Reviewed May 13, 2025Spotlessly clean! The room smell very good. Comfy bed, free toiletries, free refillable water. No moldy smell in the room (which is actually common in tropical areas). Great AC. The shower had a very strong pressure, the best so far we found in the Philippines. Staff extremely welcoming and willing to help. They let us check-in early and we could also stay one hour more after check out time. I can’t recommend this place enough! Don’t hesitate to book this place.

Reviewed Nov 13, 2023We chose the accommodation because of the proximity to the airport and it worked perfectly for us - they ordered a tricycle that got us to the airport on time! The staff is kind and the room is simple but spacious and clean. The wifi works super well!
The bathroom could be improved, but it still has everything you need and works perfectly! Not much to do in Del Carmen, I recommend to visit the lagoon by boat and stroll around the mangrove reserve!

Reviewed Apr 21, 2023We loved everything, the staff are so lovely. They help us with our laundry. The coffee is so nice, the room is really good. The location! We really recommend this place! Also, if you walk down the main road, it is a restaurant that we completely recommend eat there. You get at that place is an empty square place in the day is full of tourists cars but at night is just an empty spot and you will see a lonely restaurant, so go there! We forget the name, but the food is fabulous 👌
Everything was perfect, any complaints

Reviewed Mar 28, 2023Staff was very friendly and helped with everything we had. The room was very nice with a table that could fit a laptop with add on keyboard: Something that you usually don´t get around here. Also Del Carmen is a really nice place to stay for a night or two.
I should have booked more nights lol
