families dining with kids and it was super noisy. Had a bit of a headache after and decided against another drink after dinner, wasn’t too much of a memorable meal. That happens though!

Breakfast cooked food buffet was very good, lots of choice, food was hot and replenished regularly. Staff were attentive, clearing used plates and offering refills of coffee and tea. Lots of space so no long queues. Large shower with hot water day and night and it didn't splash onto the bathroom floor as in a lot of hotels. We're vegetarian and ate dinner both in the restaurant and at a wedding in the venue - the vegetarian choice in the restaurant is very limited and overpriced, while the vegetarian meal at the wedding was really good. All of the accommodation is well away from the bars/function rooms so there is little or no disturbance.

The sign to hang on the door to say 'the room is ready to be cleaned/do not disturb' should be printed on two separate signs so that if it falls or is tampered with (as happened us) there is only one legend that cannot be misunderstood. A small fridge to keep water (which was provided) cool in these hot temperatures would have been appreciated.

Staff are so nice in every part of the hotel. Amazing facilities, location and views.

Breakfast manager we3nt above and beyond and ordered alpro yogurt for our little girl for second morning breakfast. All staff so friendly and kind and patient with children.

The room was spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast area was kept clean. We didn't interact with many staff but anyone we did inact with were friendly.

Some of the gym equipment didn't work very well. The pool area has seen better days. There are no water dispensers on the corridors near the rooms or near the reception. It meant we had to queue at the bar and ask the bar staff for water. They didn't seem to mind but one of the evenings I had to wait 10 minutes just for a glass of water. Had sent a request to reception prior to staying but this wasn't carried out and we had to ask again.

The hotel is lovely and the staff in reception, bar and restaurant are very friendly and helpful. The beds in the room were very comfortable and the black out curtains meant we got a great sleep. I love the products in the bathrooms. The food and drinks in the hotel are lovely and a good price. The lobby area is very nice to relax in. Parking area has plenty of spaces and easy to access.

The 4pm check in is very late as we had to leave early the next day. 3pm is the norm in most hotels. This could be easily addressed by hiring more cleaning staff at busy times. There was no air con in the family rooms. The view from room 208 was from a high window overlooking a roof, we could see the sea but the rooms with full length windows are better. The carpeted area of the bar is my preference and appears cozy. The tables however are a little low to eat at.

The view was incredible, staff were friendly and very accommodating.

Tennis courts could do with an update. Rooms could do with better soundproofing as we were woken by rooms either side of us and beddoor had to be slammed shut.

The hotel has a lovely ambiance and all the staff are friendly and professional. Our room was on the ground floor, with a sea view, very spacious, and well laid out. The bed was very, very comfortable with incredibly soft linen. The breakfast was excellent with a good hot menu choice.

We only stayed one night, for a wedding, so never had the chance to use any of the facilities or sea shore walks.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. The lobby was very pleasant and they have a neat little library upstairs.

The hotel initially gave me a very sub-par room. Even though I booked a superior family room, this clearly wasn't it - go down a floor, walk past some very dirty carpet and trash bins outside and voila, here's your "superior family room" in the ground floor. I was upgraded free of charge, but I expected more from the onset. Hoovering of the room wasn't done properly (neither of the days), I'm not even sure they hoovered it as the crumbles from the previous guests stayed with us for two nights. The hotel feels dated - it could definitely do with an upgrade.

Breakfast and Diner where very good, next to this the location was very beautiful with a direct outlook onto the sea while the whole building gave a great holiday vibe

There was no air conditioning in the room itself, it wasn't warm so this was no problem for us. But when the temperature would have been to high this would have been a big downside. It's something to be aware of.

The setting was sublime. Wonderful views from our room. Staff were pleasant, polite & very accommodating

We stayed for one night we would have loved to have stayed another. The scenery was stunning. Staff were so accommodating and helpful, especially when I told them I had celiac. Dinner and breakfast was very nice. We will be back

Hotel muy bonito y tranquilo con aparcamiento gratuito en el hotel. El personal de recepción y restauración muy amable y profesional. Destacar a Kyril en recepción y a Elle en el restaurante por su amabilidad. Estancia muy agradable.

Très bel environnement, grand parking à disposition. Belle vue depuis la chambre.

Dommage qu’un mariage dans l’hôtel la dernière nuit ait généré beaucoup de bruit toute la nuit, manque de respect des invités.
