Reviewed Sep 3, 2026La situation géographique Gentillesse du personnel notamment au restaurant L'espace wellness même si la température de l'eau du jaccuzzi aurait mérité quelques degrés de plus.
Pour notre 2ème séjour dans cet établissement, on nous a attribué la chambre 618. Celle-ci était beaucoup plus petite que celle que nous avions eu l'année passée. On se marche vite dessus. Située au dessus des cuisines et à côté d'une entreprise. Réveil dès 6h du matin par les ouvriers d'à côté et le bruit des cuisines, idem le soir (bruit de vaisselle et odeurs de nourriture), bruyant jusqu'à 22h. La clim ou le ventilo au plafond serait un plus. On se rejouissait de revenir dans cet hôtel que nous avions adoré l'année précédente. Nous sommes restées sur notre fin concernant la chambre. Le reste était très bien.

La gestione dell’hotel è cordiale, attenta e appassionata: abbiamo ricevuto ottimi consigli per le nostre escursioni e trovato sempre risposte pronte e disponibili a ogni nostra esigenza. In sala, gli ottimi piatti dello chef, accompagnati dalla professionalità e dalla gentilezza di Lilly e Nino, completano un’esperienza all’insegna del vero relax e del comfort. La camera è confortevole e silenziosa, ideale per recuperare le energie dopo una giornata in montagna. La posizione è inoltre strategica, perfetta per intraprendere splendidi trekking direttamente dall’hotel, senza bisogno di utilizzare la macchina. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, che ci ha fatto sentire coccolati e a casa. Consigliatissimo!

Beds a bit too hard even for my taste (and I prefer firmer beds). Coffee machines during breakfast - a bit of a sad instant powder tasting affair...for Italy not what I'd expect. But you can ask for proper coffee for extra pay from the bar. So that's OK I guess for the price.

Ma il vero valore aggiunto è senza dubbio il personale, capace di rendere il soggiorno ancora più speciale. Renata alla reception è semplicemente fantastica: brillante, simpatica, sempre presente e pronta ad aiutare con il sorriso e a conversare amabilmente. Silvia, la proprietaria, è stata preziosissima con i suoi consigli sui trekking e sui percorsi da fare in zona. E poi Nino e Lilly al ristorante: una coppia dalla simpatia e cordialità davvero uniche, impossibile non affezionarsi! Uno di quei posti in cui arrivi come ospite e dopo pochi giorni hai già la sensazione di conoscere tutti da sempre. Bellissima esperienza, tornerò molto volentieri!

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Super Lage. Außergewöhnlich sauber, die Reinigungskräfte sind überaus zuvorkommend und nett, wenn man ihnen am Morgen begegnet ist. Essen ist gut und die Auswahl am Buffet vielfältig.
Leider wurde man nach der langen Anreise nicht gerade höflich empfangen. Als es Probleme mit der Zimmerkarte gab, war man genervt von uns und hat uns das deutlich spüren lassen. Die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück/Abendessen waren nett, aber leider unterbesetzt, sodass der Service (vor allem was die Getränkebestellungen angeht) oft zu kurz kam. In der Bar fühlt man sich nicht immer willkommen. Als wir eine Stunde vor Schließung noch Karten gespielt haben, war man schon wieder genervt von uns. Sehr schöner Wellnesbereich, allerdings gehen die Gäste überwiegend in Badekleidung in die Sauna, was zu unangenehmen Gerüchen führt. Ein deutlicherer Hinweis von Seiten des Hotels wäre sicher hilfreich.

We loved staying here - enjoying delicious breakfast (restaurant staff were very polite and caring), nice spa and comfortable beds with amazing view from balcony. Silvia from reception was fantastic, we asked for suggestions for an authentic restaurant for a special evening, and she wrote us a full page with suggestions and recommendations which local restaurants would suit us, thank you Silvia!

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Erstkontakt an der Rezeption beim Einchecken war nicht so. Entweder den trockenen Humor nicht verstanden oder die Dame sehr arrogant. Doch nach 10min und Check in wie verwandelt. Freundlichkeit pur, immer einen netten Spruch parat, zwei herrliche Tage dort verbracht. Frühstücksbuffet ist der Hit, es fehlt an nichts!. Abendessen echt lecker. Ebenso die Getränke und Nachtisch. Eiskaffee, Hugo und weitere Getränke draußen Topp! Alle super nett. Saunalandschaft ist für Winter zu klein dimensioniert, für uns im Sommer genau ausreichend und schöne Atmosphäre. Tiefgarage perfekt. Unsere Babys waren dort immer gut aufgehoben. Zimmer recht alt, jedoch sehr sauber und ordentlich gepflegt. Es fehlt nur eine Verdunkelung im Zimmer und die Tür zum Flur sehr hellhörig.

La mezza pensione è un'ottima soluzione in termini di qualità prezzo. Il garage per metter al riparo bici, moto ed auto è molto apprezzato. Quest'anno la gradita sorpresa di trovare una nuova zona benessere con 2 saune e bagno turco, una bella vasca idromassaggio a lato piscina e zona relax con vista montagna. La simpatia, cortesia e professionalità del personale sono degne di merito.

Dostali jsme snad nejhorší možný pokoj, který měl okno někam pod střechu. Druhý pokoj byl ok. Druhý den bylo jídlo špatné. Snídaňový bufet malý, fronta na kafe. Voda ve vířivce by měla být teplejší. Špatné polštáře.

Cena večerje objavljene na Bookingu je bila drugačan, kot cena, če si se na večerjo prijavil v hotelu (na licu samem je bila cena višja).

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026My stay at Laguscei was amazing! An amazing start to a solo trip through the Dolomites. Everyone at the hotel went out of their way to make me feel welcome! Gluten free nice options for breakfast with Italian cookies as well! The whole atmosphere at the hotel it nice, the other guests from Italy seem to all be returning guests are as nice as the owner and staff. I want to come back! There are hikes starting just behind the hotel and Sylvia is quick to share information if you ask for tips. Stayed for the Dolomites bike day that passes by just outside the door so very convenient.

Locatie als “zomer” hotel is hoogst onaantrekkelijk. Het hotel is NIET in Arabba, 5km verwijderd van Arabba. Hotel kijkt uit op rotzooi rond een skistation, ideaal in de winter, in de zomer een pest.

Ordine e pulizia nelle camere, colazione e cena accompagnati da un ricco buffet e una spa con piscina per rilassarsi dopo l'attività del giorno. Non c'è ostentazione nel design ma tutto è curato con naturalezza e semplicità. Un luogo dove trovare pace e relax per staccare dalla frenetica routine quotidiana!

Bagni un po' piccoli e camera un po' buia, ma per l'uso che se ne fa quando si scia va benissimo

Reviewed Sep 20, 2025One of the nicest places, the stuff is very kind and guided us with information about the local sights. We were 2 families during summer and we booked with breakfast and dinner, very good food, different dishes at every dinner and you can choose from 3 options. As a vegetarian I appreciated that they had an option for me daily. The waiters are so funny and kind, they made a nice atmosphere and we felt very good everytime. It was very clean, they are cleaning the room daily, comfy bed, nice view of the mountain it's an isolated place and we enjoyed the quietness, lot of parking spaces

Reviewed Sep 9, 2025Our honeymoon stay was unforgettable! The staff made us feel so special with thoughtful touches like flowers and towels on the bed and a decorated table. The cozy chalet-style hotel had incredible mountain and forest views from our balcony. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious traditional Italian dishes with so many choices and huge buffet spreads for breakfast as well as salads and appetizers. The spa was also a great bonus on a rainy day. Plenty of parking and very welcoming staff. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
