Ottima posizione, tutte le principali attrazioni sono a 20 minuti a piedi di distanza. Metropolitana a pochissimi metri. Bagno grande e mini frigo in camera molto comodo.

El baño olía un poco raro a veces, pero las tuberías en sí, no el baño como tal el baño estaba limpio, o mejor dicho los respiraderos

La ubicación es muy buena.

Me siento estafada, pagué mucho para una habitación como ponen en las fotos y era un sucucho. Una mentira. Olor a humedad, 2x2 , lo único lindo fue el baño. La limpieza medio pelo.

Top Lage. Preis/Leistung war perfekt. Gegenüber direkt eine Bäckerei und auch sonst ist man überall super schnell mit Bus oder U Bahn.

Höchstens, dass die Wände ein bisschen dünn sind, aber ansonsten war alles super.

La posizione ottima

L’unico vero punto positivo di questo albergo è sicuramente la posizione, davvero ottima e comoda. Per quanto riguarda il resto, però, la nostra esperienza è stata piuttosto negativa. La domenica avevamo previsto il full cleaning, ma non è stato effettuato assolutamente nulla. Il giorno successivo, lunedì, ci è stato fatto quello che hanno definito come full cleaning, ma in realtà si sono limitati a cambiare la fodera del letto. La cosa più spiacevole è stata scoprire che i cuscini all’interno del letto erano letteralmente sporchi, pieni di macchie e con un aspetto tale da far pensare che non fossero mai stati lavati. Anche l’armadio era evidentemente sporco e mai pulito a fondo: all’interno abbiamo persino trovato un paio di mutande che, presumibilmente, appartenevano agli ospiti precedenti. Una situazione decisamente inaccettabile dal punto di vista dell’igiene e della pulizia. Un altro aspetto molto negativo riguarda la cauzione di 100 euro, che ci è stata richiesta il giorno stesso del nostro arrivo. Questa cauzione non ci era mai stata comunicata prima, né durante la prenotazione né su Booking. Ci è stato spiegato che, a causa di un precedente episodio in cui alcuni ospiti avevano rotto una porta, avevano deciso di richiedere questa somma come deposito per evitare che situazioni simili si ripetessero. Tuttavia, riteniamo scorretto imporre una nuova cauzione agli ospiti il giorno dell’arrivo, senza che questa condizione sia stata chiaramente indicata prima della prenotazione. Nonostante ci sia stato ripetuto più volte che questa informazione fosse presente su Booking, noi non l’abbiamo trovata da nessuna parte. Questo, sinceramente, ci ha dato una forte sensazione di poca trasparenza. Infine, anche per quanto riguarda la tassa di soggiorno, abbiamo trovato poco corretto il fatto che pagando con carta o bancomat venissero aggiunti 2 euro in più a persona, mentre pagando in contanti si pagava semplicemente l’importo previsto, senza alcun costo aggiuntivo.

Tout était parfait, il manquait juste un petit frigo dans la chambre. Je recommande malgré tout

Location was great, close to bus stops and metro stations and at a walkable distance from the beach and the historic center. We were unsure if we'd have a fridge in the room and we're glad to find that we did. We were also glad for the AC. The staff helped us when we had some problems with the locker inside the room and gave us a good suggestion for luggage storage after we checked out. We did not have any insect problems.

There was a small gap under our front door which made us hear other guests as if they were in the same room with us. The bed sheets were stained. They seemed clean but maybe they were in need of some bleaching? That was a pretty bad first impression. Being aware of the hostal's cleaning policy, we asked for a broom to do a bit of cleaning ourselves. Even so, we were denied and told that the cleaning would happen in the next day.

⭐ 1/5 Broken A/C (room stuck at 29°C, noisy all night — I have video), a rude manager who called me a liar, and a forced downgrade to a smaller room just to get working air conditioning. Even after I reported everything to Booking.com, the only "fix" was moving me to a smaller room than the one I paid for. €50 "compensation" for four ruined nights. Hard pass.

Organisation avant l'arrivée, envois 2 fois des cartes d'identité, mauvais lien reçu 2h avant d'arriver pour s'enregistrer (obligation du gouvernement espagnol). Pas de gel douche ou de papier toilette remis chaque jour, il a fallut en demander. Ménage moyen. Salle de bain grand mais pas pratique qu'il faudrait refaire. Draps et serviettes tachées Pas de vue des fenêtres.

J’ai aimé l’accueil , l’autonomie , l’attention du personnel d’entretien ( Merci ☺️) Et le plus était le calme absolu ( chambre 5 ) . J’ai super bien dormi !

La procédure d’enregistrement était particulière mais une fois que vous avez compris le fonctionnement , l’endroit est super / odeur de renfermé vu l’absence d’aération mais j’y retournerais

Отель находится в Готическом районе,все достопримечательности в пешей доступности.Отель чистый,кондиционер работает супер в такую жару самое то!Ванная комната просторная,все чисто.Персонал приветливый,все было замечательно.Это была самая замечательная неделя в Барселоне.Мы отдыхали с дочерью подростком,в номере было две отдельные большие кровати.В комнате есть телевизор,чайник,сейф.Но единственное,что в такую жару не хватает холодильника.А так в целом все отлично.Хочется вернуться еще.Недалеко находится парк с попугаями,которых можно кормить с рук.И самое яркое впечатление осталось от того вечера,когда Испания победила.Мы вышли ночью на улице и вместе с испанцами разделили их победу,эти эмоции не передать словами 🇪🇸

1. Falta ducha higiênica no Wc. 2. Funcionários entram todos os dias na acomodação - uma placa na porta - NÃO ENTRE - resolveria a questão. Nós; gostamos de espalhar todas as nossas coisas e não se preocupar em guardar todos os dias ( e não adianta afirmar que os funcionários são confiáveis) pois até acreditamos nisso mas não ficaríamos tranquilos sem guardar tudo.

Io e mia sorella abbiamo soggiornato 5 giorni seppur la struttura gode di ottima posizione, la camera non è stata mai pulita! Abbiamo dovuto usare i pacchetti di fazzoletti e salviette imbevute perché non abbiamo avuto altra carta igienica. Asciugamani cambiati al 4° giorno perchè mi sono lamentata. Ma nonostante non ci ha soddisfatto nella pulizia della camera perché hanno solo rifatto il letto. Alla fine i soldi spesi sono stati solo per la posizione, per il resto nulla, proprietario assente essendo un b&b è tutto automatizzato! Ti risponde al messaggio quando vuole! Non ci torneremo più in questa struttura!

La ubicación es fantástica, muy cerca del barrio born y del gótico, sales del alojamiento y ves el arco del triunfo donde siempre hay eventos, al menos los días que estuve yo en Barcelona, la habitación en pequeña pero cómoda, tiene lo necesaria para pasar unos dias tranquilos.

El baño es muy pequeño, yo soy una persona de contextura pequeña así que por mi estuvo bien, pero en la ducha no puedes moverte, girar, sin tocar o la pared o la cortina, y en la zona del inodoro, tocaba el techo con la mano, y yo no soy alta, por lo demas , yo estuve cómoda.

Camera con bagno all'interno della camera servito di doccia o vasca Il nostro alloggio è in un punto strategico,a due passi arco di trionfo,metro L1 ,bus x Barceloneta mare V19 , sotto casa bar ristoranti, supermercati ogni 50 metri circa , vicino c'è anche la Rambla e un sacco di negozi.

Perfect location

Previously stayed at the BruStar Sagrada Família and this one was even nicer! We got an upgrade to a balcony room which was the perfect start to our trip. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Everything was clean and I will definitely be staying again when I’m next in Barcelona.

Would’ve preferred a smart tv in our room so we could’ve watched YouTube and Netflix.

とにかく立地がいいので、ホテルを拠点に歩き回りました♪ 地図上の目印は凱旋門です。 アニメショップかな？「AKATSUKI」の横の大きな扉（上に1810と書いたドア）の右手、デジタルロックの上にBRU STARの文字があります。（チェックイン後、デジタルロックの番号を教えてもらえます。）2階に「PRINCIPAL」と書いたドアがあり、ここを開けると受付があります。（チェックイン後、デジタルロックの番号を教えてもらえます。） 部屋も普通にきれいです。外の景色は望めませんが特に問題ないです。湯船はないのでシャワーのみです。洗面台も綺麗でしたし、ドライヤーもありました。 私は5日間お世話になったのですが、立地が良すぎて歩き回りすぎました。多い日で36000歩、少ない日でも2万5000歩ほど歩きました＾＾近くにスーパーマーケットもあるし、ちょっとスリとか多くて治安が悪いよ〜と言われているけど、絶対散策したいゴシック地区も近くて便利です。割と近いところにコインランドリーもありました。 カタルーニャ広場までも歩いて10〜15分くらいですし、そっち方面に行くバスも目の前にあります。 地下鉄の駅（赤いライン）も近いです。 買い物をして荷物が重くなったら一回帰る。なんてこともできるので本当にバルセロナに住んでいるような感覚で楽しめました。 bookingで高評価だったので予約したのですが、Googleマップのレビューがあまり良くなかったので、ちょっと心配していたのですが、なぜあんなに評価が低いのか？私にはわかりません。もしかしたら同じタイミングで宿泊の他の方がうるさかったのかもしれません。私はとても快適でした♪ スタッフの方たちも常駐はしていませんが、会えばとてもフレンドリーです。 私が宿泊した時の他のお客さんも静かだったので、快適に過ごせました。 あと、宿泊される方に言いたいのは「ちゃんと受付の時間に行かないと中に入れないかもよ？」と言うことです＾＾ まず普通のホテルのように、自分で入ってフロントには辿り着けません。予約時間にスタッフの方が入り口で待ってくれているので、「BruStarに宿泊？」と聞かれて、スタッフの方が入り口ドアに暗証番号を入れてくれて中に入ります。それからホテルのフロントに入るドアに暗証番号を入れて受付に辿り着きます。それから各部屋です。 私が滞在中、たまたま15時ごろ外に出ると、宿泊予定の女性がスタッフさんに会えなかったようで「BruStar？」と聞かれました。その時スタッフさんは受付で男性の受け入れをしていたので、会えなかったんだなと思って、暗証番号を入れてフロントまでお連れしました。もちろん会えなくても、しばらくしたらWhatsAppで連絡は着くと思いますが、出来れば時間通りに行ったほうがスムーズに中に入れると思います＾＾初めてだと状況がよくわからなくて不安ですしね。でもそれらも含めて楽しかったです。 値段に関しては少し高いかなとは思いますが、（私は一人宿泊だったので少し高かったのかも。）最近のバルセロナのホテル事情などを考えると、その中でも安い方だと思いますので、予算内の方にはオススメしたいです。

1個だけ！本当にわたし的に1個だけ残念だったのは、部屋に冷蔵庫がなかったことです。 ヨーグルトとか、サラダとか買って置いときたかったのですが、それができなかったのだけが残念です。もしかしたら部屋によるのかもしれませんが。 少しだけ地下鉄の音はするので、神経質な方は気になるかもしれないです。わたしは全然気になりませんでした。私の部屋はトイレの扉を開けておくと割と大きめな地下鉄の音がしました。扉を閉じたら気になりませんでした。 隣の部屋のドアの開閉の音もするので、たまたま隣の人たちが同じ時間に動くと、もしかしたらうるさいかもしれません。私が宿泊している間は全然うるさくありませんでした。 やり取りがWhatsAppというアプリだったので最初戸惑いました。日本人はこのアプリをあまり使わないと思うので。 パスポート写真を送ってというのも最初かなりドキドキしました。ホテル側も誰が来るのかわからない状態ですので当然と言えば当然ですが。

La ubicación es muy buena, está al lado del arco del triunfo y tiene muy buenas conexiones de transporte hacia cualquier lugar. También es muy útil que te brindan una pava eléctrica y un mini bar por lo que eso es muy bueno. Tiene aire acondicionado cosa muy necesaria por que el edificio es un poco caluroso. Las camas también son cómodas y no hay mucho ruido

Que el baño prácticamente era un espacio común. La puerta es de vidrio y encima tiene como espacios por los que se veía hacia adentro. Eso brinda nula privacidad y hace que sea incómodo sobretodo por que estando en la habitación te pueden observar desde casi cualquier lugar.

Pieza encerrada, sin luz, el aire acondicionado lo deje prendido todo el día y no enfriaba. Me fuí a otro hotel y perdí la plata, solo dormí una noche y tenía pagada 5.

Trotz der Lage ist es bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr ruhig. Nur ab und an kann man die Metro leicht wahrnehmen. Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig. Wir hatten keine Schlüssel, was komfortabel ist. Bad WC sehr geräumig.

Wir waren 5 Nächte in Zimmer 2 und zum Zimmer 1 ist es hellhörig. Hängt aber von den dortigen Nutzern ab, wie laut diese sind. In den ersten 3 Nächten haben wir nichts gehört

Location was very good, we were there for the marathon so it was perfect,

No facility to leave your bags at the property- we had a late flight so it would have been big inconvenience had our son not being staying 5mins away and we could leave our bags at his hotel. There is a lockup on Place de la Catalunya as advised by this property but would have been too far away and we would not have been happy leaving our bags anywhere other than our hotel or our son’s hotel.

A localização é excelente. Perto de uma estação do metrô é silencioso. Tem elevador. Não posso falar sobre o aquecimento pois, estava desligado por não ser tempo de frio extremo. Banho bom.

Péssima limpeza, não tem espaço para as malas, porta do banheiro com trinco quebrado. Preste atenção, se trata de um suite apenas com frigobar pequeno, uma chaleira, uma pequena mesa com uma cadeira só e mais nada.

Personnel disponible et sympathique, la femme déménage le jour de mon départ à pris le temps d’appeler pour résoudre mon besoin de consigne à bagage je l’en remercie encore ! La chambre était TRÈS PROPRE.

La chambre était très petite et la fenêtre donnait sur une cour donc pas de lumière.
