Прекрасный сервис и локация, эффектная архитектура. В номере чисто, отличный набор средств для душа, удобная кровать, хороший вид, охраняемый паркинг для мотоцикла.

Рекомендую добавить стоимость питьевой воды в стоимость проживания и убрать платную воду из прайс-листа мини-бара.

The hotel is centrally located and everything is within a 5-10 minutes drive.

No hot water! We were out and about all day and just came back to the hotel at night for a shower and sleep. When we went to shower there was no hot water. We called the front desk and they told us the hot water pump will pump hot water in 10-15 minutes. We waited and still no hot water, the front desk then told us there was nothing they could do at that time because their technician is off work already. Our group had three rooms and all three rooms didn’t have hot water. We ended up having to endure cold showers since we’ve been out all day. The night temperatures are nippy and my son got a cold from the cold shower experience that he’s still recovering from almost a week later.

The hotel was really beautiful – modern, clean, and with a fantastic team working there. The location was also great: very close to the beach, in a quiet area with wide roads, making it both peaceful and accessible

The location

Hotel was quite new and was very nice and the staff were very helpful, but there is literally nothing around the hotel.

Whilst it is only a short walk to the beach, it is not a beach you can go on. The town is about 3km away and if you walk you’ll hardly see anything and at present the town is not really set up for tourists. We were booked for 3 days but left after one night.

Great place to stay, the staff are very friendly, the hotel is clean and great value for money.

Little hard to go to the beach for swimming.

The hotel is new and modern, the room was very clean and the decor is really stylish! Very comfortable bed! Lovely bathroom and bath! Good breakfast menu with some western options, and rooftop bar. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Good bike rental service! (You definitely need to hire a scooter when staying here to explore) Would definitely stay here again!

Our room had a window in the bedroom that faced into the reception area (There were privacy curtains) So we could hear people in the lobby, at times it was a little noisy but this wasn't too much of an issue!

Beautiful hotel with modern rooms, gorgeous view, and a stunning rooftop. We enjoyed the most picturesque sunset and sunrise on the rooftop. The room itself was really spacious and well-equipped - we love the idea of a selection of shampoo, body wash and conditioners to choose from. The surroundings are quiet as the hotel is one of few buildings in a new development areas. Nevertheless, it is not too far from the city - we walked or Grab, and there are many cafe/restuarants in the vincinity.

We had a strange experience with housekeeping. When we left from 11am - 3pm, we had the housekeeping light on, but when we returned it wasn't cleaned yet. At 3:30pm while we are resting in the room, the housekeeping rang the bell. I asked if they can postpone the cleaning to 4pm, to my surprise, the lady said no, and signaled (because I don't speak Vietnamese) that she would be gone by 4pm. It was either no housekeeping service or getting kicked out of my own room... I think the cleaning staff should be more efficient (the hotel is not at all fully occupied) and better educated to accomondate guest requests...

The hotel is beautiful, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and even prepared a cake for my dad's birthday. The rooms are clean, modern and well designed. I really liked the option of choosing your own shower gel's, your own type of pillow, and the breakfast was really nice.

The location is really in the middle of nowhere, we found ourselves having to get taxis everywhere which became quite pricey. The WiFi was virtually unusable, it was incredibly slow and would disconnect every 15 minutes or so. The rooftop bar is also way too loud, it's a great addition, but it plays vinahouse music until 11pm. Not ideal if you want an early night's sleep.

When we arrived there was no hot water in our room which the staff rectified pretty quickly by moving our room The staff were okay but not as nice and friendly as other places we’ve stayed in Vietnam. The staff were sat on their phones all the time in the rooftop bar, There wasn’t much choice for breakfast either The location is in the middle if no where! When we arrived everything felt like a construction site and we couldnt get to the beach so we left early in the end. Nice hotel if you really want to stay in phan thiet but it was a little bit of a waste of time for us

Good service, good price, good location

The hotel is very new with modern interior. I really like the design of the room and the Rooftop bar. The room look exactly the same with the photo. All of the staff are so nice, helpful and friendly. They even let me keep the luggage 1 day after check out and take care of me even. The bed is comfortable. Breakfast is semi buffet with local food, coffee, tea, ….. Overall it’s a good stay.

The room size is small eventhough I had a upgraded to a bigger room. Because of the hotel design, the city view is in the bathroom which is you need to go there if you want to see the view. Everything in Phan Thiet (food, convience stores, coffee shop, ..) need to go further to reach, no walkable distance.
