Misleading with pics and also when we ask before booking about in house restaurant they said yes and after reaching there we had to call another hotel to get food

I stayed at Hotel Pajaros Blu for 1 night. The place looks exactly same as shown on the website. The washroom was very clean and the room was spacious. Extremely safe spot, felt right at home the entire time.

I booked a room from booking.com. It definitely worth the money. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The washroom is clean and hygienic. The staff are polite and help to arrange pickup - drop and rental bike. Highly recommended!!

Hotel service & cleaning so good

The room is spacious and clean. The executive suite had an attached balcony that is perfect for your morning and afternoon coffee. Rooms had Netflix etc to pass the time. Just a 10 minute walk to the beach with lots of restaurant choices close by if you don't want to eat at a shack on the beach. Staff is polite, welcoming, and helpful.

Nothing as such. Maybe a hand towel would be useful. Some people might not prefer the black bathroom interior especially the toilet bowl, but it was clean and well maintained

Canalizarea de la dus era înfundata. Am făcut 5 minute dus și apa a umplut o parte din baie. Camera era cu pete în spatele noptierelor. Nu este o proprietate de 4 stele, maximum 2 stele în Europa. Locație se afla la 900 metri de plaja.

Excellent location right at the end of the beach.Food in restaurant is of good quality and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

We stayed in the executive suite of Hotel Pajaros Blu for 2 nights. These 2 nights resulted in one of the most horrendous experiences we ever had in a hotel. We booked the room for 4 adults, but the room was too small to fit 4 adults. There was one king bed and one “sofa bed”. However, the sofa bed was just an ill-fitting mattress on top of a small couch. Half of the bed was drooping down the side of the couch. It was difficult for even a single person to sleep on it, leave two! The reception staff refused to understand the difficulty for 4 adults to sleep in such a room and did not agree to add an extra mattress free of charge. After lots of coaxing and arguing they finally relented and put an extra mattress. The room size was not the only factor which led to this horrible experience. On going to the bathroom to take a relaxing shower, we realized that there was no hot water! When we called the reception, the staff told us that water was warmed through solar panels and you would get hot water only after 10 AM the next morning. Because of this we couldn't take hot showers at night or morning before 10 am. We ended up taking a shower in the cold water, This was very frustrating and we couldn't understand why someone would use the system of solar panels for heating water in a hotel where there would be multiple families. Google map shows this as a 4 star hotel, but this is nowhere close to a 2 star hotel given the basic facilities such as hot water shower is missing. The price was too high for such a bad experience. All in all, this hotel experience was horrible, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here.

Overall experience was good because of the room quality and comfort, but the hotel could improve flexibility and transparency regarding early check-in policies.

We reached the hotel at 8:00 a.m. and already had two confirmed bookings. For early check-in, the staff initially asked for ₹2,000 for just two hours. After some negotiation, they agreed to ₹1,000 as an early check-in charge. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The amenities were good and overall stay was pleasant. However, the early check-in charges felt a bit high considering we already had confirmed bookings.

Staff was very helpful, they were very prompt in helping us out with whatever we needed. As female travellers we were concerned for our safety, but we felt very safe in the hotel.

Small decent hotel, near and clean rooms

It's a very small hotel with only 10 to 15 rooms with hardly any facilities ... swimming pool was not working during our stay..no other recreation activities for kids or family..it was filled with many bachelors when we stayed there...I don't recommend this

I stayed at this hotel for one day with my family. The property is conveniently located about 500-600 meters from Calangute beach. The room was neat, clean and well maintained, with fresh linens and a tidy atmosphere. The bathroom was also clean and 24 hour hot water was available, which added to the comfort of our stay

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean—truly some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Every detail is thoughtfully arranged for comfort and luxury. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Staff were warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. From check-in to check-out, everything ran smoothly

Guy at the reception Mr. Jamal was friendly and prompt in responding. Room size was okay and rooms were clean.

Booked 4 rooms and stayed there for 2 nights. Firstly, Exterior appearance of the property is not as shown in the pics. Secondly, there is no lift in the property. They have rooms in First and second floor only. Allocated rooms in the second floor and with 2 senior citizens climbing up and down was tough. Swimming pool is small. Thirdly, I do not agree with the 4 star rating given to this property. Fourthly, never go for water sports activities in their package. It is simply waste of your money and time. You may check for a proper agency and go with them. Wanted to cancel the second day booking but they are insisting for 50% pay. The online help assistant Neha was bit rude when we requested for cancellation due to non availability of lift. We reached the property by 10.30 and 2 rooms were ready and another 2 rooms were given by 12.30.

The property was super comfortable and staff was superb. Special shout out Jamal in the front office. Jamal ensured that all our requirements are met. The place is clean and safe.

Room was good and location was easily accessible.

Room was not cleaned despite we staying here for 2 nights, there was a frequent power cut and disconnection of Wifi. There was no accessories in the washroom like bucket or tumbler.

Our room faced the street, and in the evening there was a lot of noise coming from the street. The AC was also noisy when sitting on the balcony. So, for someone who values peace and quiet, this place might not be ideal. The bed linens were also worn out and had become bobbly.

The aircon in the room was inadequate - raised it couple of times but staff said it does cool - cmon I’m in the room for couple of hours and couple of hours it’s what it takes to cool the room, what’s the point. Just upgrade the ACs

People who manage the property are very helpful. The services and contacts they provided for scooty rentals and other main activities at goa is very good. Made iur stay at goa very comfortable.
