Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Overall, the hotel facilities can be described as quite good and satisfactory. Its location is convenient—close to major attractions—and offers easy access to transportation via the tram.
What we didn't like was that the room is cleaned every day, yet toilet paper isn't restocked daily; this means you have to go out and buy it yourself, which isn't right.

The morning staff was terrible. They controlled both the air conditioning they keep it on fan not cooling and the elevator. I would not stay here again because of the way guests were treated. Stay away from this place period.
