Pour un établissement qui est à la pointe du détail, une brosse pour le toilette aurait été utile et le frigo de petite taille qui ne refroidit pas bien était insuffisant et nous aurions voulu un petit congélateur car pour nous déplacer, on avait des glaçons à congeler

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Italienisches Frühstück. Das Parken im sicheren Hof war beruhigend und günstig (3 €). Allerdings gibt es nur sehr begrenzt Parkplätze. Trotz der Lage direkt am Bahnhof einer Großstadt war es absolut ruhig.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Very close to the Pescara Centrale train station. Basically, you walk out of the station, cross the street, walk a couple minutes and arrive.
The air Conditioning system was loud. It had a cycle of about one minute at a time where it would get loud for about 10 seconds. Also, the shower water did not get hot. It only got lukewarm. It wasn’t much of a problem for us since it was a hot day outside but when the weather cools down, it will be hard to stand under a cool shower.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Wszystkie opinie z bookingu się potwierdziły. Genialna lokalizacja, czysto, przyjemnie. Bezproblemowy meldunek i miły kontakt. Świeże słodkie śniadania, mnóstwo przeķąsek dostępnych 24h, kawa i zimne napoje do dyspozycji. Bardzo polecam. Maleńki mankament może byc dla osób ktore nie są np. w związku, ponieważ ścianka kabiny wychodzaca na pokoj jest szybą i widać jak korzysta sie z prysznica lub wc. Aczkolwiek to absolutnie nie wpływa na moją ocenę. Super miejsce.

La posizione è molto comoda, a pochi passi dal centro, ma la struttura dà su un vialone dietro alla stazione trafficato e non sempre dal facile attraversamento pedonale.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Ideal place to explore Pescara. The location is great, very close to the station and a few minutes to the beach. Very close to the station where the buses to the airport leave from. The room was clean, spacious, with all the necessary toiletries. The breakfast is a great advantage as well as the fridge available with water, fruit, etc. The host is very friendly, very quick at responding. The possibility of earlier check in was very comfortable and we also had a chance to store the luggage after checking out which was an additional merit. I definitely recommend Casa Stazione Pescara.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Tot timpul a fost curat, se făcea curățenie în fiecare zi, prosoape noi, micul dejun a fost foarte bun, proprietarul a răspuns și ne-a ajutat imediat dacă aveam nevoie de ceva, era aproape de plajă cat și de gară ( 1 min) ceea ce ne-a ajutat în legătură cu transportul spre aeroport.

Das Frühstück war leider eintönig und es gab nicht viel Gesundes zum Frühstück. Es gab Brot , Marmelade, Nutella und sowas und abgepackte Croissants. Ein bisschen Obst und gesüßten Joghurt.

Unica piccola pecca. Il minifrigo della camera è più una specie di cantinetta vini. Nel senso che non raffredda molto. Ho messo due bottiglie piccole d'acqua per una notte intera con il valore massimo per il raffreddamento e non è che abbia fatto molto. Poco male perché tutto il resto è stato perfetto

Il parcheggio fuori è a pagamento ma per tutto il pomeriggio ho pagato relativamente poco, diciamo sui 5 euro. Se volete potete chiedere un posto all'interno. Io non l'ho fatto ma c'è la possibilità

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Lo spazio adibito per la colazione non è molto grande ed essendoci solo due tavoli in certi momenti bisogna aspettare che si liberino, tuttavia è confortevole e pulito.La colazione è sufficiente, il cibo esposto sicuramente è proporzionato alle persone presenti in struttura per evitare sprechi.
Ingrandirei un po' lo spazio adibito alla colazione per aggiungere almeno due tavoli ed evitare di scontrarsi con chi provvede alla preparazione del caffè mentre si sceglie cosa mangiare.

Really kind hosts actively looking to make sure your stay is a pleasant as possible. Daily housekeeping so the sand from the beach doesn't stay around long! Great location, right next to the train station for the airport bus and connections to other towns and cities across Italy, so perfect for a stopover on a your travels and for a getaway in Pescara. Regular buses to Pescara Vecchia and other key sites and within reach of the national parks. Bike hire also available.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Das Zimmer war super zentral auf der Rückseite vom Bahnhof - nur die Strasse zu queren - perfekt für 1 Nacht vor der Abreise mit dem Zug. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Matratzen und Pölster sehr gut, Signore Giammarco freundlich und hilfsbereit.
