George was the perfect host: courteous, thoughtful and effective. This was also true of his staff who were endlessly helpful. And the food was wonderful.

nothing ... the only reason I didn't give 10/10 was that we (my son and I) had to stay in the honeymoon suite, which would have been brilliant for someone on honeymoon ! and the reason we had to stay in the honeymoon suite was we were a last minute booking, so no fault of the hotel...

Everything has been truly beautiful. The breakfast, instead of typical buffet you get a menu where they prepare the food fresh for you. The restaurant serve excellent food as well. The room was cozy and had what you needed. The beach area is worth the stay alone. Will return to stay here again.

Very attentive, kind and cheerful staff. Delicious breakfast with fresh fruit, juices and countless coffees :-) The deck leading straight into Gerolimenas’ turquoise-green waters was definitely the highlight. And a special mention to Mr George, who made sure nothing was ever missing throughout our stay.

More of a suggestion than something we didn’t like: since we stayed for seven nights, it would have been nice to have access to some basic training equipment - yoga mats, kettlebells, free weights, etc. - to help burn off one too many Travichtis 😉

The quality of the room and bedding was exceptional. So comfy! So luxurious! The staff were fabulous - chatty and intelligent, great to be around. The location was the best I’ve ever been to. Amazing beach, water, view. Simply the best hotel ever!

Very clean and very friendly staff

The pictures on Booking.com are misleading. The main photo shows an area intended for the restaurant, but this area is currently not in use. There is also a major construction site directly next to the hotel, which caused significant noise in the mornings, starting as early as 7:00 AM. In addition, there is a frequently used road between the restaurant area and the hotel, which makes the location less peaceful than the pictures suggest. Swimming from the hotel area does provide beds to relax, but it should be mentioned that this is in a concrete ledge and was very crowded during our stay. There was also no quiet or secluded area where you could enjoy some peace.

Everything was perfect, every little detail in the room was beautifully thought out, the beach is literally at your feet, and the people were so warm and welcoming. A truly lovely place!

Das Hotel wurde als ruhiger Rückzugsort beschrieben was nicht Realität entspricht. Die Situation am Meer ist überdurchschnittlich laut. Man muss wissen dass Gerolimenas ein sehr lauter Ort und eher ausgerichtet auf Familien und weniger für Ruhesuchende ist. Die Sonnenliegen befinden sich inmitten des öffentlichen Bereichs und man hat keine Möglichkeit innerhalb des Hotelbereichs sich irgendwo zurückzuziehen außerhalb des eigenen Zimmers (keine anderen Hotelflächen) Das Frühstück entsprach nicht der Kategorie . Wenig Auswahl und nichts Besonderes. Man musste insbesondere beim Frühstück lange warten um zu bestellen.

This hotel is truly a gemstone. We had a truly wonderful stay at KaSeas Boutique Hotel. The crystal-clear sea was absolutely breathtaking, and the beautiful surroundings made the whole experience feel like a little piece of paradise. The service was exceptional. Everyone was so warm, friendly, and attentive, and they genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. The restaurant at the hotel was also excellent, with delicious food. We were especially touched by how everyone helped make our family celebration so special. We were celebrating the birthday of the head of our family, and the entire team went out of their way to make the evening unforgettable. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine effort meant so much to all of us. We left with wonderful memories and would highly recommend KaSeas Boutique Hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful place, excellent service, and a truly special experience. We would love to come back!

החדרים הרגילים קצת חשוכים, ממוקמים ממש על הרחוב ולכן גם רוב הזמן הוילון סגור והחדר חשוך.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. The restaurant offered delicious food and cocktails. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Kaseas.

We had a lovely suite (without a balcony), which 3 of us stayed in. One tiny snag: there wasn't anywhere to dry our wet swimsuits at the end of the day.

A truly wonderful place. Stepping out of your room and straight into the sea is an unforgettable experience. The restaurant serves delicious food, making every meal a pleasure. What makes this place truly exceptional, though, is the team. They are empathetic, genuinely friendly, and refreshingly human rather than robotic. They make real eye contact, listen, and make you feel genuinely welcome and cared for. Their warmth and sincerity create an atmosphere that makes you want to come back.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at the hotel! The resort is nestled in a stunning bay, and every single detail was just perfect, from the rooms and the service to the beach, where you could easily spend entire days. The peace and tranquility of this place are truly rare to find; it is the ultimate spot to disconnect from the world and just unwind. We want to give a special thanks to Christos and Dinos, who made our stay absolutely perfect! They always looked out for us and anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. They remembered every little detail that mattered to us and always helped with a warm smile. We will definitely be back, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Das Frühstück war leider nicht dem Preis entsprechend. Wenig Auswahl, Obst zum Teil nicht ganz frisch und das Personal im Restaurant ist sehr freundlich aber nicht ganz auf Zack.

The staff and the owners were extremely kind and generous. The facilities were incredible! Don’t hesitate to choose this hotel for your trip in the area!

Loved this place! Truly a special spot in MANI if you want to be away from the larger towns and not far from Lemeni. You do need a car to get around. My only suggestion would be more Greek Food on the menu :) Thank you - incredible stay!

We had an amazing stay at KaSeas. It began with a warm greeting from George. Our room was beautifully appointed with generous amenities. The rain shower was a real treat. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and taking in the amazing views of the bay and the lighted cliffs. We cannot say enough good things about everyone in the staff we encountered, along with the breakfasts and dinners. We will remember our stay at KaSeas forever and truly wish we had stayed longer.

Location was excellent. Staff very friendly and attentive.

Not a lot of space in the bedrooms for your luggage. Lot of steps so need to be agile. The staff in the restaurant were excellent and very attentive.

We gad a lovely stay at the Kaseas hotel. The attention to detail and the friendliness of the staff made our experience especially memorable. We also had great dinners in the hotel’s restaurant Veludo while we were staying in KaSeas hotel. The food is very good and the service is amazing. We would like to thank especially our great waiter Christos, he made our experience in the restaurant so special. Also, they offer gluten free bread on request, which is quite rare in Greece.

Hotel Manager Jorge and his excellent team are incredibly attentive and our stay at KaSeas was perfect. The room, the excellently comfortable bed, the complimentary items, the lovely restaurant and super area of sunbeds, was all lovely in every way. We have stayed in Geroliminas before and it is a wonderful remote part of the Mani that simply invites you to relax.

Το ξενοδοχείο, όσο και το εστιατόριο ήταν υπέροχα, δεν υπάρχουν λόγια να το περιγράψω ήταν όλα άψογα, αυτό όμως που ξεχώριζε ήταν η συμπεριφορά των ανθρώπων, μια μέρα δεν ήταν αρκετή , θα ξανά επιστρέψουμε σύντομα, σας ευχαριστούμε για όλα!

The hotel and our hotel room were very attractive, with a beautiful blend of elements both modern and traditional to Mani. The room was sleek, stylish and comfortable. George is exceptionally hospitable and professional. The fresh air from the breeze of the bay is very nice, and it was enjoyable to look down onto the restaurant and the street from the balcony.

We didn't love dinner at the restaurant, as it was more like "hotel food" than authentic Greek or Mani cuisine. That being said, the service was still professional and the restaurant was beautifully designed and maintained. However, breakfast is authentic and outstanding.

Lokalizacja wspaniała, piękny widok na zatokę, pokoje komfortowe i dobrze urządzone. Wygodne leżaki z pięknym widokiem na góry i morze.

Wybraliśmy hotel ze względu na bardzo dobre recenzje i zachęcające zdjęcia. Niestety od pierwszego dnia naszego pobytu dosłownie obok za ścianą hotelu trwała budowa, o której nikt nas nie poinformował, od rana był hałas nie do zniesienia - bardzo głośne walenie młotami, niestety nie można było odpocząć a to był głowny powód naszego urlopu. Oprócz tego w nocy straszne hałasy spowodowane ujadaniem psów. Spałem w zatyczkach i to nawet nie pomagało. Niestety nie udało się w pełni wypocząć i pozostał niesmak. A miał być to relaksujący odpoczynek w ciszy od zgiełku miasta. Dodatkowo na plaży mógłybyć jakiś prysznic, po wyjściu z wody dobrze byłoby się opłukać.

The staff were by far the best part of this hotel. They were friendly and helpful and always available if you needed them. George was incredibly kind letting us know about the local traditions and inviting us to join their special celebrations- a huge thank you to all staff for making us so welcome and always trying to solve any issues as quickly as possible. The location was beautiful. The rooms were tastefully decorated and a lot of care has gone into making the room peaceful and relaxing. The cleaning staff were amazing and the resturant was pricey but well worth it as the food was fresh and delicious. We ate there every day. The breakfast was very good too. Although there are simple coffee facilities in the room, I drink tea throughout the day and the staff very kindly brought me a kettle to make the tea during our stay.

Sadly, I have had to mark the facilities low and not meeting expectations as despite the advertising of sun lounges and umbrellas near the sea etc, there was nothing for us to use once we left the room. We asked for something to sit on and were given a resturant chair or were told it wasn't the season for sun lounges. We stayed for 8 nights and went swimming every day but still no facilities for those wishing to lie in the sun or read a book next to the sea which was the main reason we booked this hotel. The sewage facilities were awful. We were told not to place toilet paper down the toilet so we didn't but the awful smell came up through the shower hole and there were people in our room almost daily cleaning out the sewage pipes. I think it was a wider town issue, but one night we had to wet a towel and place it over the shower to stop the smell coming from the shower. We slept with our window open most nights due to the smell. Sitting outside the room on the little patio also had a strong smell of sewage due to the drainage vents right there.

We had a wonderful time here. We ate in the restaurant too which was excellent. The room we had was lovely and everything felt like 4* service. I cannot praise the staff highly enough, everybody was so caring. Thank you so much!

Everything about this place exceeded our expectations! From the location, to the hotel stay, even the food that the hotel's restaurant 'Veludo' offers. The staff were warm, polite and professional. This stay was by far the best I've ever experienced! Looking forward to our next visit.

Ausgesprochen nette, persönliche und herzliche Betreuung während unseres 2-tägigen Aufenthaltes. Ganz tolles Frühstück und das Abendessen im Restaurant war beide Male ganz ausgezeichnet. Ruhige Lage in einem noch relativ touristisch unverseuchtem Gebiet. Tolle Zimmerausstattung mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten.
