Emplacement, appartement bien aménagé très joli, et personnel très sympa.

L’appartement était superbe, mais malheureusement beaucoup trop bruyant. Il y avait énormément de bruit jusque vers 2 heures du matin dans la cour, ce qui nous empêchait de dormir correctement. De plus, le propriétaire était injoignable. Pour ces raisons, je ne peux pas mettre plus de 5/10.

The apartment was faultless. Modern and exceptionally clean.

The pool and surrounding area are not clean. The glass around the pool is filthy. I would suggest the walk area could be washed more frequently, as people are trodden dirt into their apartments and pool.

Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral. Zu Fuß war man schnell in der Altstadt und am Hafen. Ankunft und Abreise lief problemlos. Das Personal vor Ort war sehr nett und war für Fragen immer ansprechbar. Auch von der Ausstattung war alles super und hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung war sehr modern eingerichtet.

Emplacement top avec une superbe vue. Gérant disponible et aimable. Appartement propre et sécurisé. Avec possibilité d avoir un service de nettoyage et changement de serviettes. Emplacement de parking sécurisé. Bons restaurants et supermarché au pied de l immeuble bien pratiques.

Literie trop ferme. Manque un voilage en plus de la tenture dans la suite parentale pour pouvoir profiter de la vue en toute intimité. Manque un vestiaire dans le hall d entrée (vestes, chaussures, parapluie...).

UN apartamento dotado de todo lo necesario, muy cómodo, el vecindario muy central, restaurantes, cafeterias, supermercado, centros comerciales, playa, la avenida principal y el muelle donde embarca el ferry a menos de 1 kilometro, se llega incluso a pie, la Medina muy cerca

Es un cambio pasar de Europa a Africa, culturalmente pero la estancia nuestra fue buena, conocimos y disfrutamos el tiempo en esta bella ciudad, caminamos muchos rincones, disfrutamos del te, de las vistas, excelente comida

El desayuno muy rico, nos dieron todas las facilidades de horario. El personal de recepción super amable, sobre todo Ana que nos oriento en todo. La habitación muy amplia y limpia, la ropa de cama de calidad. Está muy céntrico, al lado del mercado de las flores y a la vez muy tranquilo.

The Apartment was nice

The apartment itself was nice, clean, and well equipped. Unfortunately, the organization and service were very poor. We had already contacted the apartment one and a half weeks before our arrival via email and Booking.com to ask if an early check-in around 10 a.m. would be possible, since we were arriving in Morocco at 8 a.m. Unfortunately, we never received a reply. On the day of arrival, we showed up at the reception at 10 a.m. and asked if we could enter the apartment. We were told that the person managing the apartment was not available. We tried calling the phone number listed on Booking.com several times, but without success. Later, the reception managed to contact the owner and we were told to come back at 2 p.m. However, when we returned at 2 p.m., we were suddenly informed that there were “problems” and that we could only check in between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. In the end, we were allowed to enter the apartment only at 6 p.m. – after an eight-hour wait. The constant changes and excuses were extremely frustrating. Eight hours! Eight hours of waiting, being left in the dark, hearing one excuse after another, and feeling lied to. On the one hand, I understand that the official check-in starts at 2 p.m. and maybe there was no other way around that. But honestly, a simple reply would have helped a lot since we contacted them well in advance. On the other hand, even though check-in was at 2 p.m., I don’t understand why we still had to wait another 4 hours before finally entering the apartment at 6 p.m. Conclusion: The apartment itself is fine, but the service was a disaster and the communication completely unprofessional.

Cutely decorated. Nice layout. Mostly clean. I loved the lights throughout the apartment. Bed was generally comfortable. The view of the Strait of Gibraltar. Located next to a restaurant (I didn’t get a chance to try) and other shops. Not far from the ferry port or the CTM bus station. Staff was helpful to get the taxi driver to find the location. Outside of one incident, the staff was responsive.

I was not informed about the electricity tripping out every few minutes. So, I could barely get my work done and it was cold through the night. Water from the shower also wet up the floor, as the glass (half glass) doesn’t go back far enough to prevent to water from spraying outside the shower. It was a bit uncomfortable and when I inquired about the electricity tripping, I received no response. Up until now, I still have not received an apology, acknowledgment or anything. There was a washer but no detergent available and this info isn’t noted in the booking. I only stay for one night, but if I had booked for longer, I wouldn’t use the kitchen. (Although the rest of the house was clean & the kitchen was clean overall): The drying rack was nasty/old/moldy & the fridge had an odor, so I didn’t put my leftovers in there. As I was leaving, I also had a hard time getting out of the elevator & was in the dark basement alone & scared. Thankfully, a helpful man came down to the parking garage by mistake and helped me get out of the building.

The apartment is located in the 2nd floor in the hotel Rembrandt complex. A good location next to the main street. A great view of the port and the strait of Gibraltar from the balcony. The apartment was clean and included all necessities. Bonus hint: for a meal try a place called Spicy Hot, it's right next to the hotel. Very delicious asian cuisine.

Poor communication with the host was the main drawback. He spoke no English and seemed to be in a real hurry to leave. After briefly showing us around the apartment he was gone. All inquiries through the app were unanswered or very delayed.

Absolutely fantastic. My new appartment in Tanger. special mention to team they were great and paid attention for any needs and requirement ! High standing, beds comfortable and great living room made this journey really amazing. definitely coming back. :)

Just returned from a weeks stay at this apartment and it was great. Fantastic apartment with a super locstion and lovely views over the port. The apartment is done to a high stardard and has everything you need including a washing machine. The apartment was spotless when we arrived. Would definately stay here again if we came back to Tangier.

A tin opener, toaster and a few more mugs would of been handy but we managed with what was there.

Tout était parfait propreté de l’appartement, l’emplacement proche de tout l’hôte était très sympa et serviable si nous avions besoin, parking auto sécurisé avec gardien 24/24 je reviendrai sûrement merci beaucoup à l’hôte

Le lave linge fonctionne pas très bien obligé de passer les étapes de rinçage et essorage manuellement mais nous avons pu laver nos petites affaires

La propreté n’était pas au rendez-vous en raison d’un départ tardif du précédent client (raison évoquée par l’hôte). Le parking n’est pas simple à trouver. Les équipements de l’appartement ne sont pas contrôlés (voler roulant électrique défectueux dans le salon…) Pour cet appartement, nous nous attendions à des équipements plus nombreux comme le grille-pain. La résidence est bruyante à cause de la piscine.

I think the location is great. And the apartment is a good size.

The organizer who runs this apartment is poorly organized. There was no message to inform what to do on arrival. Didn’t know where to go. Couldn’t use rhe lift as a button was needed . Climbed the stairs which was dark. Had no where to sit or wait. The person only answered after 10mins and came in 10mins. He is a kind man but walked in with his shoes. And when I pointed that out he said, it’s ok. (Well it’s not ok for me) There was a washing machine but no laundry soap. And a coffee machine but no coffee. Though I’m not sure if these shd be provided. In my previous bookings, these were provided. But they brought these 2 items that night. The kettle and dish drainer was dirty. And there wasn’t enough toilet roll and no tissues at all. There were 3 of us, stayed 3 nights and were only given 2 rolls that were not new rolls. Only 2 of the 3 people need toilet paper so you can imagine how insufficient it was. Lastly, the Same problem when we left. I informed the person in charge what time I was leaving and if someone will get the keys, she said to leave the keys at the office down stairs. It was closed. Both herself and the number on the booking did not answer. I wanted to leave the keys in the apartment but I could not activate the lift. My friends had driven out of the carpark. I was stuck. I wasted time walking up and down wondering what to do. In the end I left the keys in the apartment and one button at the side of the lift lobby. Really disorganized.
