Crystal apartment was well maintained and good place to have your family. We stayed 3 days with our 3 kids. It was comfortable and the incharge Mr. Santhosh was also on reach always. 🙂👍

The location is easy to find if you search for “Sree Dhanya Vantage Point.” Mr. Santhosh and the staff were welcoming and professional. The interiors were cozy, well-designed and practical, making the stay very comfortable. We stayed at Canvas loft apartment. The apartment was clean, the WiFi was reliable, and the AC units worked perfectly. Reason we extended for few more days. The property has two toilets and one bedroom, with a sofa bed available in the living room. Essentials were provided promptly whenever available. This apartment is highly recommended! My honest observation: The only drawback was being asked, even jokingly, about giving tips, which became uncomfortable as it was mentioned repeatedly both in person and through chat. I believe tips are best given when service feels genuinely offered without expectation. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would be happy to book this property when visiting Trivandrum again. :)

The property is at the heart of Trivandrum with easy access to all facilities. The apartment was well maintained with top notch facilities including parking. The host Mr Santosh was a very friendly and helpful person and was at just a call away for all our needs. Moreover the security and reception staff was more than happy to help the guests.

Actually nothing. The stay was much more convenient and comfortable than a hotel stay.

The host, Mr. Santhosh, was exceptionally courteous and friendly. He was always available to ensure our comfort. I’ve booked many properties through Booking.com, but I’ve never experienced such warm hospitality. I’ve now decided that whenever I visit Trivandrum, I will always choose a property managed by Santhosh.

We had a great experience staying at The Crystal Apartment. The rooms were very neat, clean and well maintained. Felt completely safe and secure during the stay. Undoubtedly, its a perfect choice for a family/friends stay. It won't be a honest review, if I miss mentioning about Mr. Santosh, who is the Apartment's Host. He is such a super gentle kind person who is always available and ready to walk extra mile to help/make the guests trip most comfortable.

Everything! The appartment was new, nice and clean with everything that is needed for a home like feeling. Everything worked and the place was as clean and nice as in pictures (rare in India). I was with my parents who liked the place more than the normally low end 5 star hotels we normally stay at! The host, Santos was super friendly. He went distance to make us feel at home. I am sceptical about a friendly Indian man but to a surprise Santosh was genuinely nice. He even arranged a special visit to Sri PadmaSwami Temple!

Nothing really, other than the fact it is a homestay kind of setup and not really a proper hotel but we neither expected or wanted a feel of a big hotel anyways!

I stayed here today , and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. We had an amazing stay at The Crystal Apartment! The place is super comfy, clean, and perfect for families even for friends. But what really made our trip special was our host, Santhosh. He’s such a kind and welcoming person—he took care of us like family! He even helped us arrange a smooth darshan at Padmanabhaswamy Temple, which was such a blessing. No matter what we needed—whether it was recommendations, directions, or just a quick question—he was always just a call away and happy to help. Honestly, this place felt like a home away from home. The next time I visit, there’s no doubt—I’m staying here again! Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The property was very clean and hygienic and near to all major places . The Property caretaker Santhosh was very polite and very helpful to us lots of thanks to him .overall nice stay nice place and very good hospitality.

Its a single bedroom apartmnt fully furnished..and living room sofa is convertible to bed..so 2 family can easily manage 2 washroom also there with kitchen and small diniing area..Good hygiene..care taker also good ..he is good guy if we ask any help promplty do..Thankyou so much

Excellent location. Close to most places on Trivandrum. Many eating places within walking distance.

The location of the apartment is good, accessible to any part of city with ease. The host is very supportive, surprisingly supportive,beliieve me, you will acknowledge the same when you visit. The room is clean and spacious.The facility have lot of parking space, gym and a pool. The host had made a early checkin arrangement without any hassle even when we arrived at location 4 hours early.
