Very unfriendly lady staff..no idea of what a guest needs , arrogant when asked for simple to things like directions. Very dirty carpet or the hotel.. No smoking restrictions so even the lifts smell smoke

I don't like the staff especially reception..they can try to be friendly and they have are yt to refund my deposit

Estaba sucio las habitaciones, sucias y el edificio en general en mal estado, la zona no es linda. En la foto compartida se ve un insecto muerto que estuvo ahí por 3 días.

O Hotel fica a apenas 10 min de Genebra, e passa um bondinho bem em frente. Dez para se hospedar e ir ate Genebra e outras cidadezinhas.

Très bonne literie très propre très agréable et très bien insonorisé ! Et le personnel très sympathique !

The staff offered enough guidance even before the check in, it has good location for someone attending meetings in Geneva and good access to variety of eating places and shopping places. It is also close to the train station and a tram with numerous free buses to take on around throughout the city.

L hôtel aurait pu communiquer sur le fait que le tram ne fonctionnait pas mais les bus de remplacement à proximité ont fait le job parfaitement

Le petit dejeuner n'offrais que des vienoiseries, des gateaux et cereales avec des oeufs brouillés et oeufs durs. Pas de grande diversités.

Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et très complet. Très bons produits. Bravo.

Le fait de devoir avancer une caution de cent euros, alors que j’avais effectué un paiement préalable. Hotel en plein de travaux de rénovation, un peu vieillot et moquette en très mauvais état.

Dirty old only 1 member of staff when we arrived she had to staff all the hotel on her own . Very poor leaving a member of staff on their own. Evening food was from a jar , no explanation that it was going to be served like that.

Good location (tram stop in front of the hotel), free parking at the hotel, few shops and restaurants nearby, friendly staff and clean room. Furthermore, the room has a tv with WiFi and YouTube.

Although the room was very clean (both sleeping area and bathroom), the hall was very dirty. We stayed for two nights and during those nights the hall wasn’t vacuumed even though it was really dirty and unpleasant. The elevators didn’t work at all. There is no airconditioning in the room and the ventilation didn’t work well.

Everything was great! Especially the airconditioner.

Alles war super. Einzig, das Hotel hat überall (Lobby, Zimmer, Gänge) ziemlich alte Teppiche, die etwas schmuddelig wirken. Ich vermute, früher (vor langer Zeit) durfte man im Hotel rauchen - das riecht man noch immer - wahrscheinlich im Teppich drin. There could be better coffee ;-)

A large bed and modern bathroom with large shower. A good breakfast for a budget hotel. The tram stop into Geneva is right outside the front door.

C'est pour la première fois dans ma vie qu'un hôtel me demande une caution de 100 Euro à l'arrivée. et comme mon compte bancaire est à l'étranger( Maroc), je ne serai remboursé que dans 30 jours !

Halpa majoitus verrattuna Geneven majoituksiin. Raitiovaunu lähti hotellin edestä Geneveen (15 min)

Tein vahingossa tuplavarauksen, kun ensimmäinen ei näyttänyt onnistuvan. Meni kuitenkin tupla maksu. Sai tehdä todella paljon töitä, että sai toisen maksun takaisin. Lisäksi luottokortilta veloitettiin 100 €, joka kuitenkin palatui nopeasti lähdön jälkeen.

Oda büyüklüğü yeterliydi. Kahvaltısı orta seviye diyebilirim. Hemen önündeki duraktan 17 nolu tramvay ile tek vasıta Cenevre merkeze gidebiliyorsunuz. Personel çok yardımseverdi ve güleryüzlüydü. Cenevre gibi çok pahalı bir yeri gezmek için fiyat/performans oteli diyebilirim.

Öncelikle bulunduğu bölge (Fransa sınırları içinde olan Ambiliy’de yer alıyor) çok tekin gelmedi bana. Pek vakit geçirilebilecek bir yer değil. Otel biraz eski. Odalarda su ısıtıcısının olmaması kötü.

Ottimo hotel, di fronte alla linea del tram, confortevole come gli Ibis, camera dí dimensioni adeguate, bagno con doccia grande, Smart TV, climatizzatore, silenziosa, parcheggio gratuito, ottima colazione.

Se ci fosse un guardaroba più grande, qualche cuscino in più e qualche prodotto da bagno sarebbe perfetto…

Soggiorno qui ogni volta che vengo a Ginevra… ottimo sotto ogni punto di vista.

Poor sound proof quality. 😒The windows NEED to be changed .The toilet did not flush properly needs to be UPGRADED TO A STRONGERFLUSH🫩 FLUSH.Otherwise the shower was wonderful.
