Beautiful, peaceful place. We really did enjoy our stay here. Hosts were very nice and made us feel like home. Rooms were simple and clean, got everything we needed. Loved the yard/garden and the pool, spent a lot of time just chilling outside enjoying life. ♥️ I really do miss this place a lot now. Little paradise.

The location is very far away from any interesting natural or cultural sights. Car or scooter are a must here.

Manque de communication. Établissement un peu « perdu » (tout dépend de ce que l’on recherche). Eau de la piscine trouble, carreaux coupants, abords glissants. Environ 25 minutes de l’aéroport en voiture, pas de service de navette mis à disposition contrairement à d’autres établissements. Le prix proposé pour le service est élevé : plus du double d'un taxi. Pas pratique pour un départ la nuit. Extra charge pour le staff quand on commande au restaurant…. et tarifs des boissons excessifs. Nous sommes partis avant la fin.

The pool and the gardens are super nice ! The room was clean and comfortable and the manager let us stay until we were ready to go to the airport, which means we were able to enjoy our day and come back for a shower and a change of clothes !!!! Thank you so much !

The stay is really good value for money but the only dinner choice offered was 5000 roupies / persons which was too expensive for us ! we would have loved to have dinner there if there had been other options !!

The breakfast provided was plentiful and nourishing, consisting of fruit, butter, jam, toast and a crepe. The owner and his wife could not do enough for us as one in our party was not well. The owner transported the spouse to and from the hospital to see his wife which beyond what is expected from a host. They both went above and beyond to satisfy our needs during our stay. Our bungalow had air-conditioning which was greatly appreciated. The hosts provided a traditional Sri Lankan evening meal that was one of the best meals we had in Sri Lanka. The gardens at the resort were beautiful, particularly in the evening when they were all lit up. The property had a pool and was very relaxing with staff that were friendly accommodating.

Tolles Gelände, man kann am Start oder am Ende einer SriLanka Reise hier gut entspannen. Sehr schöner Pool, grünes Gelände und freundliches Personal. Das Curry am Abend war sehr lecker. Die Zimmer sind recht modern und sauber. Das Frühstück wurde super auf unsere Wünsche angepasst.

Die Lage es ist abgelegen, aber mit TukTuk ist auch ein Supermarkt gut erreichbar. Das WLAN hat leider nur in unserem zweiten Zimmer funktioniert. Ein paar Stühle sind defekt und ein paar Sonnenliegen wären schön.

it's a very nice and tranquil place, beautifully kept garden and a large pool. the room was clean and beds were comfortable. the staff was nice and helpful, they organized our airport taxi and even brought extra stuff for us from a store in the evening.

We were a party of 6 and when one of our group fell ill they had a room ready for an earlier check-in. The owners are very friendly and accommodating and go beyond what is expected of hosts. Breakfast was very nice. Accommodation and facilities gave a good vibe. They arranged for our taxi to the airport which was right on time and only a 20 minute trip.

Polecamy hotel, miła obsługa, śniadania na słodko :-) dzieci zadowolone mogly wyszalec sie w basenie( duzy+ maly dla bobasów - podrozujemy z dziecmi 6 lat i 1,5 roku), piękny ogród do opalania i relaks w cieniu palm. Właściciel chętny do pomocy, na miejscu restauracja, mieliśmy okazję zjeść kolację, a na niej olbrzymie pyszne krewetki. Nie żałujemy wyboru😃

Очень доброжелательный персонал, вся территория чистая и регулярно убирается, вкусная еда. Несмотря на то что номера со слабой шумоизоляцией спать было комфортно и никто не мешал. Красивый бассейн и красивая территория.

L’hôtel est un véritable havre de paix, très intimiste. Le personnel est aux petits soins et la chambre est très confortable (grand lit, eau chaude, climatisation…). Ils proposent les repas qui sont excellents et copieux. Nous recommandons cet endroit.

Une équipe au top et aux petits soins. Le jardin et l'espace extérieur sont très agréables et les chambres spacieuses et climatisées! Les repas et petits dej sont cuisinés avec des produits frais sur place. Si vous cherchez un logement pour quelques jours proche de l'aéroport n' hésitez pas!

This was a great place to stay near the airport. The only slight criticism is that there isn’t any decent restaurant nearby if you don’t want to eat at the hotel. The tuktuk driver took us to a great place but it was approx 20/30 mins away. We would definitely stay again

Immerso in una bellissima giardino, questa struttura ha superato le nostre aspettative..Noi abbiamo prenotato solamente per qualche ore, perché avevo il l'aere alle 2 di notte...Vicino al aeroporto (20 minuti in macchina) la struttura ci ha soddisfatto davvero tanto..Ha una bella piscina,e la sera e tutto illimitato...Ti preparano anche la cena ,visto che dintorni non ci sono ristoranti ( ho capito che i ristoranti sono lungo mare di Negombo)..Noi abbiamo mangiato la la sera e puoi ci ha portato il proprietario in aeroporto con la macchina ( a pagamento ovviamente)Che dire ?se dovete prendere un volo di notte oppure la mattina presto e un posto ideale,una oasi di pace prima di tornare a casa..Super consigliato ❤️

War eine gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in der Nähe des Flughafens nach langer Anreise nach Sri Lanka. Die Zimmer befinden sich in einem sehr schönen Garten.

Die Unterkunft war gut, aber die Umgebung etwas schwierig. Wir hatten sehr Mühe einen Ort zum Abendessen zu finden. Aber für einen Abend war das völlig ok.

La posizione tranquilla nonostante la vicinnza all'aereoporto, le camere circondate da un bel giardino con piscina, la simpatia dello staff, fanno di questo albergo una vera gemma.

L accueil par 2 personnes jeunes et sympathiques et à l écoute de nos besoins. Nous ne sommes pas restés suffisamment pour profiter de la superbe piscine et de l espace paysagé.

L endroit est difficile à trouver lorsqu on arrive le soir.

Que en booking me daba un precio y en el alojamiento me indicaron otro precio más alto. Recibí posteriormente un mail de booking con la factura y ya sí me indicaba el precio que me.dijerin en el alojamiento con lo cual el error fue de booking.

There isn't a functioning restaurant on site. Would have been nice to have that. But otherwise everything was fine.

Die Unterkunft hat einen sehr schönen Garten und der Transfer zum Flughafen mit PickMe hat zuverlässig funktioniert.

Leider hatte das WLAN nicht funktioniert und der schöne Pool wurde leider nicht nochmal abgekeschert.

We stayed at this beautiful villa property just 12 minutes away from Colombo Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB), and it was the best decision! Instead of staying in Colombo and spending an hour traveling to catch our flight, we enjoyed a peaceful stay here. The villa is calm, surrounded by greenery, and very reasonably priced. The owner was extremely caring and even arranged our early morning airport drop. The caretaker looked after every little need during our stay, making it very comfortable. The owner also has excellent knowledge about Sri Lanka, which is very helpful for travelers. If you’re planning your first or last day of the trip, I highly recommend staying here instead of Colombo. They also offer family rooms and accommodation for larger groups, making it perfect for everyone. Truly a wonderful experience!

Il bagno nella stanza è a dir poco fatiscente, davvero bruttino, non dotato di finestre C’è molta puzza di umido nelle stanza Durante la notte ha iniziato a piovere e ci pioveva letteralmente in testa visto il tetto fatto semplicemente di lamiera, un po’ ci siamo spaventate Cosa secondo me peggiore di tutte è che l’hotel sembrerebbe offrire un servizio navetta quando in realtà il costo è nettamente superiore a quello dei servizi offerti da app o in giro per la città Si può pagare solo in contanti e non c’è modo di venirsi incontro Assenza di Phon

Accomodatie is schoon, het personeel is behulpzaam en de kamer was groot met ac en het bed was mega groot en lag erg lekker. Ook vond ik de sfeervolle lampjes fijn, aangezien de meeste kamers in Sri Lanka een nogal ongezellig fel licht geven (hier dus niet). Toen ik uitcheckte heb ik nog de hele dag bij het zwembad kunnen zitten, en zelfs nog gebruik van een douche en toilet mogen maken, wat heel fijn was aangezien mn vlucht pas om 11pm vertrok.

Mandavilla gave us exactly what we needed — quiet surroundings, spotless rooms, and great service.

Goede locatie, rustige omgeving. Met Taxi alles goed te bereiken. Gezellig hotel en vriendelijk personeel. Lekker zwembad en mooie tuin.

Ontbijt redelijk duur voor wat je krijgt. Hebben ook via het hotel een massage geregeld maar achteraf veel te veel voor betaald, rekende daarvoor 35 euro per persoon wat niet in verhouding is met de prijzen in Sri Lanka.

De eigenaresse maakte voor ons nog een fijne maaltijd toen we laat aankwamen na veel gedoe over de transfers

- de communicatie is heel slecht. We zouden opgehaald worden op het vliegveld, daarover via Booking gecommuniceerd met de eigenaar. Daarvoor de locatie gekozen omdat wij na ons bezoek aan de Malediven nog 1 nacht terug in Sri Lanka waren en weinig tijd hadden. Ik moet zeggen dat dat al beetje gek ging, want hij kwam niet met concrete informatie. eenmaal aangekomen was er niemand en na berichten en bellen stuurde hij zijn live locatie: bij het hotel. Er kwamen nog wat vage berichten over problemen met de auto. Uiteindelijk een taxi genomen want we waren gaar en moe van de reis, extra kosten moeten maken daardoor. Gezien het feit dat het regelen van deze rit lastig was met de eigenaar heb ik direct dezelfde taxi voor de dag erna geregeld aangezien we weer vroeg naar het vliegveld moesten voor onze vlucht naar huis en ik geen risico wilde nemen dat ook deze niet geregeld zou zijn. Het vertrek: De eigenaar gaf aan er te zijn zodat we konden vertrekken om 4 uur in de ochtend. Uiteindelijk was er niemand op het tijdstip. Onze taxi was er maar er zat een mega groot slot op de poort dus we konden er niet uit! Bellen, roepen, niets hielp. We hebben zelf in het donker met een zaklamp een andere uitgang moeten zoeken om de locatie te verlaten. Een poort ergens bij de privé vertrekken aan de achterkant. Twee uur later kreeg ik een bericht , de eigenaar bood zijn excuses aan. Hij vertelde in het ziekenhuis te zijn geweest, vanwege een ongelukje. Wat uiteraard zeer vervelend is en heb ook aangegeven dat ik echt hoop dat hij oké is. Maar er was ook geen personeel (dat er de avond ervoor wel was) om ons buiten te laten. Wat er ook gebeurd, we hadden nooit opgesloten mogen zitten! Wat er ook gebeurd, hoe vervelend ook, kapotte auto, ongelukje en ziekenhuis bezoek. De poort had nooit op slot mogen zitten en er had iets geregeld moeten worden om ons van de locatie af te laten vertrekken. - de hygiëne van de kamer was niet oké. De lakens waren niet schoon.

We konden niet met de creditcard betalen en de transfer naar het vliegveld zou er bij inzitten. Dit nog gevraagd. Helaas vroeg de tuktuk driver vervolgens om een flink bedrag.

We really liked this place. The owner of this hotel is a kind and awesome guy. He helped us a lot and made sure that we got to the airport on time. He drove us from the hotel to the airport himself around 4 AM. Overall, the place is clean and cozy, and there's a nice swimming pool as well. Really liked it and would love to spend my time here again.

We only stayed here for our last night before our flight home, and that was fine. The hotel is close to the airport, so that was convenient for us. The staff were very friendly.

The pool wasn't very clean, lots of bugs in it. We travelled with young kids, so wanted to have an early dinner, but unfortunately we could not have dinner at the restaurant, because the owner (who was supposed to cook dinner) wasn't in the hotel yet. There are no restaurants close to the hotel, but luckily we could order some food. The staff was helpful in giving us plates and cutlery.

I stayed here for one night. My flight didn't leave until 7 p.m., and I was allowed to use the room longer. The pool is great for cooling off. The staff were helpful and very friendly. The Wi-Fi in the room was good, and there was air conditioning. The rooms and bathroom were very clean. I only had cold water, which wasn't a problem. There was a boiler, though, so there was hot water. It just didn't work for me. You have the option of eating in the small restaurant. The hosts cook the food, which is delicious. But it's very expensive by Sri Lankan standards. There aren't really any restaurants in the area, but there is a supermarket. The garden is very beautifully laid out. The free tuk-tuk worked without any problems. Of course, if you're a group of people with luggage, it won't work. I would ask beforehand whether a taxi is also free. A few loungers by the pool would be great so you don't have to sit at the edge.

A truly heartwarming family-run business, just 15 minutes away from the airport. Exceptional value, spotlessly clean, and wonderfully cozy. The place is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

This accommodation is less than 20 minutes from the airport and so is perfect for an overnight stay before catching a flight. The family who run the hotel were very friendly and accommodating, cooking us a lovely Sri Lankan meal which we enjoyed in the evening. We also had a delicious breakfast in the morning, also home cooked. Their dog Shiba is very cute :)

Our room/ bathroom had a relatively strong smell of damp which was a little unpleasant. The price of our evening meal took us by surprise a little, with it being the most expensive meal we paid for out of our 30 day trip in Sri Lanka. We were more than happy to pay it as the food was delicious, however it would have been nice to have known the price beforehand.

We liked the place a lot. We felt very safe and the staff were really friendly also the food was really good, as if a mother had cooked for her children. It was very familiar. We would come again!

The mattress was a little bit to hard for us

We stayed 4 nights. We had a very nice welcome from Mahesh, his family and from Rohan who all took good care of us. The location is around 20minutes from the airport. It is situated in a very quiet area, with no car/tuktuk noise, appart from some airplanes passing by quiet low very occasionally. The room is very confortable and clean with a little terrasse, so is the nice swimming pool and dinning area surrounded by a beautiful and well kept garden. Lunch and dinner is also possible and made by Rohan with much dedication.

Clean, comfortable, and modern room in a nice resort, 15 minutes from the airport. Really friendly owner who speaks great English and will pick you up / take you to the airport. He’s a guide, so if you’re arriving in Sri Lanka ask for tips!

The rooms were impeccably clean, which made my stay extremely comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to be supportive and helpful with any requests I had. The food was delicious, with a great variety of dishes that were full of flavor. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable experience.

It was the perfect ending to our trip, the location was ideal, very close to the airport, and the staff was amazing. The room was very spacious.

The rooms were really nice and comfortable, spacious and clean and tidy, good hot shower. The owner was so friendly and helpful, he arranged a meal for us and our airport transfer for very early in the morning. His wife cooked us dinner and it was one of the best meals we had during our stay in Sri Lanka. The garden was really nice to have dinner in and there was nice seating areas.

The pool was cloudy so we didn’t swim and the internet was out but that was circumstances due to a recent fallen tree.

I stayed here upon arriving in Sri Lanka. The pre arrival communication was excellent. They picked me up from the airport (small charge) The room was good and comfortable. There’s a pool to cool off in and the property is set in lovely well maintained gardens. Breakfast was delicious and very filling.
