Seven Waves Beachfront Residence - La Union

The host offered to provide us with Coffee. We had already got our breakfast from a bakery in the next place. The host was very open and supporting to provide us with tips where to eat and buy. Our appartment was very clean and had all amneities we needed. The Accomodation is right at the sandy beach which is easily reachable and clean.

One of the room’s airconditioner isn’t working. So the seniors occupying that room didn’t have a comfortable night & wasn’t able to sleep!

Staffs were very accommodating and nice. Its a perfect place for a big family. The bed is very comfortable.

It could get hot inside as there is no AC in the living room area. Curtains might help.

The place was spotlessly clean and perfectly maintained.

Nothing at all to like here. The property is nothing at all like the pictures. The room is not the oceanfront house pictured, but a house at the rear of the property. The owner says, "But the property is oceanfront". Goats everywhere and smells like goat shit. You need to step over broken concrete and rebar to get to the beach. The property is surrounded on all sides by slums. Very unsafe. The property is ugly and the facilities are horrible. The owner is defensive and completely misrepresents the property. I've spent many years living and travelling all areas of the Philippines. This is the worst property I've ever encountered. We spent 10 minutes walking around debating whether to even stay here and chose not to take the risk and drove away. The owner kept all of our payment and provided nothing in return. Unsure why they are allowed to be on Booking.com when there property is nothing at all close to what is shown and described on the website.

We’re so glad we chose to stay here! The place feels really homey, and the owner was incredibly kind and helpful. She took great care of us throughout our stay and even helped with directions when we checked out. We’d definitely stay here again! 🤍

The place was beautiful. The room was cozy, very clean The extra kitchens, outdoors and indoors gave me the opportunity to grill and have an excellent meal. With all the extra rooms available for big gatherings I will definitely be back in the future ❤️ With the exceptional view and beachfront gave me an opportunity to enjoy the sunrise and sunset on a beautiful beach

I love how accommodating the caretakers are. And the beachfront is literally like all yours. You get to swim whenever you want without worrying if it will get crowded.

I like the cleanliness. The gear provided so we can do cooking, The very helpful staff and the whole community. Typical filipino hospitality.

I booked a 2 bedrooms place or apartment one bedroom for me and my partner so we have privacy. what I got was a massive room with a so called attached room with no door, and Whoever goes to the toilet will have to pass the so called attached room. As a result, I had to pay for another room for me and my partner. Xtra payment (2500.00pesos). I wasn't happy.

It is spacious and near the beach as well, maybe recommend to put effort on water inside the bathrooms. But other that it is really good to stay ❤️

We loved the People (the owner and staff are very accommodating) The location is peaceful. The Beach Front was so nice. You can do running or walking at the sea shore. The sand was so refined good for those with nirarayuma🙂✌️.. Kidding aside you can play in it. The Facility was so nice. It's newly built and no worries for black out because their electricity is fully solar operated. Overall our stay in Seven waves Beachfront Residence was so relaxing that if only we didn't have work to do the next morning we will stay for more days!! Thank you so much! 🫡🫡

Our stay at Seven Waves Beachfront Residence was an unforgettable experience! Getting there was a bit of an adventure with the rough road, but as soon as we arrived, we knew we had found a hidden paradise. The owner welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality, making us feel at home right away. The accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained, providing the perfect spot to relax. But what truly made our trip special was the stunning beach and the breathtaking sunsets—we spent our evenings just taking it all in, and it was absolutely magical. If you're looking for a peaceful escape with friends, amazing service, and views that take your breath away, this is the place. Highly recommended!

The bathrooms need a bit of updating. The bathroom floor in our room was quite slippery. Needs to reposition shower so it will not wet the whole floor and put a shower curtain.

We like the whole place, very huge for the both of us and really spacious living and dining room. Thank you to ate Isabel who extended these spaces to us for us to really enjoy.

We love everything inside the property. The room is clean and very spacious. As per description the resort is really beach front. If you don't have food nothing to worry about you can tell them what kind of food you like and the food will be served hot freshly cooked. You will dine inside the Kubo in front of your room. Lakas Maka Pinoy aura. My husband is Taiwanese and when it comes to food sobrang pihikan, But when they serve our first meal kumain talga sya with any side comment . Worth Ang money namin from the accommodations and the food. Highly recommended Po and the owner sobrang daling kausap and mabait, very accommodating. Planning to be back next summer.

The way to go to the resort from the main road is very narrow and will pass by residential with lots of kids playing in the center of the street. Which we found very dangerous especially if you're a new driver. I hope the road will improve.

Their place is so nice that I want to stay longer. My family enjoyed the place, plus the fact that ate Isabelle, is very friendly and very accomodating.They have complete amenities, not to mention a private beach of your own.

If you're lucky enough (as we were) to be the sole occupants of 2 of the 3 bedrooms (opening onto the terrace) in the main building built less than 20 years ago, then you'll feel like royalty for a night... Isabel, the very charming and friendly owner, gave us permission to use the whole building for ourselves. A ground floor of at least 120 m2 with an ocean-side terrace, a second floor (3 bedrooms) of over 80 m2, a terrace on the same floor of 30 to 40 m2... It's the life of a château. And because we are in the Philippines, you even get free karaoke. Everyone's great, and there's nothing missing to make you feel happy and at home (or even better than at home). Fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, fridge-freezer, espresso coffee machine, gas stove, sanitary facilities (in very good condition)... But we're in the Philippines... So it's humid like nowhere else on the planet, and as the building is huge, it can't be air-conditioned... Fortunately, the rooms are. So Westerners may suffer from the heat in a castle like this. On the other hand, as is the case almost everywhere in the Philippines, the sanitary facilities (in the rooms) are not made by craftsmen who are used to having them at home. As a result, there are quality problems with the materials used, which age too prematurely, odours rise, hot water is produced capriciously by instantaneous water heaters with approximate temperature regulation, and sometimes the cleaning staff don't quite understand how to clean perfectly and above all doesn't report any new little problem to the management as soon as it appears. So the sanitary facilities are the weak point of almost all accommodation in the Philippines, and this establishment is no exception. To sum up: fantastic in almost every way for anyone who can stand the heat and is used to Philippine standards, but a few little downside for Westerners used to great comfort.

Frankly, apart from the humid heat of the country, I don't really see what to say here… For each problem Isabel has a solution to propose.

We enjoyed our short stay at Seven waves immensely, a large beech front property with amazing views of the ocean. Our room was comfortable and there's a balcony for relaxing. There's a large smart TV with Netflix etc and karaoke and shared use of the large fridge freezer. Isobel and her staff looked after us brilliantly, cooking delicious food, and our only regret is we should have booked for longer. Thank you Isobel....we will return!

The only negative comment to make is the last part of the road getting here is narrow and bumpy.... the locals use it like a extension of their back yard and meeting another vehicle can be a challenge! Once at the hotel though there's ample wide space for parking.

Extremelly spacious beachhouse has everything you need, fully equiped kitchen, outdoor bbq, easy access to the sea, very helpfull and kind landlords … awesome.

Highly recommended, especially for a family and the room rate was affordable. Friendly and helpful staffs . The room was clean and nice smell. Thank you Ms. Isabelle, it was our pleasure to met you in person. Hope to see you again in the future. God bless

Isabel and her staff were excellent hosts. Everyone was very accommodating and kind. Everything was clean, and the view was amazing. The sunsets are stunning from her place. I would highly recommend staying here if you're in the area. We plan on coming back. Hopefully soon!
