The place is clean and have plenty of space for us 6 couples. It's an oceanfront property, so with the full glass windows, you can sit in the indoor patio area and just watch the ocean. It was so beautiful! It's walking distance to eating and shopping in Haeundae. The host was very responsive. We were communicating prior to our arrival and up to during our stay.

More pillows and towels would have been nice. One of the rooms only had 1 pillow and between 6 people, we only had 3 bath towels. Each couple had to share. I'm sure the host would have provided more if we asked, but it was late in the evening and I didn't want to bother. There were plenty of hand towels.

성인 8명이 숙박을 했는데, 불편한 없이 모드 편안히 잘 쉬다 왔습니다^^ 이부자리도 넉넉했고 수건도 넉넉히 주셔서 따로 연락드리거나 하지 않아도 될 정도였습니다.

Die Wohnung an sich war super, sehr groß, super Ausblick, super Lage. Direkt unten im Gebäude gibt es ein paar Geschäfte Es sind drei Schlafzimmer und eines hat 2 Doppelbetten, es gibt auch 3 Bäder.

Das Ankommen war etwas holprig, wir hatten eine Beschreibung erhalten, wie man reinkommt, das war etwas kompliziert.

細かい配慮が足りない。タオル、ゴミ袋が足りない。いろいろ質問しても対応が不十分。お湯がすぐなくなる

We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the apartment. Exceeded our expectations for a 3BR accommodation and was very good value. Central and convenient location right on the beach. It was also very quiet and safe. Would recommend. Thank you!

Check in details were relayed a little late.

The Seaview, property was spacious with washer and dryer.

There were multiple spoilt lightings.

Location was perfect. The condo was very spacious and had amazing view of haeundae beach. There were so many restaurants near by.

I had to ask for instructions for check in twice . They sent me the code to get in day before but we couldn't open the condo. I had to make a phone call and they told me they sent a new code day of check in. It was very frustrating. We also had to search gym key everywhere. It would've been nice of if they gave information . I also had to ask for check out info

The view and the location are 10/10. It’s also massive, has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It’s nice that the facilities include a gym and swimming pool too.

Some things seem a bit impractical, there’s lot of unused space (little “balconies”), the jacuzzi didn’t work (which, judging from other comments, has been a problem for a while) and the usage of facilities like pool (e.g., you need a swimming hat) and gym isn’t explained in advance.

parking gate wasn’t always working and required contact with host access to fix which she did promptly. The jacuzzi and one of the fridges were out of order.

Fabulous location, right on the beach and surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops. Lots of space - 3 bedrooms and large living room and dining room area. Really nice to just have a code for the door instead of keys or keycards so the whole family could easily come and go as needed.

A few little quirky things like the very small bath towels, and only mugs or super fancy glasses but no normal cups. One of the beds didn't have a fitted sheet, just a mattress pad. We were instructed not to use the jetted tub. No beach towels provided so we had to buy some at the 7-11.

The condo had a great view, was very spacious, clean, and great price

The refrigerator didn't chill and there was no ice maker. There were no beach towels. Would have been nice to have a broom to sweep the sand from the beach. Didn't have a trash can, just had bags on the floor.

Location was central to all the places we are visiting. The view was spectacular!

The apartment was larger than expected - it gave us plenty of space to hang out, separate from our sleeping area in a different wing. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and has an amazing view of the beach. 2 out of the 3 toilets had a bidet seat and we had plenty of bedding to go around, should you feel cold in the middle of the night. Each room also had a small balcony where we could put our luggage. I liked that the owner provided us very in-depth detail on how to enter the building and apartment. Trash disposal at this apartment was also very conveniently located right behind the lobby, so we did not have to go far to throw out our recyclables and trash. Since the property is basically on the beach, and only a stone's throw away from alot of attractions in Haeundae, we had a very very enjoyable time in Busan. Food was also readily available nearby, while there are 3 different convenience stores within the building, and a few others located just across the 2-lane road from it. Overall an amazing apartment, with beautiful views and perfect location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for helping us build such amazing memories!

Just as a disclaimer for future guests, do note that there are only 3 bedrooms. We travelled in a group of 9. One of the rooms was used by a pair of adults with their 2 young children, and the other two rooms were for 2 separate couples. One more of our family member had to set up his futon on the floor in the additional sitting area, which did not provide any privacy. Additionally, despite us providing the number of guests, we had to search through their closets to find the additional futon.

Big big apartment with lovely view and well furnished (except no tissues). Many restaurants and convenience stores.

The plastic bagging and rubbish system is confusing to foreigners.
