Unlike what was mentioned in the description, tge apartment was missing a coffee machine and microwave which was necessary for our stay specially with teenagers. The apartment can host up to six people however not ideal with only one bathroom, would have been better if the parking was included in the stay rather than at extra fee.

Las fotos no corresponden con la realidad del apartamento. La bañera tiene óxido y está desconchada. Tienen una clema eléctrica al descubierto en la parte superior de la bañera. Los cajones de la cocina están desconchados. Las paredes de todo el apartamento están desconchadas y sucias Los colchones malísimos, cuando te tumbas te quedas en las tablas y el armazón de la cama está roto, se cae a piezas Los armarios olían fatal, tuvimos que comprar ambientadores Para colmo la piscina tiene algas, nos salimos con los bañadores y el pelo verde El extintor de la recepción tiene la última revisión en 2024 Después de pagar 96€ por dos coches para 4 días en el garaje, se mete todo el mundo porque está abierto todo el día y te quedas sin plaza

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Doskonała lokalizacja, przepiękne widoki z balkonu i blisko do plaży - choć trzeba trochę podejść i użyć zejścia, ponieważ morze jest niemal pod samym apartamentem, ale kilkanaście metrów w dół (lepiej nie skakać ;)). Sprawnie działająca klimatyzacja, szybki internet/wifi, na parterze jest kawiarnia (cicha, spokojna), są baseny i nie ma tłoku. Miejsc parkingowych wystarczająco i są wygodne, duże - choć niestety są płatne dodatkowo. Apartament był duży, wygodny.
Miejsca parkingowe są drogie, a jednak dobrze jest mieć samochód odwiedzając ten apartament (dość daleko do przystanku czy sklepu). Pokój był już dość "zmęczony" - stelaż łóżka był połamany, gdzieniegdzie szafka się nie domykała "łatwo", kanapa była trochę poplamiona, itd. Generalnie czuć, że przydałby się tutaj remont, odświeżenie. Serwis sprzątający w zasadzie nie sprząta - jedynie wymienia ręczniki i pościel, spodziewałem się mimo wszystko tego, że jakieś szybkie odkurzenie czy przetarcie podłogi też będzie "w cenie". Brakuje podstawowego wyposażenia kuchni, np. deski do krojenia, czy podstawowych przypraw jak sól, pieprz, niedużo jest także talerzy i kubków. Nie narzekam na obsługę, choć muszę odnotować, że ciężko było kogoś "złapać" - na recepcji ciężko było spotkać kogokolwiek z obsługi, więc głównie pytać trzeba było we wspomnianej wcześniej kawiarni albo serwis wymieniający pościel/ręczniki. Ściany lub drzwi są słabo wyciszone - jeśli sąsiad się za głośno zachowuje, to słychać.

El apartamento estaba lleno de hormigas hasta por encima de la cama y la solución era un insecticida el cuál no podíamos echar ya que teníamos un bebé de cuatro meses, el aire en una de las habitaciones no funcionaba y eso era un horno imposible de dormir ni estar ahí, no había solución ya que todos los apartamentos estaban reservados, me parecen cosas básicas para un apartamento de mil euros que hemos pagado... Una decepción total por no hablar de las fotos que no tienen nada que ver con la realidad todo es bastante viejo y mal cuidado. No repetire

Uncomfortable beds with only a single sheet for cover. Requested extra covers at reception and were told that the cleaning lady wasn’t on. In fairness, she called to let us know that duvets and clean towels would be left at reception. We had a three bed apartment fur two couples. Had to request a second key, but then the hotel cleaner had no key to access the apartment to clean and refresh towels. No fault if the staff they were very helpful. The pool wasn’t clean either, a lot of dead insects, low water level.

El bar de abajo está muy bien la comida está muy muy buena y las vistas están muy bien. Las camareras no hablan casi español.
El aire no funcionaba bien no tenía suficiente fuerza y en una de las habitaciones no iba. La terraza estaba muy sucia y es peligrosa para ir con niños pequeños es muy peligrosa. El señor de la entrada fuma ahí mismo en la la garita y es muy desagradable entrar huele mucho a tabaco y con niños …

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026The biggest plus of this place is definitely the view and the long balcony. Both from the living room and from one of the bedrooms the view was outstanding. The location was great, as well - initially we were worried it was going to be really uphill, but it’s nothing critical. Closest beach is only a few minutes away, Carrefour is less than 10mins away, so is the closest bus stop.
Cleanliness. I can’t say the apartment was dirty per se, more like hygiene not maintained properly. The sofa had huge dirt/sauce spots on it, so did the floor in some places and the curtains. The originally planned “enjoying the view from the couch” went out the window, as we didn’t even want to touch it. This honestly made us question the hygiene of the place. Beds. All the beds were squeaky, the mattress was extremely soft - if you laid on your back you woke up feeling like a shrimp, you were so bent. Hospitality. It was stated somewhere that the hotel has 24hour reception - it is either not the case or the employees were hiding from us. We only saw two employees during check-in and not a single one throughout our stay. We were barely informed about anything besides the location of our apartment when we were handed the keys. No information about check out, option for in house breakfast or the pool.

W środku było czysto i komfortowo. Lokalizacja również na duży plus – blisko najważniejszych miejsc i atrakcji. Personel bardzo miły, pomocny i uprzejmy. Pobyt uważamy za bardzo udany i z przyjemnością wrócilibyśmy ponownie.

The pool didn’t look anything like the pictures and when I booked i was arriving in the early hours of the morning, I selected the hotel as I thought it had a 24hr reception, we arrived late and there was no reception, managed to get through on the phone and find where they left the key. Left the apartment at 8.30am for breakfast and then checked out about 9.30, both times there was no one at reception. So don’t think there is a 24hr reception service as we never met any staff.

The staff were very rude and unfriendly.You cannot buy with card a coffee because you have to buy minimum 10€ and for the first day a coffee was €4.5 and the second day was €3 which was a bit strange to change the prices from one day to other.Poor cleaning and just one toilet for 3 bedrooms apartment.

Lo que no me gusta a sido el descontrol con el parking ya que al tener la puerta abierta todo el tiempo los coches descontrol afuera entraban y se colaban para futuras reservas yo haría un control de eso y apuntaría las matrículas y arreglaría también la puerta del garaje y que se cierre por qué los días que estado siempre estaba abierta eso es lo principal

Reviewed Mar 9, 2026A mi me encantó su estancia en el apartamento de Ola Blanca. Destacó especialmente la vista, que era preciosa y muy relajante. También le gustó mucho la tranquilidad de la comunidad; es un lugar perfecto para descansar y desconectar. Las camas eran muy cómodas y todo estaba muy limpio al llegar, lo cual se agradece mucho. Además, todo fue muy fácil: el acceso al apartamento fue sencillo y práctico. Otro punto muy positivo fue el personal, que fue extremadamente amable con nosotros y nos ayudó en todo momento con cualquier cosa que necesitábamos.
Realmente no hubo nada importante que no le gustara. Si tuviera que mencionar algo, quizá diría que la estancia se le hizo corta porque el lugar era tan tranquilo y agradable que daban ganas de quedarse más tiempo. Incluso los pequeños detalles que normalmente podrían ser una queja terminaron formando parte de una experiencia muy positiva. En general, fue una estancia muy agradable y con ganas de repetir.

El apartamento tiene ventanas que aislan la casa del exterior de manera excelente, con lo cual, se mantenía la temperatura y no había ruidos. Estaba muy limpio y tenía todo lo necesario, con una nevera grande, microondas, lavavajillas, lavadora...
Las camas hacían mucho ruido al mínimo movimiento, y la sábana bajera era muy justa, con lo cual saltaba con facilidad.

Some minor things that would have made our stay better. There were no mirrors in any of the bedrooms. There was no plug for the kitchen sink to wash up, but there was washing up liquid. The hair dryer in the bathroom was not very good.

Nothing. Communication from Hotel staff was great. Ashott and Anna were super friendly. As we went in early January reception staff were only there for limited time but they were always just a call away and response was immediate.
