Pan Alejandro nie pomógł nam z check on. Staliśmy godzinę przed automatem bo nie umiał nas zameldować, ani wpuścic do pokoju. Byliśmy bardzo zmęczeni po podróży. Bardzo to było słabe.

La atención en recepción deja mucho que desear, debería mejorar la amabilidad al momento de atención al cliente, además estimo que deberían separar el albergue de peregrinos de las personas hospedadas que trabajan a la noche, que a su retorno no dejan descansar a los peregrinos.

La ducha podría ser un poco mejor ya que, al no tener bordillos, el agua está por todo el baño.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Unfortunately, the hostel did not meet my expectations. The pictures look considerably nicer than reality. The toilets, kitchen, and tables were not always clean. In addition, pilgrims and tourists were grouped together without any apparent consideration for their different needs. Overall, the atmosphere felt rather impersonal. It’s a shame— with greater cleanliness and a little more attention to pilgrims, the hostel could be much more pleasant.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026너무 만족했습니다. 가성비가 좋은 정도가 아닙니다. 시설도 좋고 깨끗합니다. 이런 곳이 알베르게라는 게 믿어지지 않았어요. 또 순례자길을 걷게 된다면 재방문하고 싶은 곳입니다. 작은 것까지 배려해 주는 시설 운영 너무 감사합니다..^^
샤위실도 좋기는 한데 조금 더 관리를 해 주면 어떨까하는 생각했습니다. 그래도 일반 알베르게 보다는 좋았지만 호텔에서 운영하는 알베르게고, 또 다른 시설이 워낙 잘 되어 있어서 샤워실이 조금 더 깨끗하다면 더할 나외 없이 좋을거 같습니다.

La habitación doble con baño propio,tenía muchos desperfectos en el suelo y restos de la estancia.No había luces individuales en las camas.Hacia mucho calor,se notaba que había partes del suelo que estaban calientes,menos mal que tiene aire acondicionado. Se oían mucho a la gente de las habitaciones y el pasillo.Las vistas desde las ventanas eran horribles.

Hay un hueco bastante grande entre la litera y la pared. Las fundas del colchón y la almohada son difíciles de instalar a oscuras.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Nos sorprendió gratamente el espacio de coworking para poder teletrabajar y el servicio de bar del hotel, el cual es de acceso también para los huéspedes del albergue. La primera noche estuvimos alojados en el hotel y después en el albergue. Personalmente me gustó mucho más la habitación privada del albergue. Aun asi muy agradecidos porque el hotel nos facilitó una habitación llamando a altas horas de la madrugada.

Nu sunt spatii pentru uscat hainele, dar exista mașina pentru uscat rufe. Nu am văzut asta ca fiind o problema.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026I have recently stayed at this hostel in Ponferrada and had a very positive experience overall. One of the aspects I appreciated most was the modern, technology-driven approach. Everything from check-in to check-out is handled electronically through a kiosk within the hostel, making the process quick, efficient, and convenient. The accommodation itself is comfortable and well designed for travellers. The beds provided a good night's sleep, and it was great to have access to a fridge and a small kitchen area with dining tables. These facilities are particularly useful for guests who want to prepare simple meals or store food during their stay. The location is another major advantage. The hostel is very close to the city centre and within easy walking distance of Ponferrada's main landmarks and attractions. It is also situated in a lively area filled with restaurants, bars, pubs, and cafés, giving visitors plenty of options for dining and entertainment throughout the day and well into the evening.
The only significant drawback I noticed was the number of toilets available. Given the number of guests the hostel can accommodate, having only one toilet may not always be sufficient, particularly during busy periods when many guests are preparing for the day at the same time.

Lo staff (la signora bionda alla reception) decisamente poco accogliente e scortese con i clienti. La maleducazione di questa persona ha rovinato l’esperienza in questo Albergue, che in sé è ben tenuto. Consiglio di cambiare mestiere.

La atención de la recepcionista fue correcta pero hubo un problema con nuestras mochilas y no hubo colaboración ni ganas de facilitarnos el equipaje por parte del alojamiento, nos lo resolvió el albergue posterior sin tener culpa ninguna. Estuvimos recién terminado el camino hasta la noche si podernos cambiar de ropa y el establecimiento Alda no se responsabilizó de nada ni facilitó ninguna acción siendo que era culpa suya ya que no indicó bien las instrucciones

O check in eletrônico pode atrapalhar um pouco. O Albergue recebe check in até tarde e isso gera bastante barulho. Também existe muito barulho na abertura dos armários e portas.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026La struttura è nuova e pulita, la cucina comune è spaziosa e hanno posto per le bici. Ci sono armadietti con chiave in camerata. Lavatrice e asciugatrice disponibili. Letti comodi e con presa vicina.
Le camerate sono un po' piccole. Se si hanno abiti che non vanno in asciugatrice non si puó fare il bucato perchè non c'è posto per stendere.
