This place exceeded my expectations. The interior design is beautiful and Very clean. Hospitality on Point and Professionalism. Breakfast was superb as well as the bed is so comfortable. I would recommend you book the Luxury Room when you come as a family.

I loved everything about the place, it was super comfortable and the host was friendly, and there was sufficient hot water and facilities such as a microwave, TV, and aircon that assisted in making my stay comfortable. Would definitely recommend

The room was so clean, and the environment was very welcoming. We did not question our safety at all. The staff was also super friendly. I will book this place again if I ever come to Venda.

The facility does not have a reception area where you go to Check-In. We had to ask the staff members. It would be great if they could invest in a reception area, even if it is a small office.

The rooms were really nice, they smelled good and were clean. The staff was amazing and very helpful, there's food sold at the facility. When we had a minor issue with parking, it was fixed timely.

I did not have the breakfast because I did not include it. The room was modern and comfortable.

The parking should be made bigger and clearly demarcated for each vehicle.

The bed was very comfortable. There is a beautiful mirror and the cleaners leave the place sparkling clean.

Constant noise in the lodge. A fight broke out and noone in the security or management moved the people to resolve the issue elsewhere. We were subject to a back and forth. I barely slept my entire stay as there was always some noise around the room. The place lacks security measures, and people can go in and out willy nilly . The lodge is nowhere near a restuarant on site. It merely has a spaza shop sells kotas and chips. The room has no smart tv and has no Netflix as advertised merely Openview which is lackluster. The place was definitely not value for money.

The facilities are exceptional and the ambience is superb... It is good value for money, may seem quaint but try it, it's a boutique Hotel standard, Mr Tshikalange always was warm and welcoming and made the stay very comfortable. Never could believe there's such a place so magnificent around my hood

It honestly surprised me in terms of looks and facilities, what one needed. Clean and value for money

The room and facility was very clean. The gentleman who received me was friendly. While he couldn’t find my reservation, he didn’t cause much alarm. Once I gave him my reference number he could locate my reservation and within no time I was allocated a room. While I stayed just for one night, I had a comfortable stay.

The property has no signage so it was difficult to locate it. Once the security guy eventually opened the gate for me he ushered me to the reception and called in the manager who arrived shortly. There were no instructions on check out times and check out procedures or whether they serve breakfast or not. There is also no receptionist to attend to clients needs. The entrance esp reception area is a little awkward,

I liked everything about the property, the pictures are not doing any justice to it. The stuff is so amazing, lovely and friendly. Their rooms are top notch and their showers are definitely the best.

The thoughtfulness that went into making it a comfortable stay for guests. It has very great amenities and the owner and staff are extremely warm. Man it felt like home and i was very comfortable to trust everyone and not be on guard about anything.

What a wonderful experience we had! We were welcomed by the owner into a beautiful, modern, clean facility. We slept peacefully and would have loved to spend more time. We are definitely going back again. Thank you for your hospitality!!

The room was nice,clean and furnished very well. Security was very friendly and helpful and host was very friendly aswell.

The area is a bit rural but the parking was atleast inside and safe.

Royal Lodge was truly outstanding in every regard,—immaculate facilities, friendly and attentive staff, and breathtaking views that made our stay memorable. The ambiance of the property exudes warmth and tranquility, creating the perfect retreat, We left the lodge in a hurry on the first night of stay rushing to a wedding, we left it very messy but upon our return it exceptionally clean, beyond our expectations, we were really impressed with the stuff.

The bed was quite stiff, which impacted the quality of our sleep. A softer mattress or a mattress topper would make this place flawless. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return if the bedding were more comfortable.

The owner was very very welcoming and nice, and he was always available when you need assistance.

The place is soo nice and quiet. Friendly staff and warm bedding. I had a great night and i will definitely come back there. The should at least install 5G wifi, that one is bit slower.

This is a new establishment with modern finishes, comfortable beds, and all the needed Wi-Fi, backup power. The night was very peaceful. I'll visit again.

The on-site generator during loadshedding is a plus. The beautiful decor and luxurious furniture was giving royalty feeling. The aircon working perfectly. I was impressed by the cleanliness in the entire room especially the shower it was super clean and water was hot. The bed was comfortable and clean. The whole place is beautiful, parking was safe and there's cameras all corners.

There was only 1 towel not for 2 people. Please also consider putting a small mat in the bathroom as it was slippery and made the place wet after one showers. There's limited TV channels, only open view. The rooms are a bit small but not a trainsmash and considering the price and location I understand, if passing by for 1 or 2 nights it's fine but not long stay. Kitchen facility doesn't have a sink, only microwave and kettle with beautiful couches. I hope there will be a better check-in frontdesk and entrance once renovations are done. Please focus more on functional things more than aesthestics.

the location was quite beautiful. we booked for deluxe room but the host gave us Luxury room for free. I liked everything about the lodge.The host can just fix the steep near the gate otherwise im happy about my overall stay.
