Owner was rude the way she deal with us .

It was clean and very well stocked. The owner was very friendly and helpful and made everything so easy and straightforward.

Nothing.

self check in, straight forward instructions. Communication was very clear and responsive

Apartment was very spacious, furnished and had all the amenities you'd expect from a hotel.

Nothing really.

Clean, well designed, and a fully furnished room with a balcony and an overlooking view of city’s center. Tight yet polite security policies. Ma’am Dolly’s welcome and send off gestures were great.

No Netflix. I mean it is available on the menu on a large I suppose 55” Samsung TV. But you have to login your account. Or maybe someone logged off the unit’s account before us. It didn’t matter or affect our stay anyways. Just sharing.

good place to stay especially if you want to relax with your wife. there was a little small misunderstanding because I booked a day early but everything was fixed. close to all the tourist spots and SM Megamall and the weather in Baguiao is good, not too hot.

no one takes your trash from your room, you have to throw it away and there are no spare towels and laundry to wash

Hosts were lovely and very accommodating, very clean and well appointed

Nothing. There was a small difficulty finding the place from the address in the bookings.com app. Discussed with the hosts and they are addressing it for for the future Overall...very happy.

I had a great time at this unit. Didn’t expect it to be spacious. It was clean and amenities were provided. I like the viewing deck where I watch the sunrise. The entire condominium is also quiet, perfect for unwinding and relaxing. Will be booking again at this place.

air is fresh and so cold

Apartment was furnished nicely... Equipped with all the kitchen items and basic toiletries. Gated community with security. Everythng you need is just a few minutes walk down the hill... Stores, restaurants, laundry and taxi. Water dispenser in the apartment with easy bottle exchange in the building. Really nice rooftop deck. Pleasant hosts meet you at building for key exchange

Building laundry facilities out of order during our stay.... And building game area is only 2 old warped foosball tables..... Both of which are beyond host control

Location is good, nice apartment, garage parking available and host is very nice and responsive. Will come back definetely.

Everything was as advertised and I have no remarks.

Two thumbs up! It exceeded my expectations. The place is impeccably clean, exudes a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, boasts modern furnishings, and offers a stunning view. It's a perfect blend of comfort and style, making it an excellent choice for a memorable stay. Definitely will come back again! Great place!! 🥰
