Felipe ist ein UNGLAUBLICH freundlicher host. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und haben wunderbare Gespräche mit ihm geführt. Es war uns ein zweites Zuhause. Die Zimmer sind einfach . Tolle Ruhelage, in der Nähe der Metrostation Hospital.

Felipe was an amazing host! He was so helpful with trying to help me receive my lost bag. I loved seeing the cats around in the garden! The hostal is central and close to the metro where you can get to the main sights very quickly.

The facilities weren’t updated but it was no issue for us at all, and the place is a great value for the money. The hostal isn’t in the “nicest” neighborhood and there are some homeless people in the surrounding streets, but we felt safe and had no problems.

Todo estuvo súper! Don Felipe es una persona excepcional. La amabilidad y nobleza hecha persona. Un hostal con aire colonial, cómodo y con agüita caliente 🫶Volvería mil veces.

Todo estuvo muy bien

Aunque el dueño era simpático, la habitación estaba sucia y llena de arañas y cucarachas. Además no es un buen barrio. . No repetiríamos la estancia.

La ubicación muy buena, el anfitrión Felipe muy dispuesto ayudar, me sentí como en casa.

Solo que no había tv, pero en general todo estuvo bien.

Es muy tranquilo, Felipe es un exelente anfitrión lo recomiendo

Los alrededores de noche te pueden parecer solitarios pero fuera de eso es muy seguro

L’établissement est situé dans un quartier calme proche du métro. Le lieu est très agréable, propre et il y a tout ce qu’il faut ! Sans oublier que Felipe est aux petits soins pour ses visiteurs ! C’est une personne incroyable qui aime profondément les gens, partager son histoire et son temps ! Nous avons passé un super séjour! Encore merci Felipe c’est grâce à toi !

La educación y amabilidad de los anfitriones

O alojamento fica próximo a estação Hospital do metrô de Medellin e é fácil de chegar. Não tivemos problemas com o barulho da rua. O Felipe é um ótimo anfitrião, muito simpático e prestativo. Parece que há cozinha, mas não utilizamos.

Ficamos em um quarto para não fumantes, mas o cheiro de cigarro muitas vezes entrava no quarto por uma pequena abertura que existe na porta e incomodava. Acho que as fotos foram tiradas dos melhores ângulos, então quando um hóspede chega há uma leve quebra de expectativa, por exemplo com o forro que está em mau estado. As instalações são muito antigas e até mesmo improvisadas. A cortina era adaptada e como citaram, de fato, o colchão é envolto por uma capa plástica. Fora da propriedade, quanto mais você caminha em direção a Plaza Botero, infelizmente, mais assustador fica com várias pessoas morando na rua e usuários de droga. Então, a noite é melhor redobrar a atenção.

Felipe, el propietario, es buena persona.

El colchón tiene una funda de plástico, q hace ruido y sobre todo al no transpirar, da calor. Felipe fuma, y el pestazo del tabaco se cuela en la habitación. Se siente mucho ruido de la gente, al no haber nada de aislamiento (ver foto). Todo es muy antiguo: muebles, ducha (ver foto), y necesita una reforma importante. Pero lo peor es q acepta checkin las 24 horas, y llega gente de madrugada, q al prender el timbre te despierta. Una noche llegó una pareja a las 3:00 y un chico a las 5:00 am. No se duerme nada.

Felipe est adorable toujours à l’écoute et pleins de bon conseils. L’emplacement est parfait. Attention en cas d’allergies aux animaux il y a beaucoup de chats !

Purtroppo la struttura non è decente, nonostante la cortesia del sig. Felipe tanto decantata in molte recensioni. In oltre 50 prenotazioni effettuate su booking non mi era mai successo di non terminare un soggiorno. Ce ne siamo andati dopo una notte. La stanza inoltre non corrispondeva alle foto presenti sul sito.

Le gérant Felipe est une personne très bienveillante d'une aide précieuse et de bons conseils. Il m'a fait faire le tour du quartier pour me montrer tout les coins et magasins interressant pour mon séjour. Je voyage seul, il se souciait de ma sécurité en me donnant des conseils et a été très vigilant pour moi. Le lieu est très bien placé, en 10 minutes vous pouvez être a la Plaza Botero et le métro en 5 minutes. Le prix est vraiment bon pour le confort et toutes les raisons mentionnées. Je recommande vivement !

Pas trop de wifi sur la dernière chambre du fond, mais c'est pas grand chose il suffit d'aller dans la cuisine et on a un bonne connexion

Felipe é una persona eccezionale che ci ha aiutato e accolto per tre giorni a Medellin. Ci ha riempito di consigli e attenzioni con tutto il calore e la premura possibile . Ci siamo fatti una foto insieme alla fine per poterlo ricordare come parte del viaggio.

In alcune stanze la pulizia potrebbe essere più curata ma Felipe sta lavorando sodo per migliorare il livello della struttura.

The location is wonderfully situated in the center of the city. The community is beautiful to walk around. There's taxi train and bus nearby. The host Felipe is a very friendly man and helpful with anything you need. There's hot water and it is very quiet. The cats are nice too. I really enjoyed my stay. Wifi is good too.

The owner is super friendly and accommodating helping at at arrival and letting us stay the last day in the room as well. Never had such friendly hosts. The value is also great. You have a much more authentic stay here than in a tourist neighborhood

As other reviews outlined the accommodation is basic and not very comfortable. The bed is quite hard, the curtains completely see through and the neighborhood is more rough. We made do with it and the host helped with using the other bed which was better so we had a good time

Felipe run the guesthouse by himself, he is friendly and nice guy. Cats are so so so cute, we loved them so much. We had a great stay here. Our room we booked is big, and there are hot shower, water pressure is enough. House is big and tradicional close to metro station.

We had the most wonderful time staying at hostel Prado colonial, Felipe went beyond being a brilliant host and became a friend. The hostel is such a peaceful oasis of calm within Medellin with beautiful cats to keep you company! It is in a good location close to the metro and a supermarket. We loved it so much we came back again- I can’t recommend it enough!

The hostel is run by lovely Felipe, who is very smiley and helpful. We took the night bus to Cartagena and as there was no new reservations on our room, Felipe offered us to keep the room until we left late in the evening. Such an amazing gesture and we of course wanted to give him a little extra money for that, even he didn’t ask for it but it really made our day. The rooms and facilities are very basic, but they do the job; the location is great within walking distance to a lot of places and metro stations, and short taxi ride to the bus terminal. The hostel is very safe, which is very important in Medelin. A big plus if you love cats as there are a few!

The room was simple and clean. The kitchen is big and has everything you need. Felipe is so kind and so helpful.

The accommodation was located in a good area, close to centro so it was easy to walk in. The place itself was always well taken care of and clean. Felipe made us feel very welcome and was helpful when it came to things to do around Medellin.

Felipe is a wonderful host who can't do enough to help, he sends fantastic tips of what to do around the city and is super friendly and welcoming.

The bed wasn't super comfortable and the room didn't have proper curtains so was very light. The neighborhood is quite sketchy a couple of blocks over.

It's a vintage colonial house with an inner garden. The host Felipe is super friendly and helpful. He gave a lot of useful information and recommendations. He knows all the hip spots. Also, there are lots of cute cats and a dog. I extended my stay from 10 nights to 13 nights, and would love to stay even longer.

Great historic house in Medellin. Places like this are rare in such a modern city. Filipe is a friendly, welcoming host. You're treated like a friend or family member staying over. There's a communal kitchen, dining area and back yard, where people get together to chat. It's in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, about ten minutes to the nearest metro station. The area's safe. Little corner shops in the area attract people who sit around, drinking coffee or beer. They keep an eye on things. If you want to stay in a traditional Medellin neighbourhood, close to Centro and transport anywhere else, this is the place to stay in Medellin.

Spacious room, we even got an upgrade for free to a room with a private bathroom. Good WiFi, well equipped shared kitchen and only a 5 minute walk to a supermarket and metro station. Felipe is very friendly and gives great advice about the city. We would definitely recommend staying here.

It is near the train station and there is a D1 nearby. Filipe, the owner was alway around to chitchat or give us some travel tips or just chill out.

The accommodation is beautiful, with lush greenery and comfortable shared areas. Felipe is so incredibly kind and helpful, offering us sweet treats and coffee and lovely chats. He was so patient when we arrived later than expected and helped us out at every opportunity. Our room was very comfortable, airy and clean and the location was great, close to the metro and buses so we could get anywhere in the city. We’d move in if we could! The cute (8!) cats and lil pup made it feel very homey.

Incroyable ! Felipe on t'aime

Felipe is an excellent host, checking with us that everything’s okay. He helped us with the metro and recommendations on where to go. The hostel has a friendly feel to it, easy to find and in a quiet location. We had a problem with our room but once we had mentioned it to Felipe he was eager to make it better, which meant we were able to enjoy our stay.

The upstairs terrace could do with making look nicer at some point but it’s lovely to sit up there with a beer.
