Reviewed Jul 26, 2025En general el lugar es hermoso, el complejo es amplio, tiene de todo para pasar días increíbles!!!! El departamento fu cional, simple y cómodo, la dueña atenta y fácil de comunicarse. Tuvimos un percance con el agua caliente que se solucionó rápido y por ello nos extendió el check out lo cual fue un gesto muy lindo para disfrutar el último dia de forma completa! Gracias!!!
No sabia que el parque acuático funciona solo viernes, sábados y domingos, por lo cual no pudimos disfrutarlo. Me faltó tener esa información de manera anticipada. La playa es hermosa, pero la gente no la cuida del todo, mucha basura acumulada.

Reviewed Jan 9, 2024I booked the room in the resort with this host. We communicated with her via the internet. Everything was fine during the booking. However when we arrived at the hotel which was far away from the city and the taxi is the only way to get rich it the security didn't let us go inside. The security told us that there is no our reservation. We called the host and didn't get the reply. We waited under the security gates for 30 min. under the sun until finally the host replied via chat that she forgotten our reservation and reboked our room to other people. Very unresponsible person. Don't book with her.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2023It’s private beach and mini store. The apt was comfortable and they included bath and pool/beach towels.
Slides were closed so couldn’t enjoy them. The air conditioner are a little out dated, as certain parts of the bathrooms and the beds were hard. The water in the fridge was undrinkable, it was cloudy and the tank had like a slime feeling in it. There was nothing close, if you wanted something else to eat or a supermarket. everything around there was hotels.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2023The facility is beautiful. We loved that all the amenities were included. The church and small grocery store were very convenient. What we mostly loved was the beach. This was one was one of the best most beautiful beaches we have ever been to. We loved all the fishes that made for great snorkeling.
We didn’t get to in join the water park because of maintaining and this was another reason why we booked here. The A/C in the main bedroom kept making a noice that kept us up. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay.
