The cleanliness of the cabin was just perfect and the beds were so so comfortable. Celia really looked after me and sorted me out when I booked a pod for the wrong date. She guaranteed that none the less I’d have a place to stay on my desired date(even though the pods book out so quick) and guided me through the process to rebook !

Le confort du lit, le calme, le frigo

L'emplacement du pod dans la cour sans aucune vue, le petit déjeuner payant servi à 10h le week-end. Le restaurant n'est pas vraiment un restaurant...... Pas de choix possible: fish and chips ou Burger. Ça depanne, mais il vaut mieux avoir manger ailleurs avant ou apporter son repas.

Cute cosy little pod Quick stopover to do the Benwee head cliff walk .

No blind on the small window and bedside locker all sticky we had to clean . Poor facilities shower pressure very low and diner only offered a takeaway menu which we had goujons and chips as seemed best option. Also different price on menu versus at the till .

L'accueil un peu froid Sanitaire (douche/wc) a proximité, locaux froid Pas de shampoing Rapport qualité/prix élevé par rapport a l'emplacement et au service proposé

außergewöhnlich nette Unterkunft, super bequeme Betten und flauschige Decke und Bettwäsche. Wasserkocher, Tee und Kaffee und Milch waren in der Unterkunft, für Essen für s Frühstück muss man vorher bei Gelegenheit einkaufen. Schöne Ausflugsziele, Strand, Klippen in der Nähe, sehr schöne Landschaft.

Schade, dass es die Möglichkeit fürs Frühstück erst ab 10 Uhr gegeben hat. Gibt auch keine Alternative im Ort.

Perfectly located for visiting my great nanas house. The restaurant on site was key, as there is nothing for miles around!

We found the pod to be very warm and cosy and very well equipped with everything you would need. We had the most amazing big breakfast in the restaurant . The friendly staff couldn't do enough for us. It was a different style breakaway, and the first time we stayed in a pod and we definitely will be back. We loved it.

Its a very quiet and peaceful place. Stopped to stay here before we get back on the road trip, and this is one of the best decisions on the trip. There was a storm that came late night at the time- nevertheless the room was warm and cozy. I didnt expect much for its price- but it was actually really pleasant. The staff were really approachable and friendly. The food served at the restaurant was also great. I would def consider coming back.

If you stayed in the brown pod.. you get access to a separate toilet, the electric shower's hot water supply was in-and-out (not a constant temperature). Otherwise the toilet was visibly clean and well kept.

Located 20 minutes away from Downpatricks Head and an hour away from Achill, you can go and enjoy the wild unexplored west of ireland.

The staff was very busy and we did not meet anyone. A better reception would be good. Lots and lots of insects, so you can’t stay outside the pod for a second. They bite! No WiFi or cell phone reception.

The pods are spacious, clean and functional with a kettle, fridge ,Microwave ,cups Heater & hairdryer. It had condiments in the fridge. The beds were very cosy & the pod was very clean very relaxing with Beautiful Scenery. They have a Restaurant across from the pods & the food was exceptional & very fresh . Breakfast was amazing too . Staff were helpful in pointing us in the direction of local pubs & which ones was best suited to what we were looking for. There's on site laundry available also ,and shower room & bathroom across from.the pod..

It could do with a TV & WiFi as its very rural & not much to do in the evening.

The property was simple, clean and had good basic amenities. The pod was very comfortable - definitely book the one with the bathroom. The only food available in the area was the diner that is part of the property. It has breakfast, lunch and dinner but not every day. We had a nice dinner.

Cosy pod in quiet setting. Access to appliances (microwave, kettle, mini-fridge is super handy. Staff are very helpful and welcoming.

Not a dislike, but just bear in mind this place really is in the middle of nowhere!

Excellent place and environment, the host is extremely friendly and helpful. There are a lot of cat on site which is awesome for a cat person.

Quiet location, absolutely spotless

Well equipped with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. Nice touch that there was coffee, tea, milk etc. Toilet/shower only a few meters away. Beds very comfortable. Enjoyed the food of the takeaway on site. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

So close to the Portocloy hiking loop. Restaurant so convenient for us as well as the local community.

We had our own bathroom that was part of the main building rather than with our room, but perfectly adequate.

This was an amazing stay in one of the most beautiful unspoilt regions of Erris. From the moment we arrived we were made feel do welcome by a wonderful lady Celia, she even delivered homemade scones and jam to our pod and ensured we had everything we needed. The food from the restaurant was so delicious and reasonable that we insisted on paying more as it was definitely worth it! The staff in the restaurant were so lovely. I'll def be back!

The place it was nice views all around it an you were look after very well with all the staff an the manger the place is a good place to go if you what to chill out because you are in country. .the food is good full breakfast an meals at night also are good Terry

The pods are place good beside one other an there is place all are you to sit there an chill out all day if you do not what to go out in the sun but you are misting good beach close bye there are walks also 5 miles walks an the cliff s to see

Lovely and quiet with sheep bleating outside and the rain tapping on the roof lulling us to sleep. A lovely camping style accommodation.

Had to buy breakfast so we had our own. Location was a little tricky to find as it was at a community centre, but was quite adequate and comfy. Bathroom was in another building and was used by other people even though it was supposed to be only for us.

The Pod was spotless, beds were very comfortable, spacious enough for two and we were delighted to have the bathroom facilities in the outside block which was also very spacious and spotlessly clean ,, no smells or steam in our Pod !! Weather was pleasant enough to sit outside and to leave our door open ,We had a delicious breakfast each morning in the community cafe served by most pleasant young ladies, at a reasonable cost . We travelled north to the Ceide Fields, to Benwee Head , and west to Belmullet and the Blacksod Peninsula. We walked Erris Head, and the many beautiful beaches. Had a delightful short holiday.

We would have liked a little fold down table in the Pod where the two chairs could be placed to play a card game ,have a coffee, etc.

The peace and quiet was wonderful, the pod was nice and cosy inside with all you needed to make a cuppa in the morning and relax before you went for breakfast in the restaurant that was great value, the staff are so lovely and helpful and the food well cooked and plenty. It has a stunning beach 6 minutes away that has a trail walk that would satisfy anyone's needs for stunning views with friendly people to meet along the way ,if you like being in nature there is plenty to see.

It's not that I didn't like this but the only thing missing from the pod that is in the picture on the site is the outdoor seating at the pod . I would have loved to sit outside in the sunshine and relax ,the shower room does need somewhere to put your clothes and items to make it easier getting dressed and the drain was blocked witch made it harder to find a spot that wasn't wet to get dressed. On the upside plenty of hot water and clean.
