Very nice house, clean and modern. The view was stunning and the greenery around it added a nice touch to the atmosphere. Sauna is a nice addition, especially after swimming in the cold pool. The beds were comfortable, the living area provided everything what a family could need on vacation. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and happy to help with everything. Breakfast was delivered every morning and there was variety of food to choose from.

The road leading to the house was extremely steep and some cars definitely won’t make it up that hill. We had Skoda Kodiaq diesel and we almost didn’t make it all the way up. The pool was nice but too cold even during the hottest days, especially for the kids. If you plan to cook for the family, there aren’t many dishes available, however it was sufficient for breakfast and with a little bit of improvisation you can make a simple meal there as well.

A perfect getaway just outside Heraklion. Perched on the mountainside, it offers breathtaking views while being surprisingly peaceful and quiet. Close enough to Heraklion town, yet secluded enough to feel completely away from it all. Truly the perfect place for a relaxing escape.

On ne peut pas dire que je n’ai pas aimé mais il faut absolument un véhicule car le logement se trouve dans les hauteurs et privilégier une boîte auto.

L'accès au lieu est un peu difficile sur la dernière partie de route mais totalement réalisable ! Une telle vue se mérite ! Dionysis est, là encore, d'une grande aide : ses conseils et réassurance permettent le passage sans problème pour la première fois! Après, on s'y habitue !

We totally can recommend this exceptional experience. Our family of four has travelled the world staying in all kinds of accommodations - from jungle camps to desert tents to Four Seasons hotels around the world. This accommodation easily makes the "Top 3 ever" list. The host Dionysis offers 5 star concierge-level service, the views are stunning, the breakfast is amazing every day and the apartment is top quality. We stayed for 10 days doing alternating pool days and excursions on the island based on the great recommendations our host provided. We totally can recommend both the island of Create as well as this exceptional accommodation experience!

Avslappende, komfortabelt, romslig. Oppholdet var supert, likte at det ikke var midt i sentrum. Man fikk virkelig koblet av og nyte ferien. Personalet var behjelpelig og tilgjengelige, de sørger for at man har et god opphold!

Atemberaubender Blick aus Villa E. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder und der Platz hat super gepasst. Vielen Lieben Dank für den super Service und jeden Morgen ein super Frühstück. Ganz großen Dank an den Gastgeber, er ist für alles immer erreichbar und super hilfsbereit.

Exceptionnel, superbe appartement/ villa, spacieux et classe.. La piscine privée avec la vue sur la baie de Heraklion c'est un éveillé !! Emplacement assez central pour l'île, vous pourrez partir sur d'autres destinations à partir de là.. Bien sûr voiture obligatoire !!. Accueil de Dyonisi et sa disponibilité durant le séjour. La situation géographie et la vue incroyable, le calme et l'équipement de l'appartement. Literie très confortable.

Chambre lumineuse tôt le matin, même avec les rideaux fermés. Communication sur le déjeuner à améliorer car compréhension difficile avec le personnel à disposition.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in traumhafter Lage auf einem Berg in einem kleinen, charmanten Ort. Die Anfahrt ist zwar sehr steil, aber die Ortschaft selbst ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Dort gibt es eine Taverne, zwei Cafés und zwei kleine Märkte für das Nötigste. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner und authentischer Ort. Die Kommunikation mit Dionysis war jederzeit angenehm und unkompliziert. Er gab uns per WhatsApp viele hilfreiche Tipps zu Stränden, Tavernen und Ausflugszielen in der Umgebung. Auch alle Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und angenehm im Kontakt. Parkplätze stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Heraklion erreicht man in etwa 25 Minuten mit dem Auto, und in der Innenstadt gibt es ausreichend Parkhäuser. Wir reisten mit unserer sechsjährigen Tochter und unserem acht Monate alten Baby an. Wie vorab vereinbart, wurde uns ein Babybett bereitgestellt, zusätzlich gab es sogar eine Babybadewanne. Besonders toll fanden wir die Dampfsauna. Die Unterkunft (wir waren in der unteren rechten Wohnung) ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hell, modern und gemütlich. An allen Fenstern sind Fliegengitter angebracht. Was ich persönlich sehr zu schätzen weiß. Der Pool war Mitte/Ende Mai noch recht kühl. Die Terrasse ist groß und bietet sowohl eine Lounge als auch Liegen und einen Tisch mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Aussicht auf das Meer sowie auf Heraklion ist wunderschön. Die rechte der unteren Villen hätte sogar noch eine etwas bessere Aussicht geboten. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich: Milch, Wasser, Orangensaft, Brötchen, Kaffee (Kapseln und Filterkaffee), Tee, Wein, Raki, Wurst, Käse, Butter, Marmelade, Nutella, Cornflakes, Kuchen, Honig, Blätterteiggebäck mit Spinat- oder Käsefüllung. Außerdem standen bei der Ankunft frisches Obst, sowie Gurken und Karotten bereit. Auf Wunsch wären sicherlich auch weitere Auswahl möglich gewesen.

I truly loved everything. The property is incredible, with a beautiful view, a peaceful atmosphere, and everything was very clean. Every detail was thoughtfully considered by Dionysis, the owner, who is a lovely person and simply a 10/10 host. I travel a lot, and in Europe this was definitely one of the places that surprised me the most. It combines a wonderful sense of coziness with refined touches. I will absolutely come back. Il dispose d’une belle vue sur la mer. L’appartement est idéal pour 4 personnes, on y trouve toutes les commodités nécessaire pour un bon séjour. L’accueil exceptionnel de cette belle famille aux petits soins et très gracieuse.

Wunderschönes Appartement mit umfassender Ausstattung in großartiger ruhiger Lage oberhalb von Heraklion. Sehr freundliche und überragend schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Das Frühstück wurde jeden Tag wunschgemäß zusammengestellt und zum Appartement gebracht. In der Nähe sind mehrere sehr gute Tavernen mit ebenso atemberaubendem Ausblick auf die Bucht. Direkt hinter dem Haus liegen Olivenhaine in den Bergen, in denen man stundenlang wandern kann. Ganz klare Empfehlung! Danke für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt!

Beautiful house with a nice pool and stunning view! We were very comfortable staying in this house as a family of three. Breakfast was delivered every morning to us and it was a good variety of different things. Service was excellent and all our needs were met. It was a very quiet and relaxing stay at Plethora! If you are looking for a quiet place to chill and relax with modern, spacious and luxurious setting, Plethora is for you ☺️

The road to the villa is a bit narrow especially if cars are parked on the sides at the village but we always managed with a small car.

Those who are looking for a calm place with amazing view to the Heraklion, far from rush these suits are perfect, we liked everything and came back home with only good memories about perfect vacations in Crete, recommend!

Es war ein ganz toller Urlaub! Der Vermieter ist wirklich super freundlich und immer erreichbar! Auch die zwei Damen die für Frühstück und Sauberkeit verantwortlich sind,können wir nur loben! Die Anfahrt zu den Villen ist schon anspruchsvoll.

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen! Ein kleines Mango ist der nicht beheizte Pool der leider trotz 26 Grad Tagestemperatur zu kalt war!

We loved everything about this place. The view was breathtaking and very calming. The property was equipped with everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable. The pool was the cherry on the top. Last but not least, our host was the best we ever encountered. He was welcoming and at our service if we had questions. We went to almost every restaurant he recommended us and his choices were spot on!!

Best accommodation suites on the island for sure! everything feels like home but even better and Dionisis (owner) made our stay incredible in every aspect. if you want something different for your vacation living in a serene, calm and quiet environment on the mountain side of Heracleion, then this is the only place to stay combining swimming pool and amazing minimal interior design, cleanliness and beautiful decoration. Mrs Pouloudi has the best hospitality manners also and she made a unique breakfast basket during our stay! thank you Dionisis once more for your amazing accommodation and the most tasty breakfast we have ever had on our 7-day vacation!

Nothing negative just make sure you rent a car to enable your transportation to and from Plethora suites.

De eigenaar is heel behulpzaam, het leuke dorp met aardige mensen. De ruimte van de villa. Het zwembad.

Het ligt hoog, een hele klim te voet. En je hebt een auto nodig of je moet alles net als ons met een taxi doen. Wel een heel goed taxibedrijf! Stipt op tijd en super vriendelijk.

Die ruhige Lage mit der traumhaften Aussicht war für uns perfekt. Auch der freundliche Kontakt mit dem Inhaber und den Mitarbeitern dort war sehr positiv. Alle waren sehr bemüht uns einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Vom Pool waren vorallem die Kinder sehr begeistert.

Der einzige kleine Nachteil an der traumhaften Lage ust vielleicht, dass man unbedingt ein Mietauto benötigt, wenn man zum Strand möchte. Aber das haben wir gerne in Kauf genommen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub. Wahnsinns Lage mit Blick über die Stadt und die Bucht. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wunderbares original kretisches Frühstück, bei dem auf alle Wünsche eingegangen wird. Gastgeber Dionysis und die 2 Damen haben für einen unbeschreiblich tollen Urlaub gesorgt.

Amazing views, villa was fantastic had everything you needed and staff to message for any problems and for putting in your breakfast order that was delivered each morning! Can’t fault it brilliant.

Drive up to the villa looked iffy to start, through an industrial area but preserver as it soon turns into nice locals windy roads up to the villa and that view. Last bit is very steep to drive, first gear!

Wonderful location and amazing view 🥺🤩 The view is much more beautiful in real than the pictures 👌Wonderful staff and most accommodating property owner🥰Dionysis made sure we had everything we asked for, and all of that with a smile🥹🫶 Me and my family travel alot, and this is the first time we met such a down to earth owner, such a gentleman- WOW👌. The view from our terrace was outstanding, too. Try to catch a sunrise, you will not regret it🌅. So beautiful 😍. The villa is equipped with, everything equired for a family stay with maximum comfort. The villa is about 20 minutes from the beach ( Palaekastro, Chelidoni beach) and about half an hour from the city of Heraklion. One thing, you need to have a car if you want to go somewhere, and Dionysis helped us to hire a car, which was delivered to the villa from the day and time we wanted to have it. The day we checked out, we returned the car to the agency and just walked to the airport, which is on the opposite side of the road. Thank you Dionysis for everything 🙏 We will definatly come back.

This was our adult kids favorite spot of our 9 night stay in Crete. Fun village to walk around, and fun restaurants. Easy to get into Heraklion. But the best was the room! It was so relaxing, fun breakfasts to enjoy on the patio, Plenty of space, it is bigger than it looks. We loved sitting out by the pool to watch the sunrise and sunset. It is a fantastic view!

Äußerst netter und zuvorkommender - aber nie aufdringlicher - Gastgeber. Toller Frühstücksservice. Wahnsinnig schöner Ausblick. Hochwertig ausgestattetes Appartement. Und top im Sommer: Keine billige Split-Klimaanlage, sondern eine kontrollierte klimatisierte Wohnraumbelüftung. Man kann wunderbar schlafen ohne dass es zieht.

Spektakuläre Lage, perfekte Unterkunft und ein toller Gastgeber, der keine Wünsche offen lässt. Herzlicher und jederzeit persönlicher, individueller Service!

It’s not often that the real place looks even better than in the photos. Everything was great. There are some challenges with car access, but it’s definitely one of those memorable experiences — in a good way. The sound of the church bells on Sunday morning takes you into a different reality. Het moment dat we aankwamen voelde we de rust over ons neerdalen. In het huis kwamen we terecht in de luxe en comfort van thuis, maar het moment dat je buiten komt stap je recht in de cultuur van de plaatselijke bevolking. Het uitzicht is fantastisch het is net een ansichtkaartje en een zonsopgang meepakken is een aanrader. Het team was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam Heel informatief over de bezienswaardigheden, restaurants en winkels van de omgeving. Zelden hebben wij zo’n service mogen ervaren als hier.

We had an amazing stay! The view was absolutely stunning. The villa was clean, new, modern, and very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. The service was perfect and the breakfast was great. When we arrived in the evening, we mentioned that one of us is lactose intolerant – by the next morning, a lactose-free breakfast had already been arranged for us. This was honestly the best villa experience we’ve had so far, and we would definitely love to stay here again. The steam sauna was a wonderful bonus, and the location was peaceful and quiet. Highly recommended!

Shame the pool wasn’t heated. Would have used more. Another sunbed or beanbag bed would have been good.

Confort, propreté, services, vue, logement haut de gamme, tout y est. La dernière pente est assez raide pour accéder au logement, mais on avait une petite voiture de location et avec un peu d élan ça passe. Si on doit retenir une seule chose c'est le service exceptionnel du propriétaire vis à vis de ses locataires, il est aux petits soins et a une solution ou un conseil pour chaque question. De tous nos voyages c'est la première fois que je vois un propriétaire aussi attentionné, un GRAND merci Dionysos ;)

La vue, les équipements tout est bien passé. Les petits déjeuners sont très copieux et excellent. L’accueil est top merci à l’hôte .

Tout simplement génial ! Un grand merci a dionysos pour son acceuil, sa disponibilité, ses chaleureux messages et ses précieux conseils ! L'endroit était idyllique, la vue magnifique face a la mer et au lever de soleil. Le petit déjeuner très bon et très copieux servi chaleureusement a l heure que nous souhaitions par les dames de services. La maison hyper bien équipée et décorée avec goût. Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances au top. Petit plus: un hammam dans l appartement et le changement des draps et serviettes tous les 3 jours. Un rêve !

L accès aux appartements: tt en haut d une montée a + de 15% pas simple de monter meme avec une bonne voiture ! Il faut un petit SUV pour parcourir certaines routes qui sont rocailleuses et non goudronnées 😅 mais sinon tout était parfait !!! On aurait aimé reste plus longtemps 😊

La villa est magnifique, moderne, très bien conçue et surtout incroyablement bien équipée : rien ne manque, jusqu’au moindre détail. La vue sur la mer Égée et Héraklion est absolument spectaculaire, que ce soit depuis la terrasse ou la piscine. Petit déjeuner livré chaque matin avec beaucoup de soin. Mention spéciale pour Dionysos, le propriétaire, qui a été exceptionnel : disponible à tout moment, toujours prêt à conseiller ou aider. Un véritable concierge privé !

This property is not only built in a wonderful place with an amazing view, it's very tastefully designed inside and outside and has everything one needs and was created in a very aesthetic way. Very spacious & comfortable apartment with amazing view. Delicious & very generous breakfast on top of that :) Dionysus was very nice & helpful, giving excellent tips for very good restaurants, daily trips or local beaches worth visiting. Additionally the location is perfect if planning trips to south or east coast. Highly recommended ! :)

The Greek Art of Living Was für ein erhabener Blick über die Bucht von Heraklion dafür gibt es keine Worte. Die Villa ist ein Traum. Mit zwei Schlafzimmern und jeweils einem Badezimmer. Wohnzimmer und Küche sind mit einem herrlichen Lichthof verbunden. Als ein Highlight empfanden wir die private Dampfsauna direkt in der Villa. Die guten Feen des Hauses haben uns jeden Morgen ein wunderbares Frühstück gezaubert, danke dafür. Dionysis ist der perfekte Gastgeber und wir schätzen und lieben die griechische Gastfreundschaft sehr. Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft für einen entspannten Urlaub. Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Gehobene Ausstattung, stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr ruhig. Der Ausblick ist sensationell. Man wird bestens betreut vor Ort, mit tollen Frühstück und wertvollen Tips für jedes Anliegen. Fußläufig gibt es einige Taverne, wo man wunderbar essen kann. Besten Dank an Dionysis und seinem Team. Sehr freundliches Personal. Der Gastgeber hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und war immer gut erreichbar. Das Frühstück ist sehr grosszügig und lecker, immer frisch gewesen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, bestens ausgestattet, super gepflegt und modern. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, man hat seine Privatsphäre und die Aussicht ist traumhaft. (Jedoch auf ein Auto angewiesen)

Located on the edge of the mountain... a bit difficult to reach even for Mercedes. The road is not the most paved with steep climbs, but in the end it pays off! An infinity pool with a breathtaking view. It's amazing to wake up in front of this view in the morning. The house is stunning. The owner of the complex was thinking about everything. Pampering sauna. Fully equipped kitchen. Everything is neat, clean and shiny. Dion the owner is just a lovely man. He guided us to magical places and recommended restaurants and worthwhile attractions. There are wonderful tavernas nearby. In short, stunning villa! Great place! Worth every euro and even more!

Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Villa in ruhiger Lage mit Privatsphäre und wunderschöner Aussicht. Super freundliches Team. Der Gastgeber Dionysis war immer erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Mietwagen notwendig. Kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in einer neuen, gepflegten und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Villa. Bei der Ausstattung wurde an alles gedacht. Der Gastgeber ist sehr engagiert und immer erreichbar. Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal wiederkommen

Man benötigt einen Mietwagen, da das Dorf recht weit oben liegt. Dafür hat man einen wunderbaren Ausblick.

The apartment was clean and big enough (more than enough :)) for a family of four. The host was always available via WhatsApp and was very helpful. The private pool was also good and we enjoyed it very much. The quiet location overlooking the Heraklion and the sea was another good point.

We appreciated the breakfast delivery and the variety was excellent, but the quantity was too much... It was a shame that we had to throw away so much food.

Aussicht war wunderschön, sehr ruhige/entspannte umgebung, Personal sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, Frühstück war gut, Privatsphäre, Unterkunft bestens ausgestattet Ein gutes/starkes Auto ist von Vorteil.

Magnifique villa, perché sur les hauteurs du petit village de Rodia. Calme et vue incroyable sur la mer. Le service fourni par Dionysis est tout simplement parfait.
