The location of the apartment was very good. The place is very peaceful, near the forest. The Santa Claus village is also about a 10 minute drive from property. There were also everything you would need. And the host is very nice.

L'appartamento è grande e confortevole per due persone. Davvero perfetto! Sembra essere stato creato per viverci e non per soggiornare qualche notte. Immerso nel verde, davvero una chicca a Rovaniemi!

Bella, nuova e pulita casa in posizione panoramica. I proprietari vivono al piano di sopra, dove si accede attraverso una scala interna. A parte il giorno di arrivo, non li abbiamo mai visti e sentiti, quindi la propria privacy è totalmente tutelata. La posizione panoramica, come è riportato in descrizione, dista 6,5 km dal centro, che noi abbiamo fatto a piedi (8,3 km) fa si di sconsigliarla a chi non dotato di un mezzo proprio. (Uber € 15) sia dall'aeroporto sia dal centro all'abitazione.

Ubytování bylo velmi vkusné, čisté a pohodlné. Hezký výhled, venku houpačky.

Prakticky jediné co bychom uvítali by byli velké ručníky, byly zde jen 2 malé na ruce. Naštěstí jsme měli vlastní. Jinak není co vytknout.

The house feels incredibly warm and welcoming from the very first moment you walk in. It is located on a quiet residential street, and the window offers absolutely breathtaking sunsets that made every evening special. The house was perfectly equipped with all the essentials and everything we could possibly need during our stay. We stayed as a family of four (two adults and two children), and the space was more than comfortable for all of us — spacious, cozy, and ideal for a relaxing stay. The self check-in and check-out process was smooth, easy, and very convenient. To make everything even more magical, on our last night we were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights right outside the house — an unforgettable experience! I strongly recommend it.

Perfect space for a family. Had everything we could have needed. Lovely extra touches, dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid. Lots of toilet roll ect. Very pleased Lovely and clean, space thought out very well. The outdoor space was great. Had a incline to the side Of the house perfect for sledging. They had sledges for us to use.

Muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en familia, tanto en utensilios de cocina, como baño. El dueño es muy atento. Sí volvemos a Laponia, sin duda repetiremos.

Appartement moderne, bien équipé, confortable, le monsieur qui nous a accueilli était super gentil. Proche de l'aéroport et du santa park. Livraison de repas a notre porte pour arrivée tardive. Nous reviendrons c'est sur.

The apartment was hilarious. Everything was as told. The owner is super friendly. The unit is very clean, you can find everything as you need it. Its 5-10mins away from main attractions. To use Uber was so easy costs max 12 euro. It was so nice them to think about kids sickness and they put lots of medicines. It is super thoughtful and i would like to say special thank you. We also able to see northern lights from the apartment.

The little storage room was smelling smoke when we enter the unit. I wish i could able to set the temperature.

Posizione ottimale se si dispone di auto a noleggio in quanto sei fuori dalla confusione della città ma a pochi minuti di auto dalle attrazioni principali del posto. Abbiamo avuto modo di vedere bene l'aurora boreale notte fonda fuori da casa mentre nostra figlia dormiva. Proprietario di casa gentile e disponibile anche con consigli su dove andare per vedere l'aurora! Se torneremo a rovaniemi alloggeremo sicuramente di nuovo qua

The apartment was the perfect blend of modern comfort and homely charm. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the short 8-minute drive from the airport made everything so easy. It was set in a beautiful area and felt wonderfully warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We had everything we could possibly need, and the owner went above and beyond to make our stay special—even setting up Netflix so we could cosy up with Christmas movies after magical days at Santa’s Village. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

It is a very good looking bottom floor apartment with the owners living upstairs. Everything smelled and looked very clean. We were happily surprised by all of the facilities that were on offer. The apartment was very well equipped. There was also items such as body wash shampoo and general household items at our disposal which we were very happy about. The location is a bit of a distance from the centre but we knew about this prior to booking and rented a car so the apartment was perfect for us. very easy check-in process, there is a lockbox with a key in and you are texted the code when checking in. The apartment was always warm even with there being cold weather outside. we also met the person living upstairs, he was very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anybody who is planning on renting a vehicle or using taxis!

The only thing I would change is having a lock on the bedroom door, just for peace of mind.

This was an absolutely fantastic stay! The apartment is a bit far from the city but we had a car so it didn't bother us - it was also remote enough to see Aurora 😍 the apartment has everything you need and is in stunning condition! The hosts were also exceptionally kind - they allowed (and prepared) an additional bed when I mentioned that our nephew had surprised us with a visit and would be staying with us. Couldn't have asked for me. Thank you! :)

The house is cozy and warm, the bedroom is very comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the view from the living room is incredible. The shower is wonderful. The facilities exceeded our expectations. The sunset is a spectacle in itself, and we were able to see the Aurora from the garden.

Self check in in autonomia, struttura perfetta in ogni sua parte, pulizia, comfort con tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari tra lavasciuga, lavastoviglie, forno, microonde e tostapane, piano induzione. Calda e accogliente, con una vista sulla foresta perfetta. Abbiamo passato 7 notte e non abbiamo mai avuto un problema.

Sehr ruhig. Sehr gut eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, auch in der Küche. Waschmaschine war von Vorteil.Bequeme Betten und alles sehr großzügig. Sehr freundlicher Empfang.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gemütlich und hochwertig ausgestattet. Man konnte direkt vor dem Appartement parken. Es gibt eine Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine mit Trockner, Spülmittel und Waschpulver war alles vorhanden. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig abseits in einem Neubaugebiet. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, ohne das Auto wären Einkäufe etc. schwierig gewesen. Wir waren zu dritt und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Das Bett war eher hart. Wenn einen das nicht stört gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Wir würden die Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen.

El apartamento es precioso y todo es nuevo. Está a 10mn.de Santa Claus Village y de Rovaniemi. El entorno es muy tranquilo. Nuestro vecino era muy amable.

The apartment is located close to Rovaniemi and the Santa Claus village. It's new and modern, and very spacious. There is a washing machine and place to dry your clothes (which was very comfortable). The kitchen is very well-equiped with tea and coffee. We like the surroundings, very calm. The price was very good!

Lights above the main bed are turning on by touch, move blink of light on the phone. Annoying when they turn on at 2am just because you got some text message or changed side

Beautiful apartment in a very convenient location, 10/15 mins drive to Santa Claus Village/Santa Park and the city centre. Very near the ski resort where we spent a very fun morning. Very clean, plenty of space to hang clothes and dry boots after days out in the snow. Great base for our visit to Lapland. Would recommend hiring a car, roads are excellent and Lapland is very easy to navigate.

We had an amazing stay at Arctic Hill apartment! It was spotless, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the apartment offered a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to the city center and Santa Claus Village—just a short drive away. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming ensuring our stay was seamless.

Property its self was lovely couldn’t complain. Clean tidy and gave a homely feel. Very spacious.

Location, no near by shops within walking distance. Owner, live next door to the property and showed his face a couple of times which wasn’t necessary. There is a door from his apartment into your apartment which is locked but gives weird vibes. We went out on day came back and there were lights on which mean the owner had been in the apartment whilst we were out which made me feel very uncomfortable.

Immaculate property with everything that you would need. Even better than the photos. Great location for the airport and Santa Claus village. Very friendly host and great communication. Highly recommended.

Everything went great. Fast feedback and clear instructions, the apartment had everything you need for living from dishes to household appliances. The apartment is in a two-story cottage with a separate entrance on the ground floor, the key was in the box, the opening instructions came before check-in. Special thanks for the coffee.

One of best places that I stay in my trip of 2 months in the Norden places. I truly recomend this place to stay. Have a perfect location. 10 min form Santa village and other good places to hike.

Generally I am a little skeptical to book a place that is new on bookings, however this little gem exceeded all our expectations and blew us away. A perfect find tucked away in a beautiful suburb of Rovaniemi, but only just 10 mins drive to the main centre. Fredric was incredibly kind, understanding and hospitable and communicated with us via WhatsApp and was prompt with his communication. Check in instructions were detailed and very clear. Everything you needed to cook with was available in the kitchen. A little laundry room inside the apartment where you can do your laundry. An impeccably clean bathroom and exceptionally comfortable bed. If the skies were clear there was a possibility of seeing the Aurora Borealis from the comfort of the lounge. Overall a very comfortable and luxury apartment. We’ll definitely be back if ever we return to Rovaniemi. Thank you for your kindness Fredric, we’ll always remember it :)
