idealna lokalizacja, 10 km od centurm wiednia cisza i spokój.....kameralne osiedle domków :)

El dueño muy amable y contesta muy rápido. La casa está en un barrio tranquilo. Estábamos todo el día fuera de turismo. Hay comentarios sobre gatos y malos olores pero yo no vi nada de eso.

Una pena el jardín lleno de trastos.

Everything was fine during our stay at this place. Really enough space for everyone and everything! The kitchen is equipped with necessary things, so you can cook if you need. Really comfortable to stay in for a week or even for a longer time. Can recommend that place.

Only one thing, that could admit, that it was not clean enough in the bathroom. Everything else was fine!

I am not sure why this place gets such high scores. Only positive thing was the coffee machine in the kitchen.

Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Wir konnten 2 Stunden früher einchecken, was nach einer Fahrt von 7 Stunden sehr angenehm war. Wir hatten eine sehr geräumige Wohnung im ersten Stock. 2 Klimaanlagen (sehr positiv, da gerade eine Hitzewelle herrschte), großer Fernseher mit Streamingmöglichkeit. Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück. Ruhige Gegend.

Według mnie obiekt nie powinien figurować na bookingu. To było mieszkanie robotnicze. Już na korytarzu powitał nas fetor kocich odchodów. W mieszkaniu było brudno. W lodówce było jakieś jedzenie. W pokojach klimatyzatory, które pracowały tak głośno że nie dało się spać. Gdyby nie bardzo późna pora i fakt, że mieliśmy za sobą 1000 km szukalibyśmy innego noclegu.

Wenn ich die Möglichkeit habe, spontan ein Last-Minute-Angebot zu buchen, genieße ich die große, ruhige Wohnung und die entspannte Atmosphäre – weit weg vom Stress.

As usual, everything was excellent! This time we stayed longer, and the accommodation provides everything we needed. The host is exceptionally kind, and it is very easy to arrange everything with him!

Spacy rooms, well equipped kitchen, coffee machine with coffee, sugar, milk etc. Very nice neighbourhood.

The first floor flat was not those from booking.com offer, the photos were from other place. The flat seems to be used on daily base for building workers. We arrived one hour earlier and everything was dirty with construction dust and 3-4 mens tried to clean it. It is not cosy, well kept place. Kitchen was very dirty and the bathroom was only party cleaned. In the dishwashing machine there were cigarettes and in the garden near rubish the bed linnen and towels were drying. Not higienic. On the terrasse was stored a lot of old furniture. We are used in Austria to well cleaned and well kept apartmens. The moderate price shall be eqivalent for distance to city center, and seems to be adequate to the technical conditions and poor cleaness. For me unacceptable. Host had no problem seeing our shock after entering the flat. His excuse was that we arrived too early, but it was 4 p.m. not early morning.

Die Wohnung ist nicht gerade modern, wirkt schon etwas abgenutzt, ist aber geräumig und gemütlich. Der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend, sodass wir die Unterkunft auch spätabends noch schnell buchen konnten.

Die Kissen könnten bequemer sein.

Wir haben nicht die Wohnung auf den Bildern bekommen (Überbuchung?). Der Vermieter definierte die andere Wohnung (im EG) als "nicht so schön, aber größer". Leider war die Definition von "nicht so schön" etwas weit weg von der Realität, "kleine Müllhalde" trifft es besser. Alles war dreckig, überall waren Fingerabdrücke und Essensreste. Kaputte Türen und Löcher in der Wänden war auch mal was neues. Da wir so kurzfristig nichts anderes mehr bekommen hätten, war die Devise "Augen zu und durch". Meines Erachtens war die Wohnung noch kurz vorher an ausländische Handwerker vermietet gewesen und es war keine Zeit mehr zum reinigen. Dies konnten wir dann erahnen als plötzlich zwei Personen in der Wohnung standen und einziehen wollten als mein Kollege kurz Rauchen war und nicht abgeschlossen hatte. In jedem Zimmer war ein Duftdiffusor und das Treppenhaus stankt nach Katzenpisse, daher auch geruchstechnisch kein Vergnügen. Fazit: Wir kamen uns sehr verarscht vor!

Very beautiful house, good location.

It was messy. The hallway smelled of cats, but they lived there, so it was okay. And when you entered the apartment, it smelled like a dog brought in from outside. The second day we managed to take them out.

As always, everything was excellent - otherwise we would not be coming back! Communication with the host is great, and the check-in was smooth and easy. The accommodation is clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The value for money is absolutely justified. The apartment has everything we need, and on top of that, the location suits us perfectly. Thank you very much, and we hope to see you again!

Stenska postelja v dnevni sobi je padla na tla ob praktično minimalnem premiku s strani otroka. Velika sreča, da ni bil nihče poškodovan.

Die Unterkunft war akzeptabel, aber der Service danach war leider sehr schlecht. Mir wurde eine Rechnung für mehrere Nächte versprochen, da ich diese für meine Versicherung benötigte. Die Rechnung sollte ich bekommen, nachdem ich eine positive Bewertung abgegeben habe. Trotz positiver Bewertung und mehrmaliger Nachfrage habe ich bis heute keine Rechnung erhalten. Dieses Verhalten ist nicht seriös. Ohne die Rechnung konnte ich keine Erstattung von der Versicherung bekommen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft daher nicht weiterempfehlen.

Leider bin ich am Ende sehr enttäuscht. Ich habe insgesamt mehrere Nächte hier verbracht, da ich wegen einer Autopanne auf einen Mietwagen von der Versicherung warten musste. Mir wurde ausdrücklich zugesagt, dass ich eine Rechnung für die Nächte erhalte, wenn ich eine positive Bewertung hinterlasse. Ich habe dies auch getan, jedoch habe ich trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage bis heute (nach über einem Monat) keine Rechnung erhalten. Die Unterkunft selbst war in Ordnung, aber das Verhalten danach ist unzuverlässig und unprofessionell. Ohne Rechnung konnte ich das Geld nicht von der Versicherung zurückbekommen. Sehr schade.

A great accommodation not far from Vienna. The location works perfectly for us because of work, but getting to the city centre should be no problem at all. The host is super nice and ready to help if needed. Everything looks just as lovely in person as it does in the photos, and it has everything you might need. Accommodation is spacious and clean. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommended! :)

Sehr schöne, große und saubere Unterkunft. Die Fußbodenheizung war sehr angenehm, die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, sympathisch und herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Leider konnten wir die ganze Nacht nicht schlafen, da in der Wohnung über uns eine laute Party stattfand, die bis in die frühen Morgenstunden andauerte. Als wir um 6 Uhr morgens abreisten, lief die Party immer noch. Der Aufenthalt war dadurch sehr beeinträchtigt.

Accesul la mijloacele de transport în comun este facil. Disponibilitatea proprietarului a fost exemplară. Proprietatea este situată într-o locație excelentă și foarte liniștită, departe de gălăgia unei capitale europene.

În ce privește vesela, au fost câteva articole pe care ne-am fi dorit să le avem la dispoziție. N-a fost nimic grav.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, which made our stay especially pleasant. The owners were extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. The apartments are located in a quiet area, so the stay was peaceful and cozy. The atmosphere was warm and homely — we will definitely come back again!

Багато місця, великі кімнати. Є додаткові розкладні ліжка. Клієнторієнтованість - прохання прикрасити апартаменти Різдвяним декором було виконане. Багато посуду, рушників та інших зручностей. Є посудомийна машина, електричний гриль. Місце для автомобіля. Легка комунікація з орендодавцем. Солодкий подарунок від орендодавця ❤️. Дякуємо!

Якби я була власником, я б замінила комод в кухні на шафу для верхнього одягу (це не критично, але було б зручніше). На букінгу треба чіткіше написати час поселення, щоб уникнути непорозуміння з очікуванням прибирання. Однотонна постільна білизна виглядала б краще, ніж з візерунками.

Nice quiet neighborhood within 5 minutes drive from the metro station where is a park&ride parking for less than 5€ a day . Apartment is big pretty well equipped, though it missed some things.

The furniture and appliances are a bit outdated. The electric vitro ceramic stove did not work and was replaced with an older electric one. It would help to have some capsules for the dishwasher and some more plastic bags for the trash. The mattresses on the beds are very soft and not so comfy.

The appartment is sittuated in a small village at the edge of Vienna. The area is uper quiet and green. Going to Vienna center takes about 30 minutes in a taxi. The Uber taxi takes about 6 to 15 min to arrive and pick you up. The cost of Uber is between 30 and 40 EUR. The apparment is fully equipped with nice towels and all the necessary thing you need for a great stay.

Maybe install a code based lock for the main dor.

Apartment was spacious ,warm and not far away from Vienna Center by car. The host was very nice and ready to help with everything we needed.

Fantastische ontvangst door de gastheer en persoonlijk en snel contact als het nodig was. Wij zouden hier zo opnieuw naar toe gaan. We voelde ons meer dan welkom en werden enorm goed verzorgd in het luxe complete appartement.

Sve je bilo odlično. Domaćin je bio izrazito ljubazan. Apartman je imao grijanje, što je jako važno u ovim hladnim danima pogotovo kad putujete s djecom. Sobe su velike i prostrane, kuhinja posjeduje sve što je potrebno. Na raspolaganju je bio aparat za kavu, čajevi, sol, papar. Sve je bilo dostupno i to u prekomjernim količinama, ručnici, toalet papir, krpe. Cijeli kvart je miran i pogodan za odmor. Povezanost s gradom je u redu.

Plenty of space, clean rooms. We found everything we needed in the kitchen, separate shower/bath and toilet rooms.

The beds are a little worn out, and it's a little hot to sleep. It would be worth investing in a stationary air conditioner.

A szálláson nagyon barátságosan fogadtak. Minden kérdésünkben tudtak segíteni. Részletesen elmondtak mindent, és nem sürgettek a távozással sem. Nagyon jó kévéfőző volt a szálláson odakészített kávéval, cukorral, kávétejjel. A környék rendezett és tiszta. 4-5 percre 3 nagyobb élelmiszerbolt is van. Tömegközlekedéssel 35-40 perc alatt Bécs közpántját kényelmesen el lehet érni.

Az ágy matraca az átlagnál szerintem egy kicsit puhább volt mint az átlagos.

There were some maintenance issues, like it happened sometimes, but the owner was always available, reactive, and fixed it immediately.

Fajna spokojna lokalizacja na osiedlu domków jednorodzinnych pod samym Wiedniem. Na zwiedzanie Wiednia polecamy jednak z autem być (do metra dojazd dużo wygodniej). Albo uber/taxi. Fajnie, że jest kawałek podwórka, ładna okolica spacerowa (wille). Miły personel 🙂 kuchnia osobno od sypialni, to super wygoda z rana ! :)

Sehr sauber, und ruhig.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had the privilege of staying in what we jokingly called “the royal apartment” 👑 – and honestly, Oida 😅, it felt exactly like that! 😍 From the moment we arrived (very late and extremely tired 😴), the host welcomed us quickly, warmly, and with great patience. Truly one of the most hospitable and adaptable hosts I’ve ever met – Passt scho! 😊 He even offered us extra bedings and a smaller bad for the child without hesitation ❤️. The apartment itself is leiwand 😎 – incredibly spacious, with huge and comfortable beds 🛏️, and a fully equipped kitchen: pots, ladles, cups, glasses – literally everything you’d need for a proper home-cooked meal 🍲🍷. As an architect, I was amazed by the interior furnishing,elegant, tasteful, and high-quality 🖼️✨. Honestly, I wouldn’t change a single thing – and that’s saying something! 😁 The details are simply delightful 😍. My 7-year-old niece immediately noticed the paintings on the walls, especially one with a monkey 🐒 next to a giant lamp 💡 – that became her favorite corner 😂. She also loved the other artworks. I personally admired a very unique mirror in my bedroom, framed ingeniously with small wooden pieces: traditional and creative. The bathroom setup is also excellent 🚿🛁: the main bathroom has a bathtub, shower, and sink, while the WC is in a separate smaller space with another sink. This layout is very functional and makes it easy for families or groups 👍. We were only in transit (Romania → UK), and honestly, one bed would have been enough for our exhausted group 😅 (me, my brother, his wife, and my niece). Instead, we had extra mega space and comfort – pure luxury for a short stopover 😍. Next time, I would love to return for a real holiday, to enjoy both the apartment and the surrounding mountains 🏔️. The house is located in a superb mountain area 🌄, surrounded only by beautiful villas 🏡. The neighborhood is incredibly peaceful – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery 😌💛.

The staff was extremely helpful and provided everything we needed right away. The property is very quiet and cozy, making it perfect for a family vacation if you have a car. The Vienna city center is just 25 minutes away
