Kanipa fue un regalo inesperado, llegar no es tan sencillo, pero al hacerlo te das cuenta que valió la pena. Un lugar simple y verdadero, a una hora del pueblo de El Nido, donde el ruido se apaga y todo se vuelve más lento, más natural, más honesto. Frente al mar, rodeado de vegetación tropical, este espacio invita a detenerte, respirar profundo y reconectar con lo esencial. El glamping limpio siempre y perfecto para descansar y sentir la naturaleza en su forma más pura: el sonido del mar, la brisa cálida, los amaneceres y atardeceres que acarician el alma. Aquí hay mosquitos, hormigas, pequeñas criaturas… claro, estás en el trópico, en un rincón vivo de selva y mar. Y si vienes con apertura, descubrirás que eso también es parte del encanto. Puedes hacer un tour por las islas, caminar entre manglares, visitar cascadas o simplemente quedarte quieto, en silencio, mirando el horizonte. Bryan y Jissele, los anfitriones, fueron luz Presentes, atentos, amorosos, cuidando cada detalle con calidez genuina y dispuestos a hacer de tu estadía un placer, la comida rica justo para mi dieta vegetariana. Virgi y Vince, del staff, me recibieron con sonrisas que abrazan junto a sus amigos peluditos. Recomiendo Kanipa y no perderte de esta parada No es un lugar para pasar… es un lugar para sentir. Para quienes buscan paz, verdad y un poco de magia simple, este rincón es perfecto. Gracias por tanto. Salamat!!

Grundsätzlich ruhige Lage. über ausgefahrenen Feldweg erreichbar. Sehr romantische Hütten, relativ einfach, aber ansprechende Optik. Nette Vermieter und nette Angestellte. Küche gut, wenn auch eingeschränkte Auswahl. Sehr idyllisch gelegen, an langem ser einsamem Sandstrand.

Leider sehr viele Sandfliegen vornehmlich am Abend/Dämmerung, aber ist halt Natur. Da hilft nur „citronella“ oder „Off“

Trash on nearby beaches.. there is many of them, very sad. The host family won’t be able to fight it on their own but it has to be mentioned 😞

An amazing place with amazing people. A good place to chill and enjoy the your time

Loved being here. As a solo traveller, it probably was a bit too remote. If I was a couple, it would be more great. This place is paradise if you’re looking to escape the crowds and be at one with nature. The owners are beautiful people, the food is very good, the rooms are on the basic side of glamping but still perfect for the location, and the showers/toilets are true luxury glamping.

Don’t go lying under the mangrove trees on the beach; the sand flies will be mauling you unknowingly. Maybe a sign or advice to that effect would be good. At the property there are no issues with sand flies.

A touch of paradise! Stunning sea views, sunrises, wading birds, butterflies, a flash of a kingfisher…spectacular stars! Bryan and Giselle are the best hosts…lovely food and the opportunity to really wind down. Highly recommend!

Traditions Filipino hut, location is paradise and the owners are lovely people. Food is also amazing! We didn’t leave the area at all as we believed this is what you come there for when you book! Also the bathrooms are beautiful.

It had the wow factor from the moment we arrived. It’s removed from the madness of El Nido & is a beautiful, tranquil space that was everything we could have hoped for and more. From the traditional exclusive Philippino hut on the beach to the perfect hammock outside our hut. The owners Brian & Giselle were inspirational to us as we learnt about their eco ethos. It really is a gem of a booking - get in quick!

Really nice and remote, off the beaten track and perfect for relaxation. Owners were really nice and the food is great.

It's a bit far from El Nido town and difficult to get transport. Also, there are many sand fleas so make sure you get repellent. Also, the bathrooms are communal which isn't an issue during the day, but somewhat bothersome at night or when it's raining.

Little isolated but the staff were extremely helpful to ensure we got to do everything possible on our bucket list.

Lovely owners and staff, amazing food, and we loved our cabin! Everything was lovely, clean and comfortable. Exactly what we were hoping for - a peaceful place for quality time together, beautiful beach walks and swims, nice facilities, good internet and good food! Highly recommended! We had the most amazing stay at Kanipa Glamping! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The "boutique resort" is incredibly well-maintained, with every detail thoughtfully designed for relaxation. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was flawless, offering great service with a smile. Kanipa Beach Glamping is an absolute dream come true for anyone seeking a peaceful escape by the sea! From the moment we arrived, the staff’s warm hospitality made us feel right at home. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to make our stay extra special. The ambiance was serene—perfect for unwinding and disconnecting from the world. The glamping site was super quiet, making it feel like we had our own private retreat. At night, we enjoyed an unforgettable experience under the stars. Star gazing by the bonfire with the sound of the waves in the background was pure magic. There were also plenty of games to keep us entertained during the day, making it the perfect mix of relaxation and fun. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of local flavors—each meal felt like a home-cooked feast. The bathroom facilities were spotless, and the cherry on top was the incredible view—you can literally see the moon while showering! It was such a unique touch that made the whole experience even more special. Place was absolutely stunning, very quiet, Reggie and his wife were great, they cook for us really good food, i can only highly recommend this place!

- the hosts and staff were simply the best! We felt like we were at home. - great food. Cooked with a lot of care and super fresh. - very calm place. They only have 2 huts so it feels like you have the place to yourself - comfortable bed

- The pressure of the water in the shower is not always as strong. It wasn’t a problem for us. The place is eco-friendly so they have a water reservoir that sometimes needs to be filled up.

This was by far the best experience we had in all our Philippines trip, the glamping is located on a quiet and paradisiac beach an hour away from El Nido, when we arrived a local family in charge of the place welcomed us and helped us to settle in, the sky was so clear that we were able to see the milky way and many constellations. The food is locally sourced and cooked by the local family, so the taste and quality is amazing, we had everything we needed in hand including fast and reliable wifi. The place itself is gorgeous, very well designed and sustainable. Bryan and the rest of the team really made our trip a very memorable one, we will definitely be back in Kanipa Beach Glamping soon.

Unfortunately the showers were broken during our stay but all was great other than that

We really enjoyed to stay there, it was a magical place next to the sea, nothing else, it was peaceful and beautiful, there are only 2 rooms so the entire place is just for us

location is far, but at the same time that was the advantage, but it is almost one hour driving from el nido.

Reggie and his family were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, we had the whole beach to ourselves pretty much and had helpful access to motorbike to get around the island. Great WiFi 10/10

The only downside is it gets quite hot and sticky at night because there isn’t any air-con but we expected this with beach glamping

Redj and Nelia were fantastic hosts, so welcoming and went above and beyond for us! The bamboo hut was stunning, very clean, with the most amazing view. The beach is very peaceful and safe, we loved our stay at Kanipa. We would definitely return again!

We stayed 2 nights for 144€ at kanipa glamping, arriving when the sun almost had set, only then realizing that it’s in the middle of the jungle without any reception or wifi. The site has 2 bungalows and we were the only guests. The bungalows are newly build but full of termites, which made it impossible to open the bags as everything was always covered in white dust. On the second night we had light winds which caused the bungalows to move from left to right. Lastly you can smell the canal in your room. The next minimart is 20 min walking through the jungle and there is no car or motorcycle directly onsite. Bring 3 European women, ofc you’re being noticed when walking around at night which did not make us feel any safer. If you want to hire a motorcycle you need to be lucky that one is available, if so it’s 700 pesos for 12 hours and you can be sure that the hotel is taking a cut as for both the motorcycle and the car the hotel wanted to see the cash upfront. Going to el nido town one way is 2500 pesos (40€), so recommendation is to hire a motorcycle in el nido to be flexible. The beach is clean but you can’t really swim there due to large waves. They have a small menu though everything you get including fish is frozen, we had veggie food only which was good and freshly prepared by the family living at the hotel and taking care of the property. Breakfast is unfortunately very sad with 2 slices of white bread and an overcooked fried egg. Add any type of meat if you like. So overall, a disappointment as it was overpriced and did not live up to the description or expectation based on the other reviews.

Great view, great atmosphere! Sunrise and Moonrose is superb the cottage is spacious and comfortable. Perfect place to heal and reflect away from busy street and crowded beach. The sound of waves and touch of morning wind is sooo refreshing!!! A little bit far from the center but we are surprised that they offer free use of motorbike!!! Maraming salamat sa responsive and friendly staffs. Definitely we'll be back... 😍👍
