Very spacious and close to the airport.

There were animals outside the door and a rooster was making noise all night so you couldn’t sleep.

Very nice place. Comfortable bed and plenty of space to use kitchen and eat in the room.

Very noisy with children and workmen shouting and dogs barking and Cockrells. Curtains don’t block out the light

Se escuchaban a los gallos que están atados desde las 03 de la mañana. No pudimos dormir más , no me suelo quejar de alojamientos pero lo escogimos específicamente para dormir esa noche antes de coger un vuelo por la mañana y fue misión fallida. No me parece normal escuchar a 5 gallos como locos en tu oído y ni con tapones dejas de escucharlos… Mala calidad de sueño

Nuestro vuelo llegaba tarde y el personal fue amable y esperó a que llegaramos. La habitación estaba muy bien y limpia.

Muy mal ubicado, no hay nada alrededor.

Schwieriger Check-in (Adresse hat nicht gestimmt und wir mussten ewig suchen wohin), schlechte Kommunikation, morgens ohne Strom aufgewacht, sehr laute Umgebung, kaltes Wasser

Grand appartement, bien équipé. Notre hôte avec qui on communiquait via Whatsapp était très sympathique. Nous avons pu aller visiter à pied Le monument pour la bataille entre Lapu Lapu et Magellan depuis le studio

Das Apartment liegt sehr abgelegen von der Hauptstraße, leider hatten wir verschiedene Insekten im Schlaf- und Badezimmer.

Bien équipé si vous souhaitez faire vous même à manger . Prévoyez huile sel ……. Confortable….. wifi qui ne marche pas bien du tout (globe at home comme souvent)

L’emplacement de l’établissement , rien à faire à côté . Petit restaurant de l’hôtel , heureusement car sinon pas possible de se restaurer .

Die Beschreibung stimmt nicht, hier werden 2 Zimmer und 2 Betten beschreiben, in Wirklichkeit ist es nur 1 Raum mit einem Bett und einer Couch ausgestattet!? Wohnungstür zum Innenhof mit Imbiss, teilweise laut und parkenden Autos vor der Tür.

部屋が広い、清潔。

電子レンジのコンセントが合わず使えなかった。鶏がやかましい。部屋のwifiが使えず、持って行ったwifiを使用したので問題なし。さらに洗濯機があれば、さらに良し。

Je viens d'Europe. Je fais plus de 24h de voyage et lorsque j'arrive dans le pays, je n'ai aucune connexion, du coup , je me dirige à l'adresse données et l'appartement est introuvable . Je me renseigne un peu partout et je donne l'adresse à plusieurs taxi et l'adresse est introuvable...

The flag itself is very spacious with everything that you need. Very clean. Also the restaurant right next to the room serves nice food

Even though is close to the airport , it’s still around 30/40 mins to get into the airport due to traffic. But still a great transit place

The room was VERY spacious, location was under 20mins to the airport, so for an overnight stop in Cebu was perfect. It was very well equipped in the kitchen for short stays. Air con was good, value for money was great. Hot shower with good water pressure.

The three part sofa was a little difficult to get comfy on with a marble(esc) floor as it kept slipping apart, the air con was a little noisy and light pollution from surrounding buildings meant it wasn't super dark.

Positive was that - the room was quite clean. The aircon worked silently. Amenities where operational Shower was hot and waterflow was ok. Negative was that the blanket of the bed wasn't wrapped in linen, so we couldn't be sure that it was washed before we were there.

I booked this apartment for my family to stay and by all accounts they were extremely pleased. Communication with the owner and the staff was seamless and all queries were answered very promptly. The venue itself was clean and tidy with everything provided to make my family's stay very comfortable, a home away from home. Convenient to the city and airport, everything was withing a short journey. Great food can be had at the adjacent restaurant Franzon's BBQ. I will definitely be staying there on my next visit to Lapu-Lapu and Cebu.

Very nice place. Was great for my family of 3. Was super convenient near the airport. InDrive was super cheap to get there only 260php. N8ce and clean, everything you could need and very nice. Great perfect place for the price. Would stay here again. And they had great towels.

Nice big apartment near the airport (only 20 minutes by car). A shop and a restaurant (nothing vegetarian, just BBQ) are in front of the apartment 👍🏽

Super bright light coming from de street during al the night, super noisy area IMPOSIBLE sleep and I’m a heavy sleeper. Stuff doesn’t care about you anything. I recommend pay a bit more for better place
