Absolutamente todo !!! No le pongo 11 porque no está la opción , es el paraíso , el personal maravilloso , Milena se ocupó de todos los detalles , la comida de Navy espectacular y el lugar no puede ser más precioso, muchas gracias sencillamente es perfecto !!!

Le personnel sur place et la nourriture sont excellents

Un peu trop cher pour un jacuzzi à partager avec les autres clients (pas vraiment une piscine). Un espace beaucoup trop petit pour 5 personnes (avec seulement 1 douche). De la rouille dans la salle de bain, une odeur d’humidité et un personnel en charge des réservations particulièrement odieux (vu le prix de la chambre on s’attendait à mieux à vrai dire…)

El lugar es hermoso, el mejor hotel de providencia sin dudas.. la ubicación es excelente, las vistas increíbles. Tiene 3 habitaciones así que hay mucha privacidad. Todo el personal es muy amable, están super atentos todo el tiempo y te hacen pasar una estadía muy especial. La comida es excelente! Recomiendo.

Todo el alojamiento es un paraiso. Las vistas y la comodidad son inmejorables. El personal (Alvaro, Herbert y los demas) fueron atentos a cada momento y nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Se sentía el amor que le ponian a la atención del cliente. Volvería a ir 100%

One of the most beautiful accommodations we have ever stayed in. Words cannot describe the location, the friendliness of the staff, the food (crabs and lobsters!), the cleanliness and the comfort. Simply fantastic.

We had a fantastic time at Monasterio del Viento! It exceeded our expectations, especially since this was our first time visiting Providencia, and we weren’t sure how the island had recovered from the 2020 hurricane. The hotel is beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, creating a tranquil and luxurious retreat. Alvaro, Melie, and the two ladies who cooked were all amazing—so welcoming and attentive. We still think about the delicious ceviche we had for lunch! We deeply appreciate all the effort put into making Monasterio del Viento such a luxurious and well-run option on Providencia—it truly shows. Herbert was incredibly easy to communicate with and arranged everything we needed seamlessly. The level of service was truly five-star, and we’ve already told many friends that if they ever visit Providencia, Monasterio del Viento is the only place to consider!

Our only complaint was the smell from the drainage/sewage, which would occasionally rise up and create an odor in the room. It was quite unpleasant to return to that, and while the diffuser helped mask the smell, at times, it was still overpowering. We wondered if this could be remedied with a U-shaped bend in the plumbing to prevent the backup. Hopefully, this is something that can be addressed, as it was the only downside to an otherwise perfect stay.

Quiet location and beautiful views from every room!! The staff was amazing, upon arrival they were all there to greet us, Herbert made check in and check out an easy relaxed process. Alvaro and Navi were so friendly and accommodating, whenever we needed anything or if we ever had any questions they were always nearby to assist. Navi prepared the BEST meals with so much care and heart! We had such a relaxing stay here, falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean and waking up to breathtaking sunrises. 10/10 would recommend!

This is definitely the best and most beautiful place to stay in Providencia! Quiet location and it doesn't get closer to the number 1 spot in Providencia called Crab Cay (Cayo Cangrejo). Friendly staff and the food was delicious as well!
