I liked the location ,swimming pool and especially the staff...Mr Vishnu was very nice and provided all that i had requested and even he did more than what I asked for....

1. Owner's Attitude. We were literally thrown out. We were thinking it is 24 hours checkout (Our mistake). Usually, even In lesser properties, they check with the guests about check out plans.Here it was not done. Internet was disconnected at 12 noon without warning. A very inhospitable management in hospitality industry. 2. I had played fair. 1st I had reserved a room without confirming. On 3rd July, I could have cancelled the reservation and made a fresh booking. It would have costed me INR 258 less. 3. Free breakfast is actually food bought from outside (Idli, Dosa etc). 4. House keeping can be improved. The Hinges in the front door need to be oiled. Even if AC is kept at 20 degrees, it was warm. Water comes in trickles. Towels given was not absorbing water. 5. Room is small for a Double bedroom. Me and my friend checked in but Only 2 pillows, 1 Blanket (possibly not washed), 1 Towel, 1 Soap etc was given. Better Accommodation is available in Tenkasi for INR 2,055 per diem (Amount I paid) or less.

Good To stay there calm and peacefully place they offered free rainfall shower with another property its very nice and they arranged Car for site seeing and its great pleasure with that driver feel like a family member and the Reception person Joseph very Good to responded all the time arrange the good food and all the arrangements worth of Cost.

The staff particularly Mr. Shaan the facilities manager was very professional and friendly, took care of all our needs and ensured that we had a pleasant stay. The location can be tricky as the sign to the hotel is little hidden but once you get there it's a very beautiful place with spacious rooms and well maintained lawns, and a swimming pool. At night we can have a camp fire with music to have a blast. The breakfast here was absolutely healthy and tasty. So we highly recommend to visit this place, more the people more merrier it will be.

Had a nice stay and good environment. Away from the city, but that's the expected place as well for many. Good support from the staffs Vishnu and cooking Akka. Suggested for Friends gang and for Families. Own vehicle is must.

A truly serene place surrounded by nature. The valley views are breathtaking and the atmosphere is calm. Perfect for a quiet getaway.The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Felt like home.

Poorly maintained toilets. Main door cannot close. Mattress is not comfortable as springs hurt the back. Smelly , dirty bedsheets & towels. Madam Renee Thomas called me and offered to give a refund which we declined. What is important is to invest in a laundry system, wakefit mattresses , clean bedsheets & towels. Calm on outskirts, around 6 rooms, normal facility but neat and not any star property. Service was good

Vishnu, the property manager supported us throughout the stay. He arranged food, explained the facilities over there, cleaned the pool by himself. People like him are biggest assets for these kind of upcoming facilities.

Had an amazing stay at Serene Blossom Stay! Everything was just perfect—the location was peaceful, the stay was super comfy, and the food was really good. The ambience was so relaxing, exactly what I needed. But the best part? The staff! Everyone was so welcoming and kind, especially one person who went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. Honestly, such a great experience, and I’d totally go back. Highly recommend!

Serene Blossom Vally is bang for the buck. Caretaker Vishnu was very helpful and supportive to get all the facilities.

The room was not clean, there were a bad smell, also bathroom was dirty, i dont like the room and bathroom, outside area was good

Well maintained rooms & surroundings..ideal for a family get together...Very nice staff, especially Vishnu who is always there to help...

A suggestion.. A small kettle to boil water & few tea/coffee bags would be great considering there is no full time restaurant nearby.

The property has enough open space and a swimming pool and good for get togethers and parties

The double rooms are close to highway and your sleep could get disturbed by the truck traffic

The facilities in the resort (Play area with a mini football field, Well maintained swimming pool and indoor games on request to the room). Serene location and courteous staff. The family / Group rooms are really spacious.

The two family / group rooms directly open to the car park. This affects the privacy of those rooms. Food not served and if required we need to speak with the manager in prior while booking the resort.

The resort is placed in a very scenic place in the valley between two mountains. It is luscious with greenery. Quite and serene...love the big lawn , play area...Vishnu is a very friendly, cordial and helpful person...shall definitely recommend to friends and families ☺️☺️☺️

* Great location and view. * Homely stay - we had booked a big room for 3 adults and a kid and it was comfortable. * We did not expect much amenities and happy to see a small swimming pool (However, confirm regarding if it is part of your package!) * Breakfast was a made to order veg dish for us and it sufficed for us. * Two standout things for us: 1. Mr. Vishnu was the main difference - He knows to handle people and resources and was ever willing to help. In fact, without him our experience would not have been so warm. 2. There are provisions made for the cab drivers to shower and relax. This is a very thoughtful gesture.

* No-frills attached property - so good only for a stop-over with some other goal in mind. * A fully functional dining room is required if you want to spend more than a night here. * All amenities should be part of the package.

Kitchen shpold be more organised and tidied with some redecorations. Rooms too can do with the same as walls are showing up flaking paints with dampness. Noisy at nights due to the traffice on the main road.

We had a really happy stay and Vishnu was so helpful and kind. He arranged for us to have a day out to temples and waterfalls and made sure we caught our train. The food was so delicious and the masala tea was yummy. We were next to the highway but we’re not bothered by the noise and slept really well in the A/C room.

This is review is going to be lengthy and detailed. Please spend time for worth experiences I had in the two days of stay with my family on 15th and 16th Jan 2024. First, I will suggest this resort for Nature Lovers who really wanted to have peaceful stay on the foothills of western ghats of Tenkasi. The weather will be awesome compared to Courtallam. 100% secure for family stay. This is under expansion villa which is currently having 5 plus rooms villa type. They are constructing swimming pools and gardening. Pros:- 1. They got excellent staff / manager Mr. Vishnu who is supportive and taken care of the Guest needs. He never hesitates for service even if you ask something during late night. 2. The rooms are very neat and clean. I stayed in a Villa type room that has 3 beds which is sufficient for 5 adult families and has a huge space even big families can accommodate with extra beds. 3. We suppose to talk about the food, they are offering complimentary breakfast in kerala style cooking which we really loved it. An big hug to the cooking master 😊 who prepares the Lunch and dinner as well. He can do magic in his cooking style will make you addict for the taste. He is expert in both Veg and Nov veg, especially I would say Puttu and veg curry. The price is very cheap and hygienic compared to Sengottai and Tenkasi hotels. 4. The tariff is much affordable and cheap price compare to main falls area lodges and hotels. Every place will have some cons, 100% you cannot satisfy the customer. The below are my improvements which they promised to be implemented it. 1. Since it is under development Villa, soon the gardening and swimming pool and playing area will be done quickly. 2. The payment mode as of now they are agreeing with UPI / Cash. Suggested to have Debit / credit cards. 3. The inside of the room is well modernized however the main door has a very old type which I feel can be made with more robust and secured type doors.

Every place has some opportunity for improvements which I noted in detailed.

Vishnu was wonderful! He was very attentive and made sure that everything was to our liking and that we were happy! Vishnu made transportation plans for us and even had a friend help with translation, The breakfast was also very good, We were very happy with our stay there, I can't say enough good things about our host Vishnu and the cook !

The staff were great. Especially Vishnu, he was an excellent host and assisted with a lot of stuff. The location is great, bang on the main road, making it easy to go to either sides.

There were traffic cops announcements over megaphone throughout the night, managing lorry traffic on the road. That's not the hotel fault though.

Rooms are awesome and worthy place to stay.Service is absolutely amazing. Vishnu is very helpful and helped a lot while staying there. The place is totally calm and secure. Especially food is totally amazing in this villa and also located near thenmala for tourist attraction. Worth visit

Vishnu is an exceptional host, He fixed us a wonderful dinner and a fantastic visit to a private waterfall, too.

Nice.. atmosphere

A newly constructed property in Tenkasi district. 3 kms away from Kerala border in Puliyarai Tenkasi. We visited Thirumalai Murugan temple which is 40mins from this place. Other attractions are waterfalls in Courtallam. This property is surrounded by a lot greenery like hills and fields. The property also has a beautiful garden with a lot of variety of plants. We took the largest room which had ample space to hold around 5 people. There is parking for your car and some seating area to chill.
