The property itself has the potential to be magnificent. It is very spacious and bright. The bedrooms on the first and second floor are very spacious. The lanai was beautiful. More attention to detail can only make this property breath-taking.

There was a very unpleasant odor that lasted the entire time we were there. Come to find out that it was dirty mops left in the laundry room. Also the top floor was uninhabitable due to the excessive heat. I was also taken aback by the fact that we had to park on the street when the ad specifically stated that there was parking "on-site". Parking on the street is not considered "on-site" where I'm from. BTW there was a parking area inside the gate, yet, for some reason even after asking the host, she did not allow it.

BidaBreezes is a fantastic house. Spacious, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, effective air conditioning, and amazing warm pool! The owner was very friendly and responsive.

A little maintenance required in the back garden but nothing major. The tropics can be tough on a house. Combination locks on the exterior doors would be more convenient than a single key.

The property's location is excellent! It is just 5 minutes from Eagle and 10 minutes from Palm Beaches. There is a big pool on the premises and ample space on the terrace and backyard where you can relax during the day and enjoy lovely Arubian evenings and nights. The hosts are kind enough to let you use beach chairs and a cooler to take to the beach.

The house needs significant renovations because it is outdated. The pictures posted don't represent the current state of the facilities. The walls have damage, and the railing on the staircase is loose and shaking. The gate to the property is rusted and nonfunctional. None of it was mentioned in the description.

The house was spacious and served our seven people tremendously. The location was perfect to restaurants, beaches and shopping. Loved the privacy of the pool when we just wanted to stay at the house.

The one thing I would have liked differently, was amount of dirt/mud around the pool area. The tiles got muddy if it rained or just from pool water which then made for dirty feet going back into the pool. Other than that small thing, everything was perfect.
