-Чистота. -Вид на гору Маттерхорн з балкону. -Є все необхідне для приготування їжі. -Безконтактне заселення та виселення. -Одразу давали відповіді на всі мої повідомлення. -Дуже близько автобусна зупинка(оскільки апартаменти знаходяться високо,відносно центральної частини Цермата,то неспортивним людям складно буде пішки дістатися туди).

La calidad del apartamento. No diré top, pero para el usuario medio, se podría considerar tirando a top. Vistas al Matterhorn, el apartamento muy muy bien.

Está a 15min caminando del centro, después de una subida larga, escalones, más subida. La otra es q una de las camas,la plegable que se queda como dentro de un armario....tenía alguna lama rota, no se plegaba bien, se pinzaba el colchón, al abrir el colchon quedaba como hundido ....no se podría dormir bien. Muy mal por su parte...poner una lama o cambiar la cama.

Kitchen utensils were limited; tea bags were not available, even though they were mentioned, but coffee was available. The place is amazing; the host was great, and I'm thankful she called and let me know I had left my laptop.

The view is simply amazing and it is super quiet at night.

Check out time way too early. 10am would be better. Appliances way too fancy but then no kitchen towels. And yes, be ready to walk to reach the appartment.

Location and view and outside area.

Lacking some basic kitchen items like cutting board, proper bread knife. Not very clean; bedroom ok but living room floor and bathroom not. Overall some maintenance required. Considering the high price all of the above should be better. No response to messages.

The flat was big and reasonably modern

L'hebergement etait jolie et bien placé. Il est aussi bien equipé et confortable

Il y a des prises qui ne fonctionne pas et le seche cheveux ne fonctionnait pas. Ca serait bien de faire les reparations necessaires. Il manque aussi une ventilation dans la salle de bain ca eviterai des problemes d'humidités.

Sie war sehr schön mit Blick auf das Matterhorn! Die Betreuung war sehr gut und liebenswert!!!!

Der Kühlschrank (Gefrierfach) muss ausgetauscht werden. Der wurde leider schlecht behandelt und kaputt gemacht.

Die Lage was fantastisch mit Aussicht auf das Matterhorn!

Kiváló ár-érték arányú szállás. A szállásadó kommunikatív. A szállás a helyi tömegközlekedéssel könnyen megközelíthető. A kilátás pazar. Az apartman nagy, jól felszerelt, modern. Elégedetten távoztunk.

A hajszárító nem működött. A hálószobában a szegélyléc levált.

Its an excellent property at an excellent location. Balcony had a view of Matterhorn, it nice and cosy rooms with all needed amenities. There was short walk (15miin) to the Zermatt village for filling up groceries. It was very easy to connect with the host, as we needed some assistance with induction.

Its nicely done up place which also well maintained. As a family of 4 i.e we parents with teenage Children, it was the best stay we had in our enitre journey i.e in Switzerland.

pulizia, in bagno c’erano ragnatele e polvere sui muri. mancavano tazze grandi per la colazione, mancava un tagliere su cui tagliate il pane o il salame, mancava un coltello per il pane. I cassetti dell’armadio in camera rotti e inutilizzabili. mensola in bagno di vetro che traballava quindi non si poteva metterci niente.

The property is nice.. but….

We stayed at Haus Andorra and, to be fair, the apartment itself is excellent — clean, well-presented, and in a great location. However… the overall experience comes with a few “surprises.” Firstly, rubbish disposal turns into what can only be described as an unexpected fitness challenge. Guests are required to take their waste to a drop-off point roughly a 1km round trip up a fairly serious hill. This wasn’t mentioned in advance, the bin bags provided are on the small side, and there’s no clear guidance on recycling separation — so you’re left figuring it out mid-hike. Not exactly what you want at the end of a holiday. Secondly, there’s a 50 CHF local tax that has to be paid in cash. No card option. Which means yet another uphill walk (around 1.5km round trip) to find an ATM. Between this and the rubbish expedition, our final morning felt less like checkout and more like a low-level endurance event — about an hour and 20k steps later. I don’t want to sound like a Karen, but at close to £400 a night, service matters and the overall experience matters. There’s no one to greet you, no key handover, and no explanation of any of these requirements — you’re just expected to figure it all out. If you know what you’re getting into, the apartment itself won’t disappoint. But a bit more transparency (and maybe less cardio) would go a long way.

Sehr großzügige Wohnung, modern möbliert, große, gut ausgestattete Küche, komfortable Bäder, toller Blick, praktische Lage unweit Matterhornbahn

Schlechtes Upkeep: Elektrische Dachfenster lassen sich nicht öffnen weil Steuerung nicht aufgeladen (dadurch Schlafzimmer nicht zu lüften), in der Heizungssteuerung keine Batterien, dadurch nicht zu heizen, Spülmaschine verstopft, dadurch Handspülen. Das hätte man alles leicht beheben können, aber Verwaltung die ganze Woche weder per Mail noch telefonisch zu erreichen. Zu früher Checkout um 9 Uhr extrem unpraktisch.

Elhelyezkedés meseszép, a sífelvonóhoz közel van a szállás, de szintkülönbség nagy, kemény edzés a síelés után a hazamenetel. De a kilátás mindenért kárpótol.

4 főre, 5 napra egyetlen 35 literes szemeteszsák járt és fél guriga wc papír. Közel 3000 CHF szállásdíjba szerintem beleférhetne 3 szemeteszsák és néhány tekercs WC papír. A serpenyő elhasznált volt és nem volt csak egészen kis méretű teásbögre.

De locatie (150 m van de skilift ) is top. Wel een steile helling naar de skilift maar er is een skidepot aan de skilift. Mooi ruim appartement met een goed bed in de living. Zicht vanop het terras op de prachtige Matterhorn. Snelle reactie via mail van de accomodaties. We mochten zelfs onze bagage de laatste dag nog laten staan in het appartement terwijl we nog aan het skien waren. Top locatie !

Het skikot in de kelder van het appartement kan niet op slot. Ik vond dit niet echt veilig voor het skimateriaal.

Excelent apartment. Modern and comfortable. Very useful ski room and amazing views.

The location provide excelent views of the Mountains, but its far from the Center and if you are going skiing, its close to the Station, but the walk up the hill its a bit tough. Bus Station is close. Taxis from the train Station are very very expensive.

La vue sur le Cervin, propreté de l’appartement, globalement bien équipé, prix raisonnable pour 4 personnes

Quelques petites choses: grille-pain défectueux, plaque de cuisson partiellement défectueuse, pas de possibilité de laisser les bagages le jour du départ

Unsafe walk through a construction site where passing an operating tower crane. Too many risk going through the road.

能看到马特洪峰，挺不错

本来想在阳台舒服的坐一下，但是桌子上都是鸟粪，挺倒胃口，清理了半天。另外离开还要自己处理垃圾，并且把床单拆了。住过很多酒店🏨，从未遇到这样的要求。觉得挺麻烦的。还有就是没提供火车站到酒店交通指引，我们绕了好大湾路，如果有就好了。

Понравилось все, очень дорогой ремонт, все продумано, нам разрешили выселиться позднее указанного времени- это приятно, вид шикарный

Pour l'arrivée au logement depuis la gare : peut-être indiquer qu'il n'y a plus de bus après une certaine heure d'arrivée. Les taxis restent assez chers pour aller à la résidence (40 CHF environ)

Die Aussicht auf das Matterhorn ist perfekt. Schöner grosser Balkon. Gute Lage und Wohnung gut eingerichtet.

It will be better if the owner may tell the guest how to reach there by free public transportation .

No facilities and extremely steep walk to reach room

Great location, appreciated the robes and good space. The view of the Matterhorn was spectacular.

Unfortunately the room smelled of cooking when we arrived; we tried to further air it out but didn’t have much luck.

Beautiful decorated, spacious 3-bedroom apartment. Excellent linens, modern kitchen. Spectacular view.

It is a steep climb from the ski lifts to the apartment. There was an issue with the check-in, which delayed it by 20 minutes. The skink clogs. The amenities (coffee, tea) were sparse considering a flat this expensive.

The Matterhorn view from balcony is superb and spacious balcony where we can chill with fantastic view. All the amenities are provided in kitchen and I like about kitchen exhaust fan - no smell left in living room after cooking. The heating system in whole house is very good - we had a warm and cozy stay. I love about giving 3 towels for each person.. the first ever place provides like this in Switzerland as far as I experienced. The host is very helpful and kind. She allowed us to pay in euro cash for city tax when we were run out of CHF cash.
