venecia Resort Fayoum

The whole place

Too far

The style is great the interior design is so nice

The operation is not complete,

We had booked a Deluxe suite and were upgraded into a brand new room in the new aisle upon arrival. The room was superb but what could have been an incredible experience turned out to be somehow disappointing as there were a few structural issues with these new rooms. The staff was very kind to try to help us as they could, but unfortunately it ended up being more stressful than relaxing. + : good breakfast, amazing beds, the jeep safari

The room was brand new but unfortunately, it clearly has not been tested properly: there was not enough hot water to take a bath, the shower floods the bathroom, the wifi does not work in the room and the door lock didn't work properly. I can only hope that the resort will solve these issues for the next guests!

Everything about the place gives you a break from stressed life.. Staff were super helpful always trying their best .. Special thanks to Mohamed Salah who took us for the premise orientation and helped us with safari booking.. Sure would like to repeat the experience...

The pool needs to be heated as Fayoum is a winter destination..

The atmosphere and the environment and the friendly staff

NOTHING

The place was very fancy and the decoration details were amazing We had only the breakfast and it was more than great.. The staff was very helplful and professional, while we have met the manager of the place, he was very cheerful and friendly

Nothing at all.

The facility was beautiful with staff who exceeded our expectations. We were very comfortable in our room. The food was delicious and scenery was incredible.

The water in the bathtub was not able to get hot after my children took a bath. I was disappointed to not be able to take a hot bath directly but the next night it worked just fine with some time in between baths.
