Our two-night stay at Leipoldt Gueshouse was once again exceptional. The keyless check-in process was seamless, allowing us to settle in quickly. Having our vehicle parked directly in front of the unit, under cover and securely behind an electronic gate, offered peace of mind throughout our visit. The unit itself was perfectly suited for our business trip, thoughtfully furnished to ensure a comfortable and productive stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essential amenities. The bathroom was both beautifully designed and highly practical. I particularly appreciated the high-quality toiletries, which added a touch of luxury. Relaxing during our stay was made easy with the big-screen TV offering streaming options, and fast, reliable Wi-Fi kept us connected. Ample power points throughout the unit made charging and using devices convenient, and the desk provided a comfortable workspace for administrative tasks. The private courtyard was a delightful feature, perfect for taking a break during warm days, especially in summer. The outdoor areas are well maintained, and our room was spotless and stylishly decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The location is ideal, situated close to major shopping centres and main roads, while the surrounding environment remains safe and tranquil. Staying at this establishment is always a pleasure, and we look forward to our next visit.

We stayed in one of the Business Studios, and what a delight it was. During our previous stay (two years ago), we were already very impressed with this establishment. However, this time we were pleasantly surprised by the renovations, refurbishments, and expansions to the facilities. The rooms are now even more modern and stylishly decorated – well done, guys. The keyless check-in process went smoothly and was very easy to follow. Our vehicle was parked directly in front of the unit under cover and securely behind an electronic gate. Our unit was exactly what we needed for a business trip: thoughtfully appointed with everything required for a comfortable stay: The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary amenities we needed. The bathroom was perfectly designed and very practical. The shower had excellent pressure, and I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the quality toiletries. The big-screen TV with streaming options was a delight, the Wi-Fi was strong, and there were sufficient electrical power points throughout the unit. The desk also made it easy to do administrative work. The private courtyard was a lovely bonus, allowing one to take a break and enjoy some fresh air in complete privacy. The outside areas are beautifully maintained. Our room was immaculately clean and stylishly decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable with fresh, crisp linen. The location is fantastic as well – close to major shopping centres and main roads. The environment is safe and peaceful. It was truly wonderful staying in this self-catering apartment, and it exceeded every expectation. I gladly recommend this establishment to other travellers and businesspeople alike. We will most definitely return.

Sadly, one negative though. The guests in unit 5 (close to ours) had a small dog with them, which they left in the courtyard of the unit whenever they left the premises. During these times, the little dog barked nonstop — on the day of our arrival between 16:30 and 18:30, and again the following morning from 06:00 when the pet owners once again left the premises. Fortunately, we had to leave early as well, but the constant barking would certainly have been a major nuisance had we wished to stay in bed a little longer, and most likely also for those guests who were still resting. I am a great animal lover, but just as I respect silence and consideration for fellow guests, I believe pet owners should likewise be mindful of the comfort and peace of others.

I'll start by mentioning the fact that everything we needed was provided. All kitchen utensils we available. The cleanliness and comfort of the property was top tier. I love also loved that , we didn't have to collect keys from anyone. Before checking in, the host sent a WhatsApp message with all the details needed, he even followed up with a call , checking if I had read the message or not. For me that was spot on and and expectional ( there's nothing more frustrating than having to make key arrangements ) Oh , the location, such a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, literally a 3 mins drive to the mall. Definitely coming back again.

Unfortunately the walls between rooms are single walls...so we had very noisy annoying neighbours late at night.

The host sets up an electronic lock using an app and you use a code to enter.

I stayed over 2 days and there was no cleaning service. I suppose it's because it's a self catering unit so I didn't expect that there wouldn't be a cleaner.

The place was nice and clean. It was immaculate. We were in Room 3 which is brand new. It has a comfortable bed, big TV, kitchen with all appliances. It is really the best anyone could ever ask for..

The Garage/Gate entrance to Room 3 is very narrow and may be tricky if you are not used to it..

The location was perfect for me, less than 5 minutes to work.

The power was off when we got there. No solar outside light. I had to use the car and phone lights to open the lock box

We had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly friendly and always eager to help with anything we needed. The property was spotless, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the water pressure was exceptional. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be booking again. Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful guest apartment this week, and it exceeded every expectation. The space is beautifully kept, immaculately clean, stylishly decorated, and thoughtfully appointed with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, the shower had great pressure, and I especially appreciated the little touches, like quality toiletries, fresh linens, and a well-stocked kitchen. It’s clear that a lot of care and attention goes into making guests feel at home here. The location is fantastic too, safe & peaceful, yet conveniently close to everything. This place makes a perfect base. I can’t recommend this place enough and would gladly stay again. Thank you for a truly lovely experience!
