Breakfast shouldn't be called breakfast. Having just one croissant and one small piece of piazzeta per person each day throughout the entire stay isn't breakfast - it's torturing the guests and a waste of food.

- le petit-déjeuner : des biscuits industriels salés et sucrés dans la chambre + on dépose à 8h un croissant industriel et deux autres gâteaux ou petites pizza (toujours industriel) - Pas un hôtel : absence de personnel, présent uniquement le matin pour les accueils et le soir, mais jusqu’à 19h… si arrivée après 20h : supplément de 20 € ! - la terrasse absolument pas aménagée, juste quelques chaises, pas très propres.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026L hôtel est très bien situé face a une rue directe vers les ferrys à 500 m. Refait à neuf et très propre, la chambre pour 3 est très grande. Pas de vue uniquement des velux avec télécommande. Le bémol c est le petit déjeuner compris qui en ai pas vraiment un. Tous les matins on vous dépose devant la porte un croissant et une petite brioche par personne. Dans le frigo on a eu 250 ml de lait pour 3 personnes pendant 3 jours ,1 carré de beurre individuel pour 3, 2 petites oranges toutes sèches et le jus de fruits 2 mini briques nectar de poire. Il y avait par contre tout l électroménager pour le petit dej. On a dû acheter du lait et du gel douche . Je voyage énormément et c est la première fois que j ai dû acheter du gel douche.
Le petit déjeuner,on a dû acheter car le lait le beurre et autres n est pas renouvelé chaque jour. En 3 nuits les serviettes n ont Pas été changées et on a dû acheter du gel douche et shampooing car il y en avait pour 2 personnes à notre arrivée alors que l on était 3 et bien sûr plus rien le reste du séjour . Durant notre séjour il a fait très très chaud On quittait la chambre à 10h du mat et retour vers 19h et à nôtre arrivée la chambre était chaude car il vous arrête la climatisation

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato per 3 giorni e 2 notti al Royal Boutique Napoli e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: in pieno centro, permette di visitare Napoli comodamente a piedi, raggiungendo senza difficoltà le principali attrazioni della città. Lo staff è stato sempre estremamente gentile, disponibile e accogliente, facendoci sentire a casa fin dal nostro arrivo. La camera era molto curata e ricca di attenzioni. Erano sempre a disposizione snack dolci e salati, una macchinetta del caffè con cialde Borbone (espresso, decaffeinato e cappuccino), oltre a una selezione di tè e infusi. Nel minibar abbiamo trovato latte, succhi di frutta, yogurt, acqua e bibite, un servizio davvero apprezzato. Anche il bagno era fornito di tutto il necessario, con un ricco kit di cortesia comprendente prodotti per la doccia, detergente per il bidet, saponi, creme e persino un kit per la rasatura: dettagli che fanno davvero la differenza e dimostrano grande attenzione verso gli ospiti. Ogni mattina, alle 8:00, veniva lasciata fuori dalla porta una colazione calda con cornetti appena sfornati, un dettaglio che rendeva il risveglio ancora più piacevole. Un altro grande punto di forza è l’aria condizionata, perfettamente funzionante, che ci ha permesso di trovare refrigerio dopo le passeggiate nella calura estiva di Napoli. Infine, il terrazzo panoramico è un vero gioiello: da lì si può ammirare un panorama spettacolare con il mare, il Vesuvio e la collina del Vomero. Un luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e godersi la bellezza della città. Se dovessimo tornare a Napoli, sceglieremmo senza alcun dubbio il Royal Boutique Napoli. Assolutamente consigliato!

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026La ubicación es perfecta. Es la segunda vez que me alojo en este lugar y, sin duda, cuando regrese a Nápoles volveré a hacerlo. La habitación está muy bien dispuesta, con detalles para comer y agua y zumos. El baño es espacioso y las toallas y sábanas de buena calidad.
El ascensor. Es una cabina muy anticuada, lenta y tremendamente calurosa.

רושמים כי החדר כולל ארוחת בוקר , בפועל שמים מחוץ לחדר בבוקר 4 מאפים וזהו. מבחינתי לא נקרא ארוחת בוקר. זה הדבר המרכזי שלא אהבנו.

Ce n’est pas vraiment comme un hôtel classique. Cela ressemble plus à du AirBnb avec du personnel. C’est un grand appartement avec 6 chambres. Ça ne poserait pas de problème si on était prévenu à l’avance. Mais c’est la surprise en arrivant: hall d’immeuble sale avec des poubelles, ascenseur hors d’âge. Une chambre propre mais pas un vrai lit, mais un canapé-lit. Petit déjeuner déposé à la porte de la chambre le matin. Correct si ça m’avait coûté 50 balles mais à 180€ la nuit, on plutôt l’impression de se faire entuber. Attention, si vous arrivez après 20h pour le check in, ça coûte 20€ supplémentaires pour avoir quelqu’un à la réception…

Bed was sinking a bit in the middle. A little TLC needed in places like curtains hanging off the rails/kitchen chairs old/shabby. Shower caddy hadn't been cleaned. Towels adequate but not overly fluffy. Slight smell from bathroom but possibly to be expected in city centre. Air Con was just about adequate.

Bir plakanın içinde 4. Katta yer alan tesiste asansör çok eski ve çok yavaş idi. Adeta 4.kata değil 34. Kata çıkıyorsunuz süre olarak. Otelin, Napoli’nin en işlek yaya caddesi üzerinde olması sebebi ile odalara ses gelmekte ama biz çok rahatsız olmadık. Birde doğru varış saatini otele bildirmeniz önemli . Resepsiyonda kimse olmayabiliyor ve sokaktan plazaya dahi giremeyebilirsiniz .

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026The location was ideal: a surprisingly peaceful haven above the hustle and bustle of Via Toledo. The room, though compact, was comfortable and well equipped and the bathroom was modern and spacious. Everything was super clean and tidy. The best thing for me was the roof terrace with its fabulous views towards the sea and Vesuvius. It was a wonderful place to take breakfast or simply sit and read after a busy day visiting Herculaneum and Vesuvius. A big thank you to Maria on reception who was always very helpful. A lovely place to stay.
I would have preferred the fridge not to be right next to the bed as it generated hot air, but this was a minor issue

L'ingresso del palazzo è lasciato un po' a se stesso, stona molto con la struttura alberghiera che invece è elegantissima.

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026The hotel itself was fantastic. Beautifully furnished. The room had all the facilities you would expect for a five star hotel, including an ironing board and sewing repair kit. The toiletries bag was excellent. The staff are friendly helpful and the staywas made very comfortable.
The external picture of the hotel is misleading. If ever there was a hotel in the wrong building this was it you enter up a small alleyway which at night is at the end of a row of Restaurant tables and walk through a large secure iron gate there is then the stone courtyard which is in appalling condition, with rubbish bins, flower planters, full of cigarettes and rubbish. You’ve got some steps to a lift which has graffiti all over the front door , there is a lid room opposite it which looks like it should probably have a dead body in it. If you walk up the stairs, on several of the floors there are graffiti broken doors if I were a single female traveller arriving at night I would be very disturbed. It lets the property down badly.

Reviewed Apr 10, 2026Objekt je na odličnoj lokaciji, Blizu metroa i luke, a opet u centru. Noci nije bilo buke. Sadrzavao je sve potrebne higijenske potrepstine. Svaki dan smo imali super dorucak i ciscenje.
Mali minus za smece u haustoru u samom ulazu u zgradu.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026Ottima accoglienza, stanza dotata di tutti i comfort e attrezzata in ogni dettaglio: anche di spazzolini e dentifricio, di pantofole oltre che di beauty con i prodotti da bagno. Pulizia giornaliera della camera. Posizione perfetta, strategica per raggiungere ogni attrazione turistica a piedi: parcheggi l'auto in uno dei parcheggi custoditi nei dintorni (se ne trovano a 2 minuti a piedi dal residence) e te la dimentichi per tutto il soggiorno a Napoli. Stazione Metro Toledo a due minuti a piedi, piazza del plebiscito a 5 minuti a piedi... che dire di più? Perfetta. Trattorie tipiche a 3 minuti a piedi e una pizzeria proprio sotto casa... C'è bisogno di aggiungere altro?

The building is used by lots of other businesses. When you first enter at ground floor level there was lots of rubbish . However once you go to the 4th floor it is lovely and clean.

Sofa bed was old, sunken and uncomfortable.

Reviewed Jan 6, 2026Мы поставили фильтры только для выбора отеля, попали на этот вариант, который не является отелем, а только Б&Б . В описании стояла частная парковка. И лишь только после оплаты нам присылают письмо, в котором указывается парковка стоимостью в 80€ в день!!! Нигде в описании не была указана стоимость парковки . После переписки нам предложили другую парковку за 60€ в день. От парковки до б&б нужно идти по пешеходной зоне с огромным количеством людей с чемоданами по вымощенной улице. Далее мы находим подъезд, входим внутрь и обнаруживаем новый сюрприз: чемоданы нужно поднимать по лестнице до лифта, а лифт очень грязный, узкий и платный. Персонал очень внимательный и вежливый, девушки с ресепшен помогали как могли, подготовили монетки для лифта, спускались вниз встретить и показать, как пользоваться лифтом. Комнаты в целом неплохо, на второй день нам предложили поменять условия проживания на улучшенные. Но настроение было испорчено ранее информацией, которая выдавалась маленькими порциями.
Неправдивая информация в описании, нельзя называть б&б отелем. А для б&б цена неоправданно высокая.
