Hotel Hacienda Dorotea

The hotel has a beautiful view of the landscape / mountains around. We had a nice spacious room and additional bed for our child. Friendly reception.

The hotel location is a bit remote, not somewhere you can walk around.

Desayuno muy rico, la pieza limpia y espaciosa, el baño limpio y agua muy calentita en la ducha. Calefacción funciona perfecto.

Lo que podrían mejorar es tener shampoo separado del acondicionador y tener crema corporal.

Everything. We had a wonderful stay. We needed some downtime and this was the perfect place for that. Transport between the hotel and Puerto Natales wasn't an issue. We used pre-booked taxis and Uber - all were great. The restaurant was fabulous. We always ordered too much food because it was all delicious and we couldn't resist! Breakfast was A.Mazing!! We used the lunch box option for a tour and again, couldn't fault it. Thank you all so much!! Our four night stay was fantastic.

Not much. It would have been nice to have a couple of comfortable chairs in the room to sit and enjoy the view while reading, or just relaxing.

Beautiful views from the room, Paula in reception was very welcoming and helpful with recommendations. Property is very clean, room is spacious. Breakfast was nice.

You would definitely need a car to stay here - it is a good bit out of town. Some of the staff came across as rude, playing loud music on their phones in the restaurant area.

Que el dormitorio no tuviera un sillón ni sillas cómodas. Todas eran bancas sin respaldo. Que no tuviera TV. Era caro. Un poco solitario y aislado.

Absolutely amazing and beautifully designed accommodation. The view is awesome, as well as the breakfast.

The rooms were spacious and clean with excellent views. Loved the coffee machine at reception. Having access to hot water for tea and coffee in your room was also a bonus. Very comfortable bed.

We had dinner in the restaurant one night and it was rather disappointing. Breakfast was okay , but not great.

Neat place, beautiful view from room, comfortable room

Room was good, property could use some sprucing up. But it was comfortable and clean. It is not walkable to Puerto Natales.

The hotel staff and management were extremely friendly and accommodating to meet our needs. Wonderful people!

Design, the museum, great location and beautiful views

Restaurant service and bar service in evenings. The staff is not interested in serving, they are just hanging around and clearly don’t care about you Breakfast cook and server were ok, lady at reception who emailed me was very nice and kind - quite expensive for what it is - oh and coffee appears to be instant- not good!

Donde está localizado y el concepto de hacienda. Te hace sentir en un lugar y tiempo diferente. El personal muy atento.

Podrían mejorar la calidad de el shampo y jabón del baño. Poner batas de baño. El grosor de las toallas.

Hotel estilo fazenda muito charmoso e integrado à paisagem. Fica um pouco distante do centro de Natales, mas não é difícil pegar uber ou taxi. Se você contratar passeios eles te pegam no hotel sem problemas. Os quartos me surpreenderam, são grandes, bem decorados, modernos e confortáveis. Banheiro amplo. O café da manhã é muito simpático com ovos feitos na hora e crepes. Destaque para a equipe da recepção que é muito gentil e prestativa, nos ajudaram com indicação de transferes e passeios o que facilitou muito nossa estadia. Adorei a experiência.

Como fomos no verão entra claridade no quarto, o que é bem comum em hotéis.

The location is just outside the city, the big and cozy room, the amazing view from the window, the calm atmosphere, the friendliness of the staff, the fresh bakeries and bread every morning, on demand cooked eggs, good pressure in the shower which was appreciated after all day hiking

Coffee and orange juice were not up to our European standards

The bed was nice and comfortable the view from the room was nice and the room design was good but very uncomfortable sitting area

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere out of town in an ugly run down area. The rooms are nice but not at all comfortable: there is ample space in the rooms to put a couch etc whereas they only have a table and 2 very uncomfortable seats. Hotel staff do not understand English especially the cook at breakfast is very aggressive and really inappropriate! She refuses to cook eggs 10 minutes to closing time. This is a very unprofessionally run hotel in an ugly place. They are much too expensive for what they offer!

It’s a nice hotel with great service and friendly staff. The restaurant was very good (we had good dinner and breakfast).

Quarto mais bonito pessoalmente do que nas fotos. Ficamos horas observando a vista pela janela enorme. Staff foi o mais simpático de toda nossa viagem pelo Chile. Muito confortável.

Senti falta de uma chaleira elétrica no quarto e uma poltrona cadeira mais confortável para ficar admitirando a vista.

The heat was turned on in our room prior to arrival. The room does not have air conditioning so it took forever to cool off.

Las camas son super comodas. Destacar a Constanza del equipo de recepción, un verdadero encanto, al cocinero de piercings y a la responsable del restaurante durante cenas (no me acuerdo de los nombres perdon :)

Esta un poco alejado del centro y siempre dependes de taxi o uber para moverte

Las vistas a la montaña i el entorno el personal amable i atentos todo muy limpio, desde el dormitorio una vista panorámica ver el amanecer fue increíble

La variedad de vinos i cerveza

La posizione bellissima, una vista spettacolare. Il personale gentile, la hall é aperta tutta la notte. Il letto comodo, la colazione poco varia ma buona con prodotti locali e consiglio anche il ristorante! La stanza é molto calda e accogliente.

in bagno manca il bidet e nella stanza manca un armadio. La struttura si trova fuori Puerto Natales ed é quindi necessario avere un auto, inoltre la strada é sterrata.

Incredible position in the nature right before entering the city of Puerto Natales. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and kind. The rooms including the bathroom were very spacious and offered an incredible view through a huge window to the mountains. We really enjoyed every moment!

Sadly we couldn’t try the restaurant because it had it’s closing day.

Faltou um espelho no quarto, o único espelho é no banheiro que não dá pra ser ver de corpo inteiro, suítes simples para o nível do hotel. Achei o café da manhã mediano. Faltou mais opções para quem não come pão.
