The entire place requires cleanliness, the bed sheet, the toilet were not clean, and the property lacks tools for personal cleaning of the entire place.

sangat selesa.. rumah yang bersih dan kelengkapan semua tersedia lengkap. owner bagi penerangan dengan jelas. pemandangan yang sangat cantik.. terus nampak laut.. tak rugi check in kt sini.. akan repeat lagi nanti

Sy pun b40 juga tapi sya pembersih sis.. rajin2 la bersihkan tandas byk pasir Dan Kotor, lantai pun Sama tak disapu....agak kecewa sikit...

homestay dekat dengan pantai, boleh nampak view laut. lengkap ada sejadah, extra tilam. perabot semua masih ok selesa utk family. location pun senang nak cari.

kipas unit saya dah mcm nak terjatuh, berbunyi agak kuat mengganggu bila nak tidur. mungkin boleh clearkan semua barang dalam laci2 perabot and ada certain tempat masih berhabuk dan laminate tingkap dah tercabut2. faham B40, tp mungkin housekeeping boleh kemas dgn lebih rapi.

It was a comfy place to stay if you travel in a small family. I would suggest for them to have microwave too in additional to the induction cooker that they provide there

I love that the house has quite a spacious balcony & facing the sea. Hall is equipped with smart TV (Netflix, YouTube etc) with free WiFi, a dining table with 4 chairs (extras available in balcony), 2 sets of sofa & a foot massager. Both rooms have airconds. Facilities are complete with iron, mirrors (total of 3 incl in bathroom), electric stove, electric kettle, jug, fridge, some tablewares, a small shoe rack. Towels & quilt comforter as blankets provided for each bed. It was overall a good stay due to the affordable price for a family of 6.

Cleanliness should be improved. There were webs on the ceiling, dust & dirt on carpet in the hall. Balcony floor was kinda greasy & had some dirt as well. The wooden frame single bed in the first room was broken/tilted on one side and one panel of ceiling in the same room already collapsed on top of the aircond. There was no mirror in the second room. There were some outdated wear & tear that can use some touch-ups. The building seemed abandoned since we didn't really see anyone except few guards. The lifts are kinda confusing because you have to change few lifts. One lift had L1 as the lowest while the other lift had L1 as the highest. Parking was near big garbage can which had monkeys rummaging for food during daytime.

Ada lift dan unifi Bagus. Dan juga astro. Boleh la yg nak bajet bajet. Spec B40 ye. Apa apa hal pun, Alhamdulillah.

Time air surut berbau sikit. Balkoni ada taik merpati. Bilik air sumbat.

Old building and very scary if we're alone.

I like the view from balcony. And the house is clean and tidy. Kitchen appliances also available.

I think its better if the house have cloth drying rack at the balcony so that we can dry our clothes. 😎

There were sands in the house. The balcony was we..but it was covered with grass carpet so when step on it.. it was very uncomfortable and banyak taik burung there. The kitchen was awful so i dare not go and explore.. the parking susah.. tak cukup parking.. jln nak ke apt was scarry..it wasn't what we expected it to be

Homestay ok tapi environment tu agak so2 je la.agak sunyi & bangunan lama kn.Mgkin pihak lain kot yg kena perbaiki.

Apartment bersih cantik dan selesa Bilik dekat2 so ank2 tak takut nk tido Owner bagi masuk awal. Tuala banyak Tandas cantik dan bersih

Location 10 mins drive to PD town, nice seaview from apartment balcony, nice size bathroom, apartment cleanliness acceptable, kitchen items all okey.

old furnitures need to change, balcony left side lots of old brooms, cupboard doors in master bedroom need to be fix, could fall on somebody. Cupboard door in 2nd room locked probably broken, iron is not working. Kitchen bottom cabinet doors some are broken. Lounge area couch need to change...too old and I wouldn't sit on the left side of the couch.

No cctv parking area, kereta saya dirempuh Dan ditinggalkan begitu sahaja di parking area, tiada cctv untuk saya report ke balai polis..siapa la yang bawak kereta tanpa lesen,jika area parking pun x lepas,aparah lagi di Jalan raya..pintu kereta rosak,cat tanggal,goresan dalam Dan kemek..hanya Allah yang dapat membalas setiap kejahatan manusia yang tidak bertanggungjawab

* View yg cantik dr balcony - direct menghadap laut * Access mudah ke pantai - turun tangga terus ke pantai * Batu2 besar yg terdpt di tepi pantai mencantikkan pemandangan & menjadikan port & view yg amat cantik utk begambar especially waktu sunset * Host pantas respond message - boleh consider utk late chk-out * Aircond sejuk, penapis air coway disediakan dan shower berfungsi dgn baik

* Bangunan agak lama & menyeramkan - byk blok rumah yg kosong. Owner ada byk unit rumah di sini, tp malang bg kami dpt blok & rumah yg paling hujung iaitu Blok J * Rumah jauh dr parking, terpaksa naik 2 lift utk access ke rumah - agak sukar utk yg menaiki wheelchair * Parking agak sempit - susah nk parking kalau naik MPV * Blok bangunan, lif dan pantai tidak diselenggara dgn baik. Lif kotor & berbau, persisiran pantai agak kotor & koridor tidak dibersihkan * Sebahagian perabut di dlm rumah kelihatan uzur - mungkin owner dah boleh consider utk tukar sofa merah tu * Dengan keadaan persekitaran dan fasiliti yg ada sekrg, maybe owner boleh consider utk turunkan rate utk rumah Blok J ni memandangkan host sendiri ada bgtau seblm chk in yg rumah/homestay bertaraf B40.

Keadaan rumah yang selesa, bersih, kemas dan teratur. Lengkap dgn perabot dan barangan dapur.. view yg menarik boleh nampak laut dari balkoni.. Terbaik
