We enjoyed our stay very much, great location, right on the beach, weather was great, the view was amazing, the house was very clean and fully equipped, the host was very easy to reach and very communicative, and everything was smooth and straightforward . Definitely recommend.

لم يعجبني ان التواصل مع المالك لم يكن متاح الا بعد اتمام الحجز. و هناك 3000 ج نظافة ومسبح. رسوم دخول القرية 300ج عن اليوم. والتأمين (مسترد) كل هذه المبالغ لم نعرف عنها الا بعد الحجز.

الموقع ممتاز وهادئ مناسب جدا للاستجمام والمكان مجهز كاملا ومريح ونظيف والتعامل راقى جدا ان شاء الله تكرر التجربه

Nothing every thing is perfect

The location was excellent, close to both Alexandria and El Alamein, and the villa is directly on the beachfront. The beach was very quiet during our stay, and at times it felt like we had it all to ourselves. The villa itself was clean, recently refurbished, and well equipped with all the kitchen tools and utensils we needed. It had three large bedrooms, one smaller bedroom, four bathrooms with showers, and a spacious living room with a lovely view of the beach. The owner was very polite, helpful, and accommodating whenever we needed anything. The beach was clean, the water was beautiful, and overall we really enjoyed our stay. The compound also had useful facilities, including a supermarket. We visited as a family and enjoyed the sea-view garden, and the children especially liked the small private pool.

We visited in May, so the beach did not yet have umbrellas or chairs, as these are only installed during the summer season starting from June. The main pool was also not open yet for the same reason. However, this was not a major issue for us, as we were able to carry small chairs from the villa to the waterline and still enjoy the peaceful beach.

I really enjoyed my stay. The villa itself is great and very well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The facilities were clean and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. I also really appreciated the owner’s communication — he was very respectful, responsive, and made sure everything was arranged smoothly for us. He was always helpful and made the whole experience easy and stress-free.

The villa on its own is very good, but the overall Amoun resort could benefit from more services and better facilities. Improving the general services around the resort would make the experience even better.

Very well located next to the beach , host were very responsive with any issues we had they sent people over to correct right away. Cleaners done an amazing job at making the place look fresh ready for our stay .

This isn’t the hosts fault but the security of the resort will try and scam you by charging you when you enter and leave so be careful and don’t pay them.

The property was like paradise on earth, the location is just extremely beautiful. If you are a sea lover , this place is just for you , you can see the sea even from the kitchen, I would like to thank Mr Omar the host for all his help and great hospitality. The place was so clean with all the facilities that would guarantee you a relaxing calm stay.

The villa is in an amazing location, with friendly locals and all the facilities we needed. It was very clean and well-maintained, and the owner was incredibly welcoming.

There were some additional charges (related to the management company and pool), which were relatively minor compared to the overall rental cost. However, it would be helpful if these were clearly communicated before booking.

The accommodation was absolutely stunning—you wake up each day to the breathtaking view of the sea. The rooms were spotless and fully equipped with high-quality appliances. We were pleasantly surprised to find both an air fryer and a steam iron, thoughtful touches that many hosts tend to overlook. The compound itself was lovely—clean, classy, and surrounded by convenient facilities. It's also well-known for being very safe, which made a big difference for us as a group of girls. All the staff we encountered were incredibly kind and welcoming, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. Mr. Ramy was incredibly helpful and responsive, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. P.S. We were disappointed to find that the private pool wasn’t operational during our visit, despite it being listed as available starting April 30th at the time of booking. While this was beyond Mr. Ramy’s control, he did everything he could to make up for it and ensure we were happy. That said, since it wasn’t peak tourist season and some shared pools were also closed, we ended up having the beach entirely to ourselves—which turned out to be a huge bonus and made the experience even more special. Overall, we highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!

We wanted to extend for extra 2 nights but it was booked unfortunately.

The villa was really great and had a beautiful view. My family and I enjoyed it a lot! It is quite big and very specious We were 7 adults and 4 kids and it was big enough to accommodate all of us. The villa has most of the needed equipment, such as Microwave, oven, washing machine, air fryer, etc. It has as well 4 bathrooms which an amazing thing for a big family. The owner was very helpful and responded very quickly to all our needs, so thanks a lot. Overall a great deal definitely.

We enjoyed our one night stay at villa Amoun. It is a clean and beautiful villa, with a lovely view of the sea. The villa is well equipped, and everything is working well. The host is very kind and respectful.

This was our third stay and the hosts have taken on board comments from the past. This time we went straight through the gate without having to give passport information which was so much better. The bathrooms have been improved with glass screens and there are more pots and pans etc. It's a wonderful location right on the beach and we had such a relaxing time.

Great property with great view, beach exceeded my expectations as well as the amenities in location. The property itself is amazing and quality of furniture and kitchen tools tools were typical to my house that it felt I never left home. The support during stay was exceptional and appreciated .

Everything, the view is mesmerising, dreamy and seems like fresh out of a movie. vila is well kept and well furnished, the private pool was small but clean and cozy, the entrie experience is amazing and the host was friendly and respectful, will surely come back again for more.

Right in front of the crystal turquoise water and beautiful white sandy beach. Clean and tidy house, well equipped kitchen, recent reinnovated house. House owner is a very decent and cooperative gentleman, he could be flexible with checking in/out if there's availability.

1. Even though it was mentioned, yet the check-in (3pm) and check out (10am!!) timings are very inconvenient, which could be tackled by increasing the cleaning staff to finish cleaning in a shorter period of time. 2. Bringing our own blankets, pillow and bed sheets, and towels was a hassle. 3. Mobile network is very weak for calls and internet almost not available. (There is wifi though)

The view is wonderful, and the sea is clearly visible from inside the villa. The place is very clean and tidy and has all the necessary needs, including cooking utensils, entertainment channels، air conditions, and a mini pool inside the villa Also, there are ball courts and cycling in the compound. The owner and their representatives are very helpful and got quick responses to all the requirements. We enjoyed this trip very much. I recommend that you try it.

The location is fantastic; the garden is North facing and looks directly out over the sea. Quiet and peaceful. Very comfortable. The hosts are regularly in touch to make sure your stay is comfortable. The layout is very good and the kitchen has good facilities. Having a car is an advantage to get to the entertainment nearby with crazy golf, restaurants, bowling and even axe throwing! All three bedrooms are en-suite and the main bedroom has lovely views over the garden and beach.

Obtaining a gate pass is time consuming and the resort had wanted to keep our passports overnight - they did eventually take photos instead. This isn't the host's fault and the guard on the gate was apologetic about the policy of the resort. We hadn't realised bedding isn't provided unless asked for, however the hosts immediately arranged for all the beds to be made up and it was done within a few minutes.

The place is very clean and spacious. People are awesome and so helpful.

Location is perfect Amazing beach! Weather was really nice Safe area Host was so friendly and contacted us on daily to check if all are ok.

Note: There was a payment on the entrance of the village of 200 egp per family per night which was not mentioned in the advertisement ( not a big deal but FYI )

Everything was beautiful from seeing the sea from every part of the villa and from the cleanliness of the place . The price was very reasonable. It was a very special and nice experience.

From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed and at home. The villa looks out onto the beach and the doors open out to let in the sea air. The villa is very clean and well looked after. The beds are comfortable and it is very quiet (we went off season). It helps to have your own transport as there is not much on site but a mall is a short drive away. Good communication from the host.

None , the place is quite awesome. However Booking as an intermediate has a significant communication and transpernacy issue as they didn't clarify that the financial transaction will be withdrawed as USD which burden more cost from the bank end.I had to pay around 100 USD extra to the bank under the title of mitigating foreign currency risk! If possible AVOID credit or debit card payments try to pay in cash or transfer

The villa is located directly on the beachfront. Two of the bedrooms and the living room overlook the beach with magnificent sea views. All essential cooking utensils are available, and appliances are in very good condition. A swimming pool is available very near to the villa. The compound has the main services (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery,...).The host was keen to get feedback and recommendations. Very smooth check-in and check-out procedures

The villa is overlooking the sea giving you a great view even from the inside. It was really relaxing to sit on the couch/swing and enjoy the sea view/sound. The villa also had everything we need to cook and warm up any food. It’s also air conditioned ( all the 3 rooms) which was great for the hot days. The electric curtains was also unexpected surprise that made our stay way more enjoyable. The host of the villa made sure to check with us all the time and he was extremely hospitable and helpful with any thing we requested.

Our stay was amazing! The Villa was super clean and overlooking the beach directly. All equipments and furniture are new. The owner is very supportive and helpful. This Villa is way better than all hotels i tried in north coast and highly recommend! Thank you for everything :)

the property is one of the best in the resort and in the north coast . close the Alexandria , clean and hygiene is perfect , owner is very supportive and helpful and in case you need anything his response is in no time . location is great , suitable for kids as the pool is inside the villa , no need to go to the big pool for kids . for sure we will be a regular customers 🤍
