Reviewed Sep 18, 2026立地は、駅やフェリー乗り場から近いし、駐車場も前に何台分もあって申し分なし。キッチンスペースは、広くて充実していて使い勝手が良かった。掃除は行き届いていた。スタッフさんの雰囲気は良い。
ベッドはマットレスに薄いシーツを敷いただけで、前の人の汗とかが染み付いていそうな古さで気持ち悪かった。シャワー室が男女で場所が分かれていないから、ほぼ男女で共用な感じで落ち着かない。

2階の共有スペースの灯りが強いので夜間の就寝時は照明を落としたほうが、出入りもあるので良いのではと。

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026ドミトリータイプの宿泊は初めてでしたが、和室が利用出来てくつろげました。キッチンが自由に使えるので、長期滞在するのに良いと思います。 自分でコーヒー豆を挽いて飲むのも面白く、美味しかったです。
3階まで階段の行き来が少し大変でした。 9月の利用だったので、シャワーでもよかったのですが、お風呂があれば言う事なしです。宿泊費を節約したかったので、総合的には満足でした。

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026The staff was nice. The guesthouse was quiet and had enough facilities. Everything was clean. There were restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Wakkanai is a pretty city, and the guesthouse is near different sightseeing places.
The room was a little bit small for two big suitcases.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026清潔で整っている。 スタッフも感じよく、親切。 共有スペースも広く、キッチンも清潔。 部屋もスーツケースを置く棚が大きくて起きやすい。 ベッドにカーテンがあり、プライバシーが保たれる。女性部屋のあるのがうれしい。 近くにスーパーや食事をするところも結構ある。 靴を脱いでスリッパに履き替えるので、床も清潔。

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026民宿位置離JR車站距離近（步行約6～7分鐘），找路方向朝隔壁緊鄰大馬路口的美雪旅館比較容易辨識，一樓櫃檯八點前有人服務，如果超過時間請利用提前告知的進出密碼與QR code 自行辦理手續，有付費腳踏車出租。 一樓大廳有提供共用冰箱＆飲水機，自助咖啡，公共廁所＆淋浴室整體乾淨整潔放。 做為過渡性質的住宿，在稚內偏高住宿費的情況之下尚可接受，離搭船碼頭步行約20分左右，八月底海風強勁拖行李很難步行，請保留點緩衝時間前往港口。
民宿共三層沒電梯，大件行李建議放置一樓寄物處（空間不大） 房間附設有WiFi, 但空氣流通度稍差，後面將窗戶打開＆開啟抽風機後有改善，住宿事前說明無冷氣（房間有個小夾扇壞了沒修理），怕熱的人稍微留意。

8人男女共用のお部屋。 77歳の私 女1人 二段ベットの上！ 登るのに一苦労‼️ しかもイビキ3人‼️一晩中眠れず‼️ ホテルの空き無かったが私の泊まる所ではなかった😭🤣😱

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026The staff was really friendly and helpful. The facilities were really clean. Most of the visitors were actually quite friendly, which is something I can't say for a lot of other hostels I've used in other areas.
The beds were too small. The curtains were also extremely thin, so they didn't block any light and made sleeping more difficult.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026The guest house is just off the Breakwater dome (1 min walk) and very close to the station and bus terminal (4-5 min). Only a little further is the ferry harbour. Great location for any activities you have planned. The check in is smooth and the sleeping areas are comfortable. The kitchen and dining area are spacious enough even during peak season, and everyone is respectful, keeping the spaces clean and ready for the next guest to use
The trash bins (on the sleeping floors as well as the kitchen) overflow quite quickly, would be great to have more frequent turnaround of the garbage bags, or just bigger bins maybe!

逆に1F以外での飲食は禁止であること。そのため夜間に水をのみに1Fにわざわざ行かなくてはならない。また、この宿にかぎったことではないがドミトリーという性質上、客ガチャがあり、いびきのうるさい、早朝にアラーム鳴りっぱなしの客を引くと寝られない。

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026住宿地點非常方便，離車站走路五分鐘以內。員工親切且積極處理各種問題，早餐的鹿肉咖喱非常特別好吃！
我其實很想給10分滿分，因為位置跟員工都超讚，但房間沒有空調真的太熱了，一間房間只有小小一台循環扇，最強風力跟台灣弱風差不多，整間房間六張床位共用根本一點用也沒有，而且被子還是提供超爆厚的冬被有夠地獄⋯每晚都被熱醒，每個人都把上衣脫掉我還以為回到當兵寢室⋯ 我可以理解稚內夏天過去平均溫度也才22度左右很涼爽，但現在的極端天氣讓夏天越來越熱，我住的幾天每天晚上都超過30度，就算不安裝冷氣好歹也要多買幾台大型電扇或水冷扇吧，我相信未來夏天這種氣溫會越來越多，而且稚內夏季是旅遊旺季，期待改善下次去玩還是願意入住

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Venison curry for breakfast was good! The dormitory room is spacious, there is a dedicated storage space within the room and there are lockers in the corridor. Curtains for each bed. Free coffee and tea self service. I got a flat tire with my bike and couldn't make it back to the hostel as there were no more buses. I called the guesthouse and the staff booked a taxi for me. They saved my day!
The very last step of the staircase towards the 3rd floor is a bit taller than the other steps, you have to be careful not to trip yourself.

Sehr dünne Matratze, es war nicht besonders bequem und es war sehr warm im Zimmer trotz Klima und Ventilator. Was mir auch nicht gefallen hat ist das die Tür kein Schloss hatte.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026The property offers a great location and excellent value for money. The owner is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which makes the hostel feel cozy and just like home. Additionally, I highly appreciated that they provide a variety of pillows and blankets for guests to choose from.
The walls are quite thin, so the sound insulation is poor; I could clearly hear footsteps and luggage being dragged during the night and early morning. It felt a bit too warm inside during the summer. While a ceiling fan and a small fan were provided, replacing them with a larger desk fan or a more powerful unit would be a great improvement. Lastly, there are limited toilets and showers on each floor, which did not seem quite enough for the number of guests.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Easy check-in. There are visibility curtains around each bed to shield from the others in the room, so the privacy is good despite shared rooms. Cheap price and good availability when I was there mid-June. Great.
The room became very hot in the morning around 4-5 am. The electricity outlet on my bed did not work; it was probably easy to fix, but I did not notice until after everyone had gone to bed, which means I couldn't (and didn't) troubleshoot as it would disturb others. 同室のバイカーさん達があまりにも汗臭く、部屋中に臭いが充満していた。布団にも汗の臭いが染み付いていた。汗をかいたまま寝る人たちとは部屋を分けてほしかった。

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026スタッフさんが親切で教えてもらった居酒屋もおいしかったです。駅やフェリー乗り場からも徒歩圏内で便利。温泉も徒歩15分くらいのところにありました。
70代後半の家族と一緒に行ったので、3階のお部屋までの移動が階段のみで、そこは確認不足でした。フェリーの時間の都合上、朝食は頂けなくて残念でした。食堂は朝食前の時間でも使えるようで自分達でコーヒー淹れられました。

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Walking distance to the train station. Easy check-in, tasty breakfast, comfortable beds, 2 showers and 2 toilets per floor. All you need to stay the night at Japan's most northern point.
The WiFi was super slow however they did acknowledge that there was an ongoing issue they are working with their internet service provider on solving soon. The area got very good 4G reception so it wasn't a big issue for me.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026The location is perfect being that it is right by the ferry and train stop. I think the community area was nice as well. The overall place was very clean.
I slept on a top bunk bed and there was no blackout curtains on the upper bunk, but all the lower bunks had blackout curtains. I feel like I slept awfully because the lights were still turned on when I needed to sleep. It was also a bit noisy and crowded which didn't help either. There was no staff after 8:00pm so I think that could've been an issue if I needed something after that time.
