Reviewed Feb 25, 2026Complete amenities, fully functioned aircond and the location near bazar ramadhan
Place is not clean, checked in with sandy floor and cigarette smell. There was a coakroach, the toilet (in the kitchen) has mossy floor (lumut). However ones in the master bedroom is clean and provided with functional water heater. We ended up got sick and flu along the stay. However house is really worth the price and has strategic location.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2025The house is clean, fully equipped with AC (except kitchen & middle bedroom which has a high ventilated ceiling). Bathroom in the master bedroom is equipped with water heater. Kitchen has double gas stoved, culinary utensils, refrigerator, electric kettle and others. TV is available in sitting room. Washing machine, iron with iron board, broom & the scoop are also available. Dustbin is in almost every area. The owner is very cooperative, nice and pleasant to chat with. Overall is good and comfortable.
