Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Spotless & everything one could possibly need eg Iron, Hairdryer, plenty towels. The beds & linen were 1st class SO comfortable. The lady of the house Mary was very thoughtful & kind. I suffer with various allergies & she removed any lovely scented candles & changed linen to make sure scent free. I left a jacket behind & she offered to bring to deliver it. Couldn’t speak more highly of our stay.

Mary is a font of local knowledge, pointed us in the direction of a local pub with authentic trad music. The apartment was surprisingly spacious, with a generous shower room and bedroom, and a really well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable with high quality bedding. Wholeheartedly recommended. Reviewed Sep 8, 2024We had a very good stay here. The accommodation was very clean and very comfortable, and had a very complete kitchen. There is a town close-by (walking distance) with several pubs and a supermarket. The road to the town may be a bit dark at night, but we were very pleased to find reflective vests that we could use. Mary was very friendly and quick to respond when we contacted here about a change in our arrival time.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2024Thia place was perfect for my solo trip to explore the county of Clare. Location is approx a 1 minute drive from the town of Miltown Malbay and easy to walk as it is a flat and straight road. There is even a high visibility jacket at the property, for when it is dark outside. The bed was so exceptionally comfortable and the towells super fluffy. Mary has thought of and supplied everything that could be needed to make guests as comfortable as possible. Even providing essentials such as milk and teabags, that really make all the difference to the weary traveller on arrival. This property is adjoined to Mary's, so she was available for any questions or help if needed but otherwise left me alone to enjoy the space. Really felt so relaxed and content here. Highly recommend and would definitely book again.
