Spacious room for the price and amazing staff. We had to extend our stay multiple times as we had an unpredictable schedule and we did it with no issues. Thanks to the staff for being friendly and helpful.

Good communication. Someone waiting for you at reception. Somewhere where to leave your bike safe. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Good location in Distric 1. I did also have a problem with the internet and someone came to fix it pretty soon.

This is my 3rd time staying at Cubicity hidden house. The place is clean, staff is attentive and the location is great. Not too far from tourists attractions. Also, you can do your laundry which is amazing

This hotel offers excellent value for money. It consists of well-equipped mini-apartments—the kitchens, in particular, are great. The place is clean and quiet (zero noise). The bed is comfortable, the Wi-Fi is fast and stable, and there is a smart TV, perfect air conditioning, hot water, and excellent housekeeping service upon request. The best part is the independence it offers, while staff are responsive via WhatsApp if you need anything. During my week-long stay, the only person I met was the housekeeper; she was incredibly kind and gentle—always smiling, radiating good vibes, and ready to help. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, budget-friendly stay close to everything, located in a very pleasant, quiet neighborhood in District 1 of Ho Chi Minh City.

Очень сложно оценить жилье. Сначала нам очень не повезло с комнатой при заселении (см блок ниже), но днём нас переселили в комнату на 4-м этаже. Там было все чисто и без животнын, только комната была очень маленькая. В целом я бы поставила выше рейтинг, если бы не изначальная комната на 1 этаже, но этот опыт нельзя исключать. Комнаты чистые (обе). Внешний вид комнат соответствует описанию и фотографиям. Есть все туалетные принадлежности. Хорошо работает кондиционер, есть горячая вода и быстрый wi-fi. Удобное расположение Есть лифт Есть стиральная машина (для всех гостей)

Сначала у нас был самый ужасный опыт с жильем в жизни: Мы приехали заселяться рано утром после ночного автобуса. Нам дали пароль от двери и номер комнаты на 1-м этаже (комната была открыта). В 5 утра, почти сразу как приехали, мы легли спать и буквально через 10 минут появился звук "бум", потом он повторялся через каждую минуту или чаще. Мы не смогли уснуть, включили свет и увидели, что на потолке на вентиляционную решетку падают крысы😖😖😖 просто одна за одной... периодически свешивался хвост...В комнату они не проникали, но звук падающий крысы с какой-то, наверно, трубы, и вид этого всего был ужасным. Спать мы так и не смогли.

Hanna was an absolutely amazing host! She was responsive, so kind, very helpful with questions, clear with communication and instructions, and generally, just the best. My family member and I stayed in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment which was the perfect size for the both of us. There was a small kitchenette, mini fridge, dining room table, and living room space. The location was walking distance from so many restaurants, shops, tourist spots, and easy transport. I would highly recommend this spot if you are looking to stay in District 1.

Room was good, clean & had lounge. T.V. was hard to work. Shower small but O.K. Had a cockroach now and then. It was ground floor. When we arrived there was only one room left. We booked two. Got soughted.

забронировала номер как на фото с пометкой «для некурящих». заселили в прокуренный темный номер , который отличался от той категории, которая была заявлена. попросила переселить. показали ещё один номер на выбор - стоял жуткий запах плесени. в итоге заехала в номер 304, по началу показался воздух чистым, но когда отключаешь кондиционер - стоит стойкий запах плесени, особенно когда заходишь с улицы. в раковине бегали какие-то жучки/муравьи. один раз были даже в кровати. розетки для чайника на кухонном острове нет, пришлось включать в розетку на полу у телевизора, в итоге розетка загорелась вместе с вилкой от чайника, успела выдернуть. пришел мастер починил. персонал улыбчивый, отзывчивый, все решает и идет на встречу, но отель старый убитый и пыльный (но фото выглядит хорошо), с крысами в мусорном баке при входе в отель — я выносила мусор и одна выпрыгнула прямо из бака ))) за такую стоимость отель не тянет на свою категорию.

После бронирования, со мной связался сотрудник аппаратов, прислал подробную инструкцию как добраться из аэропорта, как найти дом. Инструкция была с фотографиями. Такой уровень заботы сразу порадовал. Сотрудники апартаментов были очень дружелюбными, милыми. Сами апартаменты достаточно просторные с хорошей кухней, диваном и большой кроватью. Кровать была мягкой, спалось Как на облаке, такое в Азии редкость. Район, в котором расположены апартаменты, очень удобный, легко добраться до достопримечательностей, в округе много магазинов, рынок, множество кафе с едой и напитками на любой бюджет. Любители винтажа будут в восторге, все винтажные магазины собраны именно в этом районе. Отдыхать в этих апартах нам очень понравилось.

1. 地理位置很好: 巷子走出去3分鐘就是粉紅教堂，6分鐘到新定市場 2. 購物飲食方便: 樓下有24小時Mini Shop，旁邊有飲料店，也有可吃正餐的碎米飯，豬肉湯河粉等，再走5分鐘就到新定市場，換錢，吃東西，買土特產、蔬果都很方便 3. 房間內床單等備品都很乾淨，地板也很乾淨 4. 免費洗衣服務: 房客可以自行前往頂樓的洗衣晾衣場，免費使用洗衣烘衣機，因天氣很熱，每天一外出就全身汗，所以傍晚回來就洗衣，每天外出都可穿乾淨香香的衣物，非常讚 5. 房內小廚房和冰箱，可簡單料理食物，可惜我最後一天才發現櫃廚內有鍋具，就煮了一包越南泡麵感受一下

1. 床墊太軟，我個人不習慣太軟的床，喜歡很軟的床的人應該很喜歡 2. 付款只能用越南盾現金 3. 房間內的電視無法看，櫃台說要找工程師來處理後就沒下文了 4. 第一天住最高樓5樓，晚上8點開始聽到很大聲的機器運轉聲，這聲音持續到凌晨4-5點都有，吵得整晚睡不好，隔天凌晨透過Booking平台跟店家反映要換房間，出門的時候，看到我門口外有一小樓梯可以通到頂樓洗衣場，原來我的房間在所有洗衣機烘衣機的正下方，整晚都有房客跑到樓上洗衣服，於是我被整晚被機器運轉聲吵到都無法睡。傍晚回飯店後打開平台才看到下午1點半店家回覆有一空房可換，但聯繫店家後得知那間空房已經賣掉，於是又繼續被吵一個晚上。第三天早上九點多，服務人員來敲門告知四樓有一空房可以換，於是我們立刻換房間，雖然晚上還是有機器運轉聲音，但是沒有睡在五樓那麼大聲。建議店家應該要限制房客在深夜使用洗衣烘衣機，以免影響其他房客的休息。

The room was bigger than expected, very clean, and well-equipped with air conditioning, which made a big difference in the heat! I also think the location was great, close to all the main attractions (about 20 min), but a less crowded and less touristy area.

The place was great and I would definitely recommend it! The only thing to maybe improve was the check-in experience. Even though we had communicated our arrival time in advance and it had been confirmed, there was some confusion when we arrived late at night (around 11 pm after a very long journey). It was quite stressful not knowing if we had a room, but thankfully, the person at reception was able to contact someone and sort it out fairly quickly.

Obiekt jest brudny, swoje dobre lata ma za sobą, na łóżku były czyjeś włosy , w pokoju pełno mrówek, w łazience grzyb, a komunikacja z personelem to jest żart. Pani ledwo mówi w języku angielskim, napisałam informacje podczas rezerwacji o której będziemy na miejscu. Nikogo nie było, mieliśmy problem z dostaniem się do pokoju bo kompletnie nie byłam wstanie zrozumieć co Pani mówi przez telefon, na który dzwoniłam chyba z 8 razy zanim Pani odebrała. Z zapłaceniem też był problem bo Pani nie było…. Napisałam na whatsup dzień wcześniej ( bo Pani nie widziałam aby razu na recepcji - zawsze była pusta ), że wymeldowujemy się ok 6 rano. Nie było żadnej odpowiedzi. Potem ok 12:00 gdy już mnie nie było, Pani napisała żebym zrobiła jej przelew bo nie zapłaciliśmy a z booking com nie może ściągnąć pieniędzy…..więc będąc już w innym mieście szukałam możliwości zrobienie przelwu Pani na konto wietnamskie…. ( to nie jest łatwe ) Po raz pierwszy w życiu byłam w hotelu w którym ja jako gość zastanawiałam się jak mam zapłacić za pobyt bo personel miał to w dupie przez 3 dni mojego pobytu u nich. Poziom obsługi oraz czystości w tym miejscu jest na poziomie 0. Absolutnie nie polecam . Nie wierzyłam we wcześniejsze opinie i pożałowałam
