Esta situat a uns 20 min del centre d'Stavanger en cotxe. Es facil de trobar i es pot aparcar al carrer de davant. La propietaria viu a la vivenda a sobre i hi ha molt bona comunicacio. Contesta sempre rapid i molt atenta per si ens faltava algo. Vam emplear-la basicament per dormir, ja que estavem a fora durant el dia

La dutxa esta l'entrada de la casa i algun dels llits era petit (llit supletori montat a la sala d'estar)

Der locatie tov Stavanger was erg goed.

De douche was een douchecel bij de ingang van de kelder. Het rook er niet fris (muf) omdat we in de kelder sliepen. En de glazen die in de keukenkast stonden waren niet schoon.

Uprzejmy właściciel. Dużo miejsca. Ogrzewanie podłogowe w pokoju. Duży salon z częścią kuchenną.

Excellent option for a short stay

The place was completely dirty with dust and hair in multiple places. Ventilation shafts were completely blocked with dust build-up. The entrance had old, rotten leaves on the floor. The facilities are in various state of disrepair and you're worried that things are going to fall apart.

Masser af plads. Der var det nødvendige til en enkelt overnatning. Værten var flink og gav frugt.

Majitel byl velmi milý, ptal se několikrát, co potřebujeme, byl velmi ochotný a ačkoliv se jedná o předělaný sklepní prostor, velmi se snažil, aby vše fungovalo. Cena byla naprosto skvělá, kuchyň má potřebné věci na vaření a na jedno přespání a přejezd dál ubytování je fajn.

Zde bych poznamenala pro lidi, kteří mají problém se spánkem, že je bohužel dosti slyšet každý krok, pouštění vody apod. nad Vámi.

It was very close to the marina and thats what I was looking for.

Its not a luxurious place. Its a basement adapted to an apartment, so dont expect hotel standard. If you are looking for something close to marina, look no further. The owner was easy to contact, very accommodating (we arrived late) and everything was very smooth.

Altfor mye skjøteledninger. Dårlig med utluftingsmuligheter. Ingen nødutgang, bortsett fra inngangsdøren.

Host is very responsive and supportive. Room has almost all basic facilities that is needed. Check in process was very smooth.

On liian monta asiaa, joihin en ole tyytyväinen, jotta voisin niitä ilmaista muutamalla sanalla.

Beliggenheten er veldig bra. Alt er lett tilgjengelig.

Renhet. Jeg forventer at det er ryddig og rent overalt. Det kan være veldig enkelt for meg – jeg trenger ikke luksus eller noe spesielt fint. Men det må være rent. Her var sengetøyet og håndklærne rene, men alt annet var skittent. Og beliggenheten er bra.

Nice location, warm and cosy. Host was very friendly and helpful. Nicely decorated . Clean and tidy.

Полностью отсутствует шумоизоляция. Хозяин живёт на первом этаже, апартаменты расположены в полуподвальном помещении. Слышно все- каждых шаг,как течет вода,как смывается унитаз,голоса. А если кто-то что-то уронит - это ужас. Первую ночь даже пришлось просить их не шуметь и дать возможность отдохнуть после тяжёлой дороги. Они старались,но стараний мало,когда пол скрипит,трубы проложены просто под потолком. Кровать была большая,удобная,но очень скрипучая. Если устранить эти недостатки,то будет замечательное жилье.

Veldig lytt

Nasz pobyt przebiegł spokojnie. Dom jest zlokalizowany w miłej okolicy, nie było problemu z znalezieniem miejsca do parkowania. Mieszkanie było bardzo dobrze wyposażone a właściciel był miły i pomocny. Polecam :)

El apartamento estaba completamente equipado y se puede aparcar en la misma calle. El anfitrión muy amable y servicial, tuvimos un problema con las sábanas pero nos lo solucionó rápidamente. Buena relación calidad precio.

The location is great and the host I very nice. The apartment is well equipped - salt, pepper, sugar, oil, cleaning products. The beds are very comfortable. This is a semi-basement, so don't expect nice view from windows ;)

Ventilation could be better, but otherwise OK

Excelente localização perto do Porto (15 minutos a pé) e mesmo junto a um parque infantil (íamos com crianças). A casa tinha tudo o que era necessário. É a cave de uma casa mas confortável. Quando chegamos o detergente da louça estava no fim e a anfitriã arranjou logo um novo. Estacionamento mesmo na rua da casa gratuito.

A limpeza da casa podia ter sido melhor. Havia muito pó nas mesas de cabeceira do quarto. As almofadas do sofá estavam já bastante gastas e uma até remendada e merecia substituição.

The host was very welcoming and helpful. Check- in and out easy. Location very good especially with a car and free parking on the street. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. My wife and I stayed 2 nights and it was excellent value for money.

Clean bedding and towel, plenty of hot water, reasonably well equipped

Not clean, half eaten food from previous resident still in the fridge, unable to park on the property. Basement conversion barely adequate, not to a good standard of finish, all wiring and plumbing exposed, shower enclosure dirty, unwelcoming smell. Unsettling noise of owners moving around upstairs, dimly lit rooms.

Very good location. Close to main streets , restaurants etc but far enough to have some peace and quiet at night. Wonderful and very helpful property owner.

Everything was perfect. The host is really kind and helpful. The location is also very good, near to the city center of Sandnes and close to the bus stops from which you can go to the Stavanger and Airport. The apartment is fully private and has everything you need on your stay. Highly recommend in Rogaland area!

It's a quite big apparment with well equipped kitchen, living room with small TV. Free parking on the street (maximum 12h). Host is very responsive and friendly. Price is one of the best in region. Location is also fine - not far away from Sandnes center, 15 minutes from Sola airport. Check-in and check-out was easy and convenient. Whole place was clean.

It's basically basement in underground. Small windows with little natural light. Walls are also clear sign of basement. You are entering basically into bathroom which is strange, but ok. Bed is terribly creaking and honestly, whole place it's quite noisy, especially in bedroom you will hear every step of hosts above as they are living upstairs. This was the most annoying part of our stay, luckilly, I had pair of earplugs with me.

Excellent value for money, lovely area, convenient location, apartment was very clean.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable, heard noise from upstairs in the middle of the night. (~04:00)

The property was spacious and had everything you need.

Kitchen side was slightly dirty and needed a tea towel for the kitchen. Walls are thin and can hear noise from upstairs but this was okay as stopped around 11 for bed time.

Really good apartment with all fascilities provided. Very neat and clean. For sure recommended.
