The ventilation system, it was too hot. There were bugs in the kitchen as well. The cleaners did a good job at cleaning up but the structure of the building needs improvement.

NADA , gente muy rara por todos los pasillos y olía fatal a patas sudadas una mala experiencia nunca más pasaría por ahí ni siquiera por delante de la casa

I was given a bed in a room where people seem to live long term and the smell was so horrible I booked into another hostel a little further but super clean. One person was listening to YouTube videos without headphones at 1am and another man was awake the whole night entering and leaving the bedroom and using his mobile torch and making weird noises. I asked both to respect and left the next morning at 6am as the smell and vibes were awful. The shower was filthy. The bed linen had not been changed and the towel the same. There coach-roaches all over the bathroom and kitchen.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Die ersten Stunden waren nicht so besonders, aber dann wurde es immer besser und gegen Ende sogar richtig gut. Die Mail mit den Zugangscodes hatte mich nicht erreicht, weil ich während der Anreise offline war. Am Hauseingang habe ich versucht, den Gastgeber telefonisch zu erreichen. Zwar bekam ich die Codes dann mündlich mitgeteilt aber in der Aufregung bekam ich die Tür nicht auf. Es dauerte dann noch etwas bis jemand vorbeikam und mir weiterhalf und alles zeigte. Nach dem langen Flug und übermüdet von der Anreise liegen einem halt die Nerven blank, dass man auf solche Erlebnisse und Wartezeiten lieber verzichtet. Am ersten Morgen gab es kein Frühstück. Nachdem ich reklamiert habe, ließ das Frühstück an den Folgetagen nichts zu wünschen übrig. Es war reichhaltig und ich war sehr zufrieden. Die Panne am ersten Morgen wurde krankheitsbedingt entschuldigt. Angenehm finde ich die Lage des Hostels und dass die zentrale Bushaltestelle Intercambiador gut zu erreichen ist. An der Strandpromenade gibt es mehrere Restaurants, wo man günstig essen kann. Die mexikanische Kantine in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hostels hat ihren Preis. Ich habe mich sehr gefreut, dass ich mein Wunschbett bekam. Es gab Licht am Bett, zwei Möglichkeiten seine Technik zu laden und ein Vorhang für mehr Privatsphäre. An der Wand befand sich ein Spiegel. Das hat die Dunkelheit im Schlafraum gemildert. Außerdem befinden sich eine sehr helle Deckenlampe und ein grosser Ventilator im Raum. Prima, dass in den Duschen/ Bädern immer hinterhergeputzt wird und Pflegeprodukte bereit gestellt werden. Auf der Dachterrasse kann man gut chillen, abends ist schön beleuchtet. Aus der Küche kamen öfters leckere Düfte von liebevoll zubereiteten Speisen. Ein Hostelaufenthalt steht und fällt mit den Mitbewohnern und hier kann ich nur Positives berichten. Das Miteinander war liebevoll und fürsorglich, es gab nette Kontakte und gute Gespräche. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
Im Schlafraum gibt es kein Tageslicht und keine Möglichkeit zum Lüften. Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn bei Ankunft eine verantwortliche Person vor Ort wäre.

Todo. La habitacion es un zulo, sin ventanas, sucio, apenas cabíamos las 5 personas, un olor asqueroso, mucho calor... La cocina era un parque de cucarachas y los baños sin papel higiénico y hongos en el techo y paredes. No volvería nunca

I paid, but never stayed at the property (there was no free cancellation) because it felt so unsafe and dirty. First of all, the room assigned to me had a “window” that was covered with a piece of material, so anyone could have gone inside if they wanted. The lockers under the bed were so dirty, only a few of them had locks but they were so tiny and did not giving any confidence. There was only one toilet/shower for the whole hostel, and the shower curtains looked moldy and dirty (I mean, they could be easily replaced for a few euros). Overall, it was so bad, I decided to rent another place and just leave it.

Reviewed May 14, 2026Très pratique et accessible, avec un système de code d'entrée pour chaque chambre et des rideaux pour chaque lit permettant de s'isoler. Dans l'ensemble l'hébergement est bien équipée et confortable.
Pas d'isolation sonore, (il y avait notamment un trou à la place d'une fenêtre donnant directement sur l'entrée). La salle de bain est minimialiste et mal entretenue pour l'ensemble de l'hébergement.

Terrace was awesome! Two good showers! Location is great, close to bus stop and beach and shopping! And Fabricio is just awesome host!

It was such a nice place, and was a great place to meet people. This was the last hostel I stayed in in Lanzarote and was one of the best. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Lanzarote.

Reviewed Apr 16, 2026Blízko na pláž, do centra a obchody jsou okolo. Je možnost si uvařit, kuchyň je vybavená. Přatelský personál, snídaně byla připravena kolem 8:30.
2 koupelny, takže bylo potřeba čekat než se lide prostřídají. V pokoji 6 osob nebylo možno vyvětrat. Nedovedu si představit tam spát v létě už teď jsem se v noci potil a bylo nedychatelno.

There was only 1 bathroom for 12 people. Hence it was always occupied. The stairs to get on top of the bunk bed had no safety railing and it was quite high, it was difficult to climb on. The kitchen and beds had cockroaches.

Viele Grüße an die Staff ( auch Anna) und viele zukuenftige auch zufriedene Gaeste von Norbert und Christel aus Germany... Ich ( Norbert) nteressiere mich sehr für eine Wiederholungstat zur Christmas/ New Years Time..!!!! Liebgruess !!!
Die Toilettenbrillen wackeln sehr in beiden (oben und unten)Toiletten erheblich.. Habe versucht das zu verändern, aber ohne Werkzeug war das nur ein Erfolg von wenigen Stunden...Bestecks könnten ersetzt und vervollständigt werden...und

Leider war es nicht so wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten, super Lage und tolle Terrasse! Unser Zimmer war leider total verraucht und es gab keine Fenster:(

Cucarachas en la cocina, nevera sucia con comida de a saber cuando y de quien con moho, cubiertos rotos, desayuno mediocre y escaso (como no espabiles a las 9 ya no hay nada). Dos baños para todos, y encima sucios y muchas veces sin papel. Puertas rotas y que no cierran bien y ruidoso. Cuartos sin ventanas ni ventilación adecuada. En nuestras sábanas habían pelos. Nos confirmamos con algo simple, pero de verdad que aqui no hay ni un gramo de intento de hacer las cosas agradables.

Pulizia un po’ scarsa, colazione quasi inesistente, autogestione degli spazi, Wi-Fi non prende in tutte le camere.

Reviewed Mar 21, 2026mi sono stati rubati dei soldi, riposti nel cassettino chiuso con lucchetto e chiave assegnati dalla struttura, sono dovuta andare a fare denuncia, dopodiche mi e stato detto che avrebbero contattato la loro assicurazione per farmi sapere qualcosa, inizialmente chiamavo e rispondevano che ancora non avevano ricevuto risposta, ma ora a distanza di quasi un mese sono spariti completamente… pessimi

Reviewed Mar 21, 2026La ubicación es perfecta para moverte incluso andando por todo Arrecife. Tiene una terraza en lo alto, para desayunar y tomar algo. ¡Los Italianos del alojamiento son de lo mejor!
Los que se levantan a primerísima hora arrasan con el desayuno y luego no hay para los demás, solo café.
