Small for five people. There is no assigned parking for this apartment and every time you have to look for a spot. One time the garage was blocked by a car and was not possible to move. And because the number of cars are much more than the available spots most of the time you are advised by the watchman to park anywhere in the garage.

Reviewed May 31, 2026L’emplacement idéal et la vue époustouflante L’accueil et la gentillesse des hôtes L’appartement est assez grand et bien agencé Deux terrasses vue sur mer L’appartement est à côté de la mer juste à traverser la route et pas loin de la ville tout se fait à pied. Et de nombreux restaurants commerces en bas de l’immeuble.

La insonorización no es muy buena: por la noche hay mucho ruido de la calle. El título "luxury apartment " puede crear ciertas falsas expectativas. El piso está muy bien y limpio pero no es de lujo. La entrada al edificio no está bien cuidada y a veces el ascensor falla. Pero las vistas compensan mucho.

Reviewed May 18, 2026Appartement vraiment au top 😍 La vue mer est juste magnifique, encore plus belle en vrai ! L’appartement était très propre, bien entretenu et agréable à vivre. On a aussi été très bien accueillis dès notre arrivée. Franchement je recommande sans hésiter, c’était un super séjour
La seule chose qui pourrait être améliorée c’est le matelas ayant des problèmes de dos j’ai eu un peu mal

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026Posizione ottima, vicina al mare, ai ristoranti e con parcheggio al coperto. Host molto gentili e disponibili. L’appartamento era pulitissimo e con una vista magnifica. Sul terrazzo c’erano tantissime coccinelle che ci facevano compagnia: siamo stati fortunati, haha! La proprietaria non parlava inglese, ma ha fatto di tutto per farsi capire e ho apprezzato molto questo impegno. Non c' era il telecomando dell' AC in camera ma appena lo abbiamo richiesto ci sarebbe stato portato.
Si sentono un po' le macchine che passano di notte.

L’entrée dans l’immeuble surprends par sa désuétude heureusement c’est beaucoup mieux dans l’appartement mais le nom luxury n’est pas vraiment justifié. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles heureusement!

Reviewed Jun 21, 2025The location and the view are great. The bathroom and shower are modern and well equipped. Kitchen is also fully equipped. The terrace is lovely. There is a private parking space, which was very convenient. Many thanks to the owners.
It is a bit noisy, but it is very normal as it is exactly in front of the beach. There was no problem for us, just mentioning it for the sake of objectivity.

The neighberhood is very good and you can reach many shops and supermartks in less than 5 min. walking It has a stove, a microwave, and a refregirator
