Didn’t have breakfast it was out of are budget at 35 Euro per person we all thought it was far too expensive

We had been looking forward to going to the rooftop because when booking it looked amazing, when we tried to do this we were told we needed to book but also it would cost us 25 euros each when you are booking it doesn’t state this

Check-in was longer than expected due to some issues they had. During checkout they said that we took a breakfast which we didn’t. They said that they will check the signatures but after one week they still didn’t control it despite my calls. Unbelievable that they are still working in a very old style.

Location near train was good for us Coffee shop and bar both great. Very expensive tho

Todo muy limpio y la gente súper especial con excepción del que hacía los omelette en el desayuno con una actitud espantosa y abusiva casi arruina mis inicios de la mañana pero por lo demás excelente. 🥰🥰

Habitación muchos espejos y la decoración de la habitación muy fría pero súper limpia. También necesitan poner recipiente de papel en el baño porque su sistema de desagüe del baño muy lento. Saludos

Le skybar. 25€ pour y monter (un verre inclu). Il n’est pas très grand et le concept est un peu surfait. Le restaurant italien cher pour une quantité peu importante dans l’assiette.

Sehr leckeres und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück: Das Frühstück an sich war fantastisch. Die Auswahl war riesig, äußerst schmackhaft und hat absolut keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Freundliches Restaurant-Team: Im Gegensatz zur Rezeption waren die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant trotz des Stresses ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Hervorragendes Fahrstuhl-Konzept: Ein absolutes Highlight war das Aufzugssystem. Es gibt reichlich Fahrstühle, wodurch wir zu keiner Zeit Wartezeiten hatten.

Fehlgeschlagener Late Check-out: Vor der Anreise wurde uns online ein Late Check-out angeboten. Dieser konnte vorab jedoch nicht gebucht werden und wir wurden auf den Abreisetag verwiesen. Am Abreisetag hieß es dann schlichtweg, das Hotel sei ausgebucht – eine sehr unglückliche Kommunikation. Mangelhafter Service an der Rezeption: Beim Check-in erhielten wir kaum Informationen. Bezüglich der Kaution wurden wir nicht aufgeklärt, und auch Infos zu den Hoteleinrichtungen oder den Restaurants mussten wir den Mitarbeitern komplett selbst aus der Nase ziehen. Überlastetes Buffet am Sonntagmorgen: Am Sonntag war der Andrang extrem hoch. Das Personal kam mit dem Nachfüllen des Buffets überhaupt nicht mehr hinterher, sodass man zeitweise vor leeren Platten stand und auf das Essen warten musste.

כינסנו למלון לצ'ק אין קיבל אותנו פקיד קבלה שגבה ממני כ9000 שקל.. טוב שבדקתי אותו... המנהלת של המלון ביקשה פגישה איתנו והתנצלה... מאוד אדיבה וכנה... שאר הפרטים של המלון נהדרים...

Close to train station

They won't give you a wine glass or a bottle opener. The room has stains on the floor, the toilet would not flush. They did not give me a new room after they said they would. The room costs 300 euros. But the quality and service is that of a 5 euro room in an impoverished country. If you want to go to the roof, its 25 euros, with a credit card deposit and no table or chair. This was the biggest waste of money, terrible value.

The location close to the metro was excellent. Our room on the 30th floor was very quiet and offered a great view of Paris. The bathroom was modern and the bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast buffet was extensive, but there were too many guests and the atmosphere felt quite hectic. The breakfast room was far too large and busy, although this is probably normal for such a big hotel. Unfortunately, the Sky Bar was a disappointment. It was too expensive, too noisy, and the service was poor.

The breakfast buffet was impressive. Lots of choices, everything presented beautifully and delicious. The concierge was very helpful in recommending local restaurants.

L’accueille

Room size, bedding and bathroom/shower. High level with great view of Paris with sunset. Very quiet.

Check in a bit chaotic due to groups checking out/in. Shame you cannot go to the sky bar when you have a room without having to pay 25 euros per person to start with to get in.

Every part of the hotel was pristine, spotless, modern. Room was good size, bathroom lovely and bed comfortable.

Reception just needed to explain the breakdown of costs, tax & deposit etc

The hotel staff are extremely attentive, friendly and proactive. The hotel is excellently maintained. All areas, including our room were always clean and neat. The breakfast was great as well. Overall the hotel feels plush and luxurious. It is situated in a quieter area that the usual hot spots but its a very quick walk to the metro which connects you to any part of the city. If I visit Paris again, I would probably choose to stay here rather than look for a new place.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Excelente localização, ao lado da estação de trem de Montparnasse, com várias linhas de metrô à disposição o q facilita o deslocamento pela cidade. Perto de muitos bares e restaurantes, no coração do bairro. Hotel muito confortável, com chinelos e roupão, atendimento cordial. Tem rooftop com vista privilegiada da torre Eiffel (mas operado por empresa terceirizada necessitando de reserva. Local caro e com dresscode, mas vale a experiência).

Café da manhã caro, tendo várias opções melhores no entorno. Taxa turística não explícita na reserva, no meu caso 103 euros para 4 pessoas, 3 diárias.

Really liked this hotel. Room was spacious with a great panoramic view of sacre Coeur. The bed was very large and comfortable with a really nice ensuite shower room. Good value for money in a nice area with good transport connections. Lobby area and grab and go cafe were nice.

Breakfast was expensive so we skipped it. Grab and go cafe was a good option but the coffee was sub standard and very pricey.

The bathroom didn’t close off fully to the rest of the room. If someone came through door the first thing they would see is the shower.

Deberían retener por un lado el coste del hotel y por otro el deposito. Porque se queda colgada la retención de la tarjeta por hotel + depósito al cargar definitivamente el gasto del hotel.

The hotel itself was beautiful. Comfortable beds, pillows and it had everything we needed. Only wished it had some milk in refrigerator to have with tea. I liked how th room came with buffett breakfast also. A very good selection to choose from which was even better. A supermarket was located few doors away from the hotel which was handy, and mall and alot of restaurants all within walking distance. Everything we needed was nearby including train station.

There wasn't anything not to like. The hotel and staff were great. Great service by staff. The only thing we requested was to have 2 bedrooms located on the same floor or next to each other as we were a family of 4 traveling together. They couldn't put us on the same level which meant we had to keep walking up and down the stairs to get to next floor as our door card could only take us to the level our room wass located on. We didn't have the option to use the lift to go to other floors by elevator.

The property is very nice. Located close to Montparnasse train station and a commercial center. There is also a a metro line to get within a few stops to major destinations like Les Galleries La Fayette.

La Clim fait un bruit de bétonnière. Le personnel est désagréable. Imbu. Les chargeurs dans le parking HS MAIS le reste ça va.

Bedsheets had hair inside, the room was damp - the carpets were wet near the bathroom, the walls were bubbling from the dampness and the bathroom was not clean at all.

Couldn’t cast from tv to Netflix and notified the hotel staff in the morning on the 2nd day and it was never fixed. They sent a technician in the middle of the night who said someone would fix it, but it was never fixed and nobody chased up our problem. It’s a rather large hotel and staff can be quite flippant and impersonal.
