Playa Parc Apartments

The facilities were good and the staff were on the whole pretty good - particularly a female member of reception and the waiting staff at the other hotel.

The food was pretty poor. Very lacking in variety and an awful lot of bland, beige on offer.

We spent 2 weeks in the Playa Parc Apartments and we enjoyed it all. The place is perfect for kids and adults that want to truly relax. The apartments are spacious and clean, the pools are amazing, the staff is precise and friendly. We will definitely come back!

Everything was perfect.

Pool just outside our apartment, with sociable hours (10-6) ensuring no early wake-ups or late-night disturbance. Beautiful setting with lots of shaded areas.

Old school and traditional. I stay here a lot and like everything it has to offer

The back of our bed was broken which was a shame to see. Didnt impact our stay at all, but just something I noticed

Comida buffet redundante, poca variedad alimentaria

Comodidad camas y ventiladores. La piscina perfecta para niñas

La cocina poco útil para cocinar realmente

Ubicació, tranquil, fàcil aparcament

Bastant antic, bany molt petit i banyera incòmode.

Staff were great. Location and access to the main hotel was great. Lovey place and nice pool with a bar.

rooms were a little dated and small and no oven was an issue

Lokalizacja

Personnel , ambiance

Logement pourrait être amélioré

Apartments were clean, well located and had everything we needed. Children loved the slide pool.

Lack of shade around pool

Our family (two adults, two children) really enjoyed the pools and the location of the apartments, a shortish walk to the beach. It was overlooking the pool, which was very convenient, and there was a nice little playground the kids could use. The property was mostly well stocked in terms of cutlery, pans, fridge-freezer, an electric hob, microwave, kettle and moca coffee pot. Lena on reception was really friendly and did everything she could to help if we ever had a query. The lady at the bar/cafe by the pool was also wonderful, very sweet and helpful. The pools were great for the kids, with slides and a shallow area for very young ones.

Unfortunately our air conditioning was broken in the bedrooms, and whilst it was definitely cooler than the 35 celsius outside, it was still 28 degrees overnight. As a result we all slept terribly, which affected our moods throughout the holiday. We did ask every day about getting it fixed, but they couldn't seem to work out what was wrong, and we weren't offered an alternative. The apartments are very basic and sparse, and could do with a little modernisation—some pictures on the walls would make them more cosy. There is no oven, but the hobs were usually enough to cook with. Could have done with more cooking utensils, scissors, a jug, among a few other bits we missed. The plumbing was a bit odd as the taps in the bathroom had been plumbed the opposite way round, which got confusing and meant my son burnt his hand. Weirdly, the toilet had been plumbed into the hot water pipe too. But we got used to these quirks in the end.

The children enjoyed the pools which felt safe and calm. It was great to be able to use the other pools around the complex too.

The apartments: Clean, but very basic, we were 1 adult and 3 children, would be a struggle to get any more people in comfortablly. The kitchen was well equipped, but there is no oven. When you are self catering this can be a struggle having to either fry, or microwave food, the supermarket was ok stock wise but a car is needed to buy better quality and a bigger range of food, we didn't have a car. Paid £1800 for one week room only, it was a pretty last minute booking but this was a little steep for what was on offer. The options for food in general in the area are pretty poor, the snack bars are ok for lunch / poolside snacks unfortunately quite unhealthy / beige options only. There is a lack of authenticity food wise, but I suppose it's catering for the masses of tourists, who are assumed junk food eaters? Beach is lovely, small cove beach, calm shallow waters pedalos, bar, (2x sunbeds and umbrellas 20 euros) short walk away, again, lack of options for decent food, so be prepared! That said, we did enjoy our time here, but staying more than a week is excessive without a car, however, depends what you like! There are busses to various locations but challenging with kids when you don't know what to expect and then aligning with the timetables. The staff are very nice, helpful and all speak multiple languages. The majority of the guests at the complex were french, and all of the daytime and evening entertainment is also in french, unless you specifically request, which is fine, as I say most staff were multilingual and very friendly.

There are lovely 2 bigs swimingpools, close distance to local shops and restaurants, few minuts walk to amazing beach. Nice, safe and quiet area. Apartment has all what you need, comfy beds, fresh towels everyday, car park. We had amazing time over there. Staff very helpfull.

The apartment was ok and we enjoyed our week with family .

The furniture and fittings are a little tired and dated, the mattress's are quite hard . The resort appears to cater mainly for the French. All entertainment is in French . Not many restaurants locally .

El sitio, piscina i jardin

Pocos utensilios de cocina

Very good! Its child-friendly and the staff is nice. It’s very comfortable at the pool and it’s cozy and quiet. You can use the facilities of the hotel nextdoor with a lively atmosphere so a very good balance! They have (French) entertainment and a kids club for example. This hotel looks amazing with a lot of trees and looks a bit like a campsite in the forest It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach and in my opinion one of the nicest beaches in Europe

Some days it’s very busy at the breakfast and dinner and you have to wait if you were there in peak moments. We’re Dutch so we especially went in the beginning (breakfast at 08.00) and dinner (19.00) to avoid the crowd. We were here in high season in July

Comoditat!

instruments justos a la cuina. Només dos fogonets

Super accueil.

Rececionista alemã do hotel extremamente simpática!

Gentilezza e simpatia di Lena. N 1

Tranquilo silencioso

Basen blisko apartamentu, bardzo dobre jedzenie.

Wszystko mi się podobało

Muito confortável no geral. As piscinas ótimas, com espreguiçadeiras disponíveis. Acesso á praia a pé.

Flachabfallender Sandstrand fußläufig in 5min erreichbar

The swimming pool was great. Our kids had a great time in the kids pool. The German lady was adorable and very friendly. The bar was very usefull. Good location to walk to the beach as well.

Could provide a bit of salt on the welcome pack and also be helpful with providing some coins for the kids toys.
